Tim Hortons in South Lanarkshire

The senior management must thinks everything is rosy here - well it’s not ! Possibly the slowest ever coffee shop I’ve ever been to, they are far too busy with Just Eat & Deliveroo. Staff ignore customers at the till to fulfil Just Eat & Deliveroo orders, it’s not uncommon to wait 10minutes just to get served than Billy Whizz in the kitchen slowly and methodically makes your order after preparing the Just Eat & Deliveroo orders. The only reason I go is because it’s a good meeting point and it’s clean, apart from that the coffee is awful, food average and service terrible. Sorry if the truth hurts, but management should go in undercover and see the debacle of a coffee shop that bears your good name, if this place closes because of dropping footfall, blames yourselves for relying on Just Eat & Deliveroo to make money because people are voting with their feet.

Tim Hortons is the only coffee restaurant that I use. This branch is useless. You have to wait a long time as only one person serves the till and makes the coffee, whilst 3 or 4 are through the back cooking. I asked for a medium cup to fill up my own refillable mug, as they are not doing refills because of the Covid. They gave me small cups. I questioned them and they said they had charged me for refills so only gave me small. I got my refill mugs topped up as they had not given me what I asked for. I can't wait for the Motherwell shop to open. The coffee is the best, the service is the worst.

Si pudiera dar un cero, ordenaría totalmente mal, no contestan teléfonos, así que tuve que resolverlo con solo comer. Dejé una nota para requisitos peculiares y la comida vino con el personal ff pedí que me quitaran

Espero que esta franquicia siga el mismo camino que Denny's. Tenía los mismos problemas y no rendía cuentas ni nadie se responsabilizaba. Procesos deficientes. Mal servicio al cliente. El personal apático e incluso la oficina central pueden molestarse en leer y responder adecuadamente a las quejas. El sistema entre ellos y Just Eat también es terrible y tendrás mucha suerte si recibes un pedido completo. Evitar.

Assume this is a zero stars review The service has actually gotten worse, beyond belief how bad it is now, honestly it's dreadful, virtually non exist ant, avoid

Even though we are under health measures etc we still enjoyed our Tim Hortons. Yes the queuing takes a little longer but the coffee is still great as are the doughnuts. You can’t beat a french vanilla anywhere (except maybe in Canada😉)

Very bad service been there to collect just eat order total waste of time don't go there long wait don't go there

As the headline says, the service here is shocking, any more than a couple people in front of you and your in for a long wait. One customer complained about there tea, only be served another exactly the same. Don't expect a smile from the staff either, curt to the point of barely acknowledgeing you. Food isn't very good or warm either, so best avoided. Drinks are OK, hence 1 star,

While in East Kilbride we thought we would try Tim Hortons for a change after hearing about them from a Canadian cousin. I suggested going in for a coffee and a cake, till we discovered they do breakfasts. My daughter requested the toasted bagel with sausage, and I thought I would give the breakfast wrap a whirl! Yuk, not a patch on McDonalds. Coffee was not as good either. Won’t be back.

Why sell espresso & have no espresso cups tomserve it in and then proceed to serve it in a tall cup with a dribble of espresso in the bottom.. Do your staff not go to The Tim Horton Academy - if you can’t serve something properly, don’t serve it.

I ordered a chicken mozzarella tomato sandwich and I asked for it without mayo and it came with no tomatoes on it and loads of mayo on it. The tea and timbits were fine. Disappointed 👎🏼

The coffee and doughnuts are fine but the other food offerings are stingy for the price and I wouldn’t do it again

We had lunch here as a family recently and as the place was very quiet we had our choice of soft seats! The food was good, as was the coffee and my grandson's children's meal was very good - he scoffed the lot! As always, the Timmy bits were delicious!

A really good selection of hot and cold food and of course the always brilliant Tim Horton s coffee. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean and tidy. It can get busy at a breakfast and lunch times. There is a car park but this is shared with the other companies so is often full.

good choice of items on the menu. lots of seating. quick service, friendly staff. plenty of parking.
