Drive thru fast, efficient, and polite. What more could you ask for.

This branch of Starbucks is always filthy inside. If it's not the floors it's the tables. Never been in such a dirty Starbucks. Oh and don't go in wasp season as there are dead wasps lying all over the floor and loads of live ones crawling up the windows.

Staff and coffee are great but not a lot of options for food especially children.

Prices are getting ridiculous!!!!

Had a truly great time with a dear friend of mine, can't find any faults with the place at all, do a mighty great cup of joe

You have to stand waiting a long time for your order as they are too busy serving customers in the drive thru...very loud music...so people can't hear their order being called when ready..asked for a small...but was given a medium...just tasted like Hot milk...Yuk...left my cup....I have tried this place many times...but realise Starbucks is Not for us...coffee is awful...if you love hot milk starbucks is for You...

Nice place, good atmosphere inside. Plenty of parking and a drive thru too.

When we walked in there were all free tables dirty and full of dishes. I had to clean my table and put dirty caps and plates away. Coffee is ok

I arrived here at 9.45pm, the person that served me was quite rude because I asked for mashmallows. I was told if I wanted them to go buy some elsewhere. I also asked for whipped cream and I got no cream. Once leaving my seat Leon was blocked in by traffic cones, due to me not being able to lift heavy objects due to a bad back injury, I was trapped. I called the branch as I could see the staff, the phone was answered and they hung up immediately. Not Thankyou for your business. I will be taking my business to Greggs from now on.

No clean tables, food over seats and spills on tables. Waited far too long once order was placed. When my order was wrong, I was rudely told that is what I asked for and when the new coffee was made, it was slammed in front of me. Won't be back!

Wasps all over the place couldent sit and enjoy food or coffee not good

This place is consistently manky. It’s busy, and maybe a bit understaffed, meaning that they never appear to clear tables. Visited about 3pm on a Sunday hoping it was better than the last time we visited. It wasn’t. Each time we have visited it’s a riot.

The food and service was very good, the only thing I would question was, empty tables were uncleared and needed wiped and disinfected.

Friendly staff, nice coffee as usual! There are quite a number of tables but all occupied on a Saturday afternoon, maybe because it is getting a but cold in September! We sat outdoor at the end and it wasn't that bad. Long queue for drive-thru though.

Absolutely love this branch. My work is so close to the branch and I usually visit alot. The staff are very lovely and very fast on making the drinks.

The staff are lovely here. It's the layout of the restaurant that marks them down. Lots of small tables butted up against each other, when we were there 2 people had 3 of the tables! Customers were walking away as no where to sit.

6 staff behind counter , tables dirty, food ok. Had to go up and ask for the food again as not given . Coffee was nice but terrible experience for the price .

The great thing about Starbucks, it's familiar and safe. You know what to expect and when I travel or get tired it's a bit like my mums cooking, sure it's not winning a Michelin star but it's hitting the spot and doing the job. Plus the staff always seem genuinely happy to work there and that is a game changer in my customer experience.

Coffee was a little on the cold side and the Biscuits 2 in a small pack at £2.85 were bit steep in my opinion but a nice experience would have been made better had the coffee been a tad warmer

The amount of times these guys get the order wrong is untrue and because it’s drive thru I don’t want to make a fuss, maybe that their game. Anyone agree?

Busy Sunday afternoon but got wrong order from drive through 😭

Went round the drive thru, staff were rude , huffing down the speaker at my order. Told there was no vanilla shaken espresso? Plain vanilla syrup is all I asked for not toasted vanilla. Asked for a venti given a grande , didn’t get my order correct twice as was given cold foam instead of sweet cream (two totally different things btw and should never be “substituted” and not told about it) a girl Lucy and boy Darren didn’t seem to want to be there, paying £5+ for a drink that isn’t even close to what I usually drink. As a manager for another Starbucks it’s embarrassing to see this. Not even close to what Starbucks as a brand embraces.

Kingsgate Starbucks is not the best. No lemonade or fruit in the Refresha, not so refreshing.

I've never seen this cafe clean. I think the staff (quite pleasant staff) are run ragged with the Drive-Through. Maybe Starbucks should prioritise the experience of the people who actually visit the cafe.

There's one staff member who is just the most efficient barrista I've ever seen working there. It's like they hit some sort of flow state when making drinks.

Served quickly and managed to find a table for 4. Coffee was perfect!

Visit and all empty tables strewn my cups, plates etc and seats a mess with crumbs and stains which I had to clear and clean myself! My order took 3 times to get right. Also, can students with laptops not take up a table meant for 4 customers? Poor customer service given the prices charged, no issues in Costas etc only seems to be Starbucks.

Friendly staff. Busy place. I had difficulty getting into a parking space in the car park as the queue for the drive through was so long such is the popularity.

Filthy Starbacks... dirty and dusty. Won't be back (not that anyone cares). Dust all over the tables and tissue dispensers, glass on displays dirty. Clearly not been cleaned properly for weeks... would post photos but what is point.

Shocking again can’t put syrup or chocolate into your coffee but always charge for it. (3 shots) and give you bare coffee. Incompetent or careless whatever, it’s not the first time either. Maybe if they stop chatting and actually pay attention that would definitely help.

Went inside to get ice coffee because drive thou full thought would be quick doing that wait 25 minutes for it staff to busy servicing friends first and staff need retraining 🤬🤬

First visit, atmosphere cold, did not help when I asked the Barista if she could make my latte extra hot, the look and grunt I received said it all.

Staff were very friendly and the service was quick. I ordered two lattes and two cakes which came to roughly £13, maybe slightly more. The seating area was quite busy but we managed to get a table. The overall experience was good and I have used Starbucks a few times without any issues.

