Didn’t start preparing my order till 40 minutes after I ordered and didn’t give me all coffee modifications I paid for

Half of drink spilled. Managed to save half the cup. Was not the drivers fault and snacks were not affected either. Would recommend/ask the coffee/drinks that could spill please be in securely when driving in future.

Driver was superb, I forgot to change my address back to my actual location, panicked a little cos my driver was pretty much around the corner from the wrong address, I messaged and they let me give them the right address and had my order to me in no time. Didn’t even seem annoyed when I answered the door, all smiles and very polite. 5 stars all around

Coffee half full order largest one?

I placed my order at 16.15 for a latte and a muffin, which was accepted and time was marked as 16.45-17.00. Upon checking at 16.45 the time had been changed to 17.45-18.00?!!! Why did it take so long? Also I asked for hazelnut syrup and this is definitely not hazelnut but more almond syrup which I hate. So my coffee is ruined after waiting 1.5hrs for it!!

One of the drinks had spilled in the bag.

It's okay just okay. Maybe it's the staff, time and effort applied to the drive through, that is to the detriment of the sit in experience.

Had to walk out and retrieve my car from the snow. Got me and step daughter fudge hot chocolates to get home to weak flavored hot chocolates with no cream or sprinkles. So dissapoointed and felt a bit ripped off. Since 3 drinks and a cake pop is now over 16 pounds

Food is always good quality but I didn’t receive the correct items, unfortunately.

Hot food was placed in with Frappuccino’s meaning food was freezing when it arrived. Frappuccino order was wrong and another item had been missed altogether. It was four items so not exactly a difficult order to process. Very poor experience.

Drive thru fast, efficient, and polite. What more could you ask for. It's OK going in but the drive thru is faster.

Great coffee once again. I would have given 5 stars for quality, unfortunately bakery treat ( pumpkin loaf) icing was sliding off due to being packaged with hot coffee. Maybe pack bakery treat in a small box and not paper bag.

Coffee and iced drink went down a treat, would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the icing on the baking treats were sliding off the cake slice. Would have been better if cold drink and bakery treats were packaged in separate bag from hot drink.

This drive thru has to ve the worst, every single time you wait for 25+minutes, no such thing as a quick trip here. Always plenty of staff but still so slow, sunday morning 25 mins to get a cup of coffee... save yourself the hassle and park at the centre and go into that one.

Ordered two ice coffees and got them delivered hot.

Really unhappy with my delivery today. The order was correct on the labels however half was a totally wrong drink. It was a venti pumpkin spice coffee Frappuccino, coconut milk and vegan whip. There was no coffee in the drink at all and all of the whip had fully melted- however the amount of actual “Frappuccino” in the cup was not a venti size order. The bag was soaking wet on the inside and a chunk of the other refreshes drink had sloshed into the bag. Not impressed at all

Staff were very pleasant but no napkins st all available and no hand soap in toilets

I am alone on this. I don't like Starbucks . Overlay priced. Just heard that a gratuity id being included in price. Not sure if correct? I dislike the mandatory tip thing. Yup I always tip but don't slap it on my bill .

Definitely my first point of contact for coffee - delicious coffee and cake.

Simple order, and they still manage to get it wrong!!!! Ask for no foam. Get a cup of half foam. The staff are rude, and customer service is non-existent .

Hit or miss with service drive thru is very slow

Coffee arrived with flimsy lid, not the usual lid that is on the iced coffees. Lid popped off when the coffee was lifted out the bag and spilled all over desk/laptop/keyboard.

When it arrived half of my drink was all over the bag

- Very slow service. There was 6 people on shift but there seemed to be no coordination between them. They all kept bumping into each other and there was no clear flow like in most other Starbucks locations. It took 20 mins for 2 drinks despite minimal queue. Drinks arrived so much later my food was cold and when I asked for it be reheated I was met with an attitude. - Cleanliness was a problem. The cleanliness both around their coffee machine areas and in the seating area were subpar. There was spilled liquids everywhere. Opened milk cartons lying out with no rhyme or reason and generally no space. It was quite disgusting. The seating area was also very messy and unclear why. There were coffee beans all over the floor. - Staff were not pleasant and did not know how to provide service. For reference, I’m a regular Starbucks visitor having easily been to over 100 locations and this is up there in the worst.

Added delivery note AND called the restaurant to ask them to cover both holes on the lid so it won't spill en route. They said they would, they didn't. It's not that hard to put an extra sticker over the other hole so it doesn't spill out...

