Cafe india in East Ayrshire

This was my favourite place back in June. Let's just say it's not the same

Food I got was wrong for price it was not good won't be ordering again

My order was late however they made it up to me by giving me an extra slush, which they didn’t not need to do. appreciate it!

waited 1 hour 50 mins for pizza to be delivered stone cold , problems with driver but pizza was obviously made and lying in shop until another driver arrived

Do not speak English for the right address and thay put the phone down on you

Cheeseburger and chips ok but the tikka wrap can only be described as a soggy, wet, inedible mess.

I asked for chips and cheese and they gave me a greasy ball of chips with no cheese in sight

Always good food, arrived hot and pleasant delivery driver

50 mins to get delivered and was cold.

everything was good, only thing was my slush was 3/4 full but i’m not too bothered by it.

There was no salad on the burger. The ham, chicken and sweetcorn pizza was cold, hard and burnt.

Worst naan I’ve ever had. Terrible 😞

They offer set meal C with 2 curry’s but their options in menu are terrible not enough rice for two people so i ordered 2 rices and asked if also got a nan as advertised but no reply on that so didn’t get the nan ! It offers mixed pakora but options are veg or £2 more for chicken 🤔 i select veg assuming veg mixed nope i got a tub of veg ! Then the popadom was soggy and soft like an old one from yesterday nothing put right last I go there !!!! Place has went so far down hill used to be great !👎🏻

only bad thing about it was that the wrap wasn’t wrapped fully.

Food wasn't very warm, nann bread was like a flat dry pancake. Pakora was dry. All seemed like it had been sat around too long

Food was lukewarm, pizza dough not cooked and a half filled box of chips. Maybe the food bin enjoyed it, no one else did

Chicken tikka kebab was excellent and good value for money. Good choice of menu too. PS thanks for sending the driver out when I left my wallet :)

Order was late, food was cold, pakora inedible. Food was marked as delivered before I received it.

Food was bland ,chicken was dry .The naan was bought in very thin and warmed up . Mrs had a poori and it was very disappointing

arrived late and cold. There was some sort of green plastic thing on my hoagie but hardly any chips or chicken. really went down hill recently

My food was delivered to wrong house absolutely devastated as it was kids take away night of the month finally delivered to mine and was freezing cold couldn’t even eat it never ordering again absolutely terrible service and tried to phone and they didn’t even listen atall they said they were going to sort it out and give me money back never got no money absolutely fuming !!! Don’t order from this place and waited over a hour and half for cold food 😡

Meal is delicious however the delivery time was over an hour late.

For an establishment not too far from home I thought an hour delivery was a bit much but I was not well so I opted for delivery over collecting! Got our food 1h and 30 mins after ordering with the excuse the driver was stuck in heavy traffic! In Mauchline at 8pm. Did he go via Glasgow. Food not worth the wait hard naan bread and very dry chicken.

Order wasn't complete but when I phoned and explained this the man on the phone was more than happy to resolve the issue (lady in the background wasn't so keen). They delivered the revised mean but it was colder than the ex husband's attitude towards seeing his kids. This take-away has went down hill big time since it's "new management" last year. Time for a new takeaway in Mauchline to give them some competition to make them want to sell decent food again and keep customers happy.

Poor, asked for small amount of sauce for my chicken wrap and it was swimming in pakora sauce, couldn’t eat it. Partner asked for side salad but instead his doner meat and chips was covered in salad. Not impressed at all. Waste of money, not be back again. Not even worth the 1 star for either but could submit without selecting one

Twice in 5 days told a time and more than 30 minutes late and cold. Used this takeaway for years. Time to try somewhere else

Ordered the 9 inch munchy box with chicken pakora and chips and cheese. It was mixed pakora which i couldn't eat because of I'm allergic to mushrooms so had to scrap the whole meal. No donna meat in the much box either. I have photos as proof. I would like a full refund please as this meal was completely wasted

food was excellent only fault was ordered and paid for a bottle of coke and got a can

Our order was supposed to arrive at 1820 and came at 1905, our order was cold. We also got the incorrect dip and chips. We ordered kebab sauce and got pakora, we also ordered chips and cheese and only got chips. Extremely disappointed in the order tonight.

It would have been 5 stars but some of my order was missing and when I called to find out about it the second person who came on the phone was extremely rude!!!! Very disappointing and will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery was 2hrs late , after second delivery time passed I did as suggested and called restaurant all I can say is the ladies customer service left a lot to be desired and will certainly not be ordering from cafe India again , very disappointed .

Definitely one of the best, food is always good, delivery time is great, and the guys in there are genuinely friendly and nice. All round 10/10 from me and the wife, we order all the time and absolutely love it every time!

Apart fae the missing garlic sausage (£1.90 due to me) pizza was banging ! Cafe India ye owe me a sausage!!!! Lol

Food was cold, sat in box so long it collapsed as i walked through hall, food spilled out and dog ate it. Fish pakora all batter with hardly any fish.

cant tell difference between a plain hamburger and a cheeseburger, wont be using again, twice it’s happened now as they are obviously are not checking your order, wont happen a third time.

Chicken tikka wrap was excellent. Chicken in Dhansak was hard and naan missing.

Bought fish and chips. Had to wait a long time as fish was getting cooked from frozen. Chips were very poor, frozen and not hand cut.

This is thee best delivery we have ever had from Cafe India, food is boiling hot so fresh and tastes amazing . Will definitely be a regular. Brilliant value for money.

Ordered a 12 inch pizza disappointed as it was smaller than 12 inches. Had asked and paid for extra cheese and this was not added with the pizza toppings not covering the last inch or so of the base. Won't order again.

Tried this place tonight, first of all I was met with the front of house lady with a manky polo top covered in all sorts, ordered a chicken tikka korma, ended up with a basic Korma, chicken was dryer that the desert, as for nan bread was flat as a potato scone and doughy, worst curry I have ever tasted, certainly won't be back, out of -10 stay away, terrible meal

This used to be very good , new people new staff it's totally rubbish , better going to McDonald's, it will be cheaper and more edible

I normally get a chicken tikka hoagie but the past few times the chicken has been disgusting so tonight I ordered a chicken kebab and got the same disgusting chicken tikka in it so unfortunately I won't be ordering again

The food was technically delivered on time but only due to extreme number-fudging. The estimate for delivery was excessively generous to begin with. The restaurant is a five minute drive away from me but the time between it being “on the way”, as in leaving the restaurant, and arriving at my door was around half an hour. The food was cold. An item was missing. Abysmal is right.

Amazing! Kebab was just enough with the perfect amount of salad and Kebab meat! The burgers were as described also lovely and hot. 5 stars

Good was good. Unfortunately it took an hour and a half from ordering to being delivered.