You genuinely have more chance of winning the lottery than the WiFi to work here.

3 people serving, 1 person doing drive through and making drinks. Had to wait ages with folk behind me in the queue getting drinks well before me. Tables very untidy and dirty. Poorly organised and I have to say my most disappointing ever Starbucks visit.

Went this morning to get my hot chocolate to cheer me up. An easy order hot chocolate extra mocha x2 hazelnut and whipped cream. What I was handed tasted like milky syrup I sent it back even the label stated they made it wrong. They had given me x5 hazelnut not any extra mocha it tasted horrible. My husband took back for me and he was growled at as if he had asked them to hide a body no apologies were made for them messing the order up and when they made the second one it was chucked on the counter no eye contact not a single word spoken. We will never be back and I would not recommend this Starbucks. Poor very poor.

Genuinely the slowest Starbucks drive Thru in history . Has plenty of Staff but all just stand round looking at the one person making drinks .

We visited for the first and last time this premise for an afternoon coffee. As is usual with most Starbucks now the Drive Thru and Just Eat customers are attended to first... To say it was filthy is an understatement...tables littered with dirty dishes floor never seen a brush and shovel !!! A lovely venue it could be but sadly pathetic at present...

Perfect temperature of tea as I have it black and can be really scalding in some places. Lemon loaf cake was tasty and nice light sponge

It's ridiculous when I bought ice caramel macchiato with this cup, the staff here told me this cup is only for hot drink and they only made it for me this time. This is not the first time I use this cup to buy cold drinks. I have used this cup bought in many places and they still make cold drinks for me normally. The staff here are racist I'm Asian or is that Starbucks law. If that's the law, when I bought this cup, the staff should recommend that it's only for hot drinks

It was Sarurday afternoon. So the retail park was jumping. The car park was busy but parked outside Greggs. Starbucks was roughly half full inside. As we walked in someone was in front of us getting served. My brother ordered a couple of coffees and a cake while I found somewhere to sit. The service was good. The seating area was clean and comfortable and the soft lighting added some ambiance. The coffee was great. I didn't realise Starbucks was dog friendly. So I will definitely bring my canine companion on my next visit.

(East Kilbride shopping centre) Staff and coffee great but the new decor is just awful, very stark, uninviting and certainly not relaxing, can't say we'll be sitting in again 👎🏻

Clean and airy, big windows so a very relaxing atmosphere. A good place for a break from the shopping. Fast and friendly service with the full range of Starbucks products.

My favourite Starbucks (they are all great) . Bright and clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. An oasis of calm a great place to chill 😎 with a coffee and delicious cake and/or a piping hot 🔥 toastie(put the diet on hold).🙈🤣❤️

Just been to Starbucks kingsgate east kilbride for the first time and it will be my last £3.35 for a regular cappuccino what a rip off and to be honest it's not the best greggs cappuccino is nicer and they only charge £1,79 and they don't charge you for the cup either Starbucks rip off merchants

Ordered my drink and it was made wrong, stated to a member of staff and she was more than happy to change it. Two other staff members insisted on standing and chatting about the wrong order which is fine but having both staff members continually stand and stare at you across the counter, utter rude!!

Its clean, staff are friendly but if you park in the parking area you get blocked in by the queue for the drive thru & the service is tremendously slow so you could be there a while!

Thinking, let's try Starbucks for an early afternoon coffee was a waste of my time. Place was covered in crumbs all over majority of seats, empty cups and plates cluttering the tables, spilt drinks on tables. Then , the order. Items coming several minutes apart with the hot food item coming first, several minutes later the cake and then ten minutes plus and no drinks. Now for a coffee seller I expect the coffee to be the priority. I did ask for refund which I got, but when I said I expected the order to come as one the staff could not see the logic in this, started with the excuses( I even gave advice on how they could improve service) and staff standing about laughing. As if by magic my drinks were getting made when I asked for refund but told them too late. Conditions of seating area, poor and dirty, customer service almost non existent. It has a drive thru as well but my advice is to drive past and avoid this place.

Fast service however when you order a venti (very large) after a long trying day I fancied extra sugar each pack contains approx half a tea spoon I asked for "lots of sugar" and got 2 packs - some staff are give you a good amount others act as though they are paying for it mmakibg you uncomfortable asking for any more.

It is never good when the customer is an inconvenience. Three members of staff chatting beside the coffee machine, shame my basic coffee took 10 minutes to make. There were no other orders!! The person in front of me waited 10 minutes for a black coffee, not recommended if you do not like waiting!

I visited here early on a Sunday. Along with my grandson we were the only customers in store and - for a change - there was only one car in the drive thru. The service was slow and I would hate to see what it would have been like when this place gets busy. Inside all was Covid-compliant with only a small number of table in use. The coffee and cakes were usual Starbucks standard (and therefore good), I just felt that the service should have been much better.

I am visiting Starbucks drive-throughs in Lanarkshire area every day with my husband and my 2-year and 6-year old daughters. I visited the East Kilbride one today for the first time. So poor compared to the Hamilton branch, which is so busy compared to the East Kilbride one. In East Kilbride I waited longer for the staff to serve 3 cars in front of me than I wait in Hamilton with 15 cars in front of me. Staff looked so bored and disinterested. On top of that this was the first Starbucks in the UK that charged me for Babyccino. Everywere else Babyccino is free and marked on the receipt with price £0. Here they charged £1.65 and it was marked as milk on the receipt. When I objected it they replied with the laconic 'we have to charge for Babyccino'. Coffee was good, but overall experience... no thanks, I wouldn't visit this branch again.