No coffee in coffee Frappuccino

Kept changing delivery times and both Frappuccinos were totally thawed and just flavoured cold milk by time they arrived

Went in at about 11:37am today Monday 8th and ordered with Amy straight away. 1 Latte and 2 Frappes. The coffee was with us within 1 min but we had to wait till 11:47 for the frappes which yes 10 minutes doesn’t sound too bad expect for the fact that there was only two orders on order and no drive through. Amy was bossing it having served myself and the the next customer, was dealing with hot foods which the couple behind ordered Toasties, toast, panini etc she then went onto make my two frappes Now the issue with the 10 minutes is the other three girls that were on. They were clearly assigned to drive through and ONLY drive through because for our entire time waiting they were leaning in the counter at the window chatting about what shop they prefer for clothes at the centre rather than jumping on and helping. I appreciate that 10 mins isn’t long to wait but the 9 min gap between the hot and cold drink is especially coupled with seeing three members of staff lying on a counter which becomes frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with staff in this store not jumping in and helping each other and instead just standing chatting. Management need to get Michelle in more as she is the role model from what I’ve seen and gets everyone moving and is constantly jumping about to keep service going. The young ones need to take a leaf out of her book.

Another crap visit to Starbucks EK when I go into a coffee shop and sit in I expect to get a proper coffee cup not a paper one 🤬 definitely won’t be back the place is a total mess with dogs yelping

Really disappointed with the service, and the cleanliness. Popped in with friends on Monday night, the service was very poor, absolutely no friendliness from the staff, one of them looked visibly annoyed at having to serve us, no one asked for anything outwith general food and coffee, we had to request cutlery, salt and pepper which is actually fine it was the eye rolls from the staff member that was rude and highly inappropriate, wish I had took the waitresses name because I would have been gutted to think someone like this was representing my business, she was horrible. My friends confirmed receiving the same thing from her. The tables and floors were strewn with rubbish. There were 4 of us, we all had food and coffee then tea and cakes after, so the amount we spent was ample. We won’t be back purely based on the staff attitude, one in particular however no one was particularly helpful and no one was cleaning up. Lazy rude staff and a disappointing experience.

Staff tried phoning I am an emergency call handler and cannot answer phone no good delivered want this refunded staff rude when I called back no help from staff at all will not be ordering again and no way of getting money back

mocha frappe was bland could barely taste the mocha sauce and no straws delivered with them.

Coffee was missing caramel and oatmeal was missing toppings.

Like all Starbucks food choice is poor and not great value for money, should follow Costas lead and partner up with Marks and Spencer. Music is frequently too loud, fine for the Baristas who are trying to hear over the machines but not for the customers either want a quiet coffee or chat with friends.

Never disappoints . The staff are excellent friendly and extremely helpful ❤️The store is spotless . The only negative is that sometimes it seems like a library with students often occupying a table which would serve 4 .

Everything arrived on time and was well packaged. No spills on the drink.

Option for oat milk was unavailable due to just eat app issue called up and the staff were more than happy to change my order from milk to oat... Always amazing service here even when I visit in person or via drive through... Thanks Starbucks staff!!

Went in Sunday person serving was really nice but I counted 2 members of staff doing nothing at the end of the counter and chatting to their mate, they didn't even acknowledge me coming to the counter, not a gold look

Annoyed as a third of the cup was foam and caramel drizzle put on top when requested it wasn’t. Normally not a problem, seemed the instruction wasn’t read or just ignored.

So disappointed. I regularly go to starbucks at St Enoch centre and always fab. Ordered green tea matcha frapp and creme brulee frap. Got hot green tea latte and a disgusting creme brulee. Staff more concerned with drive thru and chatting amongst each other. Will not return

Ordered a café latte with caramel syrup, missing the caramel even though the sticker clearly says caramel on it. Poor service

It’s a friendly cafe. The staff, and there were plenty of them, were quick to serve me. I came in to work on my book but struggled to find a comfortable seat. It was the closest to where I was heading so had to do. I would go back to buy a drink but not to linger.

Has to the worst coffee shop ive ever been to and go regularly 10-15 different ones a month when working. Floor hadnt been cleaned that morning if at all recently. First customers in and tables sticky from day before. Mouse droppings visible under fire extinguishers and in ladies toilets which also had broken seat. Also far too many tables squeezed in for the size as you have to move tables to squeeze past to sit down. Place was emtpy but can only imagine how uncomfortable it would be squeezed in if full.

I won’t be back, place is filthy, cups plates lying everywhere…floors filthy. Tea was hot water with milk..toastie was disgusting… was full of students with laptops…drinking coffee. What a horrible place. Would recommend you just go to greggs or somewhere else. Thousand times better.

This branch of Starbucks is always filthy inside. If it's not the floors it's the tables. Never been in such a dirty Starbucks. Oh and don't go in wasp season as there are dead wasps lying all over the floor and loads of live ones crawling up the windows.

You have to stand waiting a long time for your order as they are too busy serving customers in the drive thru...very loud music...so people can't hear their order being called when ready..asked for a small...but was given a medium...just tasted like Hot milk...Yuk...left my cup....I have tried this place many times...but realise Starbucks is Not for us...coffee is awful...if you love hot milk starbucks is for You...

Absolutely disgraceful breakfast roll just delivered. Not even a tea spoon of scrambled egg and barely 2 rashers of bacon plus toastie cold. Actually never experienced this before shockingly bad
