Delivery staff rude & unprofessional, mozzarella dippers could tan a window they were that solid & a Macintosh microwave macaroni would put the shambles that appeared in the wrap to shame. Over all diabolical 👍🏽
After years of custom, we’re never using oriental palace again I phoned for delivery and woman didn’t give approx delivery time which she should have done. Turns out she’s also the delivery driver. Phoned again one hour later to be told by her they hadn't even started cooking it yet and driving conditions were bad. We’re a 2 min drive away and it wasn’t blowing a tornado, just very windy. Other restaurants were delivering to our street OK. Did I want to cancel? They obviously don’t have to worry about making money. I said no as I figured I’d waited that long, I might as well wait a bit more. After 40 minutes I was courteous enough to call to let them know I wanted to cancel (I’d phoned Happy Panda who cooked and delivered within 20 mins and WERE £7 CHEAPER!), The same woman answered and she was shockingly rude and condescending. Her unprofessional, couldn’t care less attitude (weather excuse repeatedly given) was totally unacceptable and will cost this restaurant business. New owners should take note as there are plenty of other places available. We’ll be using the Happy Panda in future as great service and very friendly.

Few items were cold as always. Nothing ever comes warm, and montage is my bag/ order being delivered and the seal is broken on my bag. Who knows what could happen to my food once it leaves the store. Not happy with that. This is not the 1st time it has happened.
Been a few times to Morrisons cafe after doing shopping in the store, sadly the cafe and the service have went down hill fast. 1..the trolley cupboards are broken or full of shop stuff so can't use them to park your shopping, 2 .no staff on til when U go into cafe I stood about for ages before someone appeared from the back kitchen. 3. Waited nearly 20 mins for a roll and bacon ( I was only customer in café at the time ).4. hard crispy bacon ended up leaving it .5..I won't be back they need a supervisor at the cafe to get things moving and staff don't give a f@#,k about customers . A bell push at til to say customer waiting is an idea.fix trolley cupboards , cut waiting times down, make decent hot food, it's not rocket science.. and the cafe might actually make money and customers would come back.. I do my shopping elsewhere now and use their cafe which is decent .another customer lost because of a shi##y cafe ..
My family and I were unfortunate enough to call into Roadchef Hamilton brand on the M74 Northbound McDonalds branch yesterday afternoon at about 2pm on our way to holiday in Scotland from North Yorkshire.
We all had a meal each and then 3 of us treated ourselves to McFlurrys. Whilst my eldest daughter had nearly finished hers she found somebody’s fingernail in her mouth. This made her very distressed and upset and was utterly disgusting. It even made myself feel sick.
I went to speak to the duty manager ‘Amanda’ and was quite shocked at her response of shrugging her shoulders and going to simply get a replacement (as if we’d want another McFlurry after what had just happened).
There was no great sense of alarm, any great apology and certainly no intention of trying to make things right or investigating why it happened. I couldn’t even get a refund of £1.69 as my wife had made the payment on her app and she was waiting in the car outside.
The attitude of ‘Amanda’ was shocking, she literally said ‘I can’t do anything about it’. It’ll certainly put me off ordering anything from McDonalds ever again.
AVOID.. I should have really looked at reviews before ordering here.
Ordered a pizza and mixed pakora. It was supposed to be an hour long, ended up over an hour and a half. Phoned twice to get fobbed off. The delivery man arrived and laughed when I asked what took him so long. Pizza and pakora both stone cold. Pizza was burnt on top and soggy at the bottom, I can’t believe they served it and sent it out like that. Looking at reviews they don’t care about food or customer service. Chicken pakora was chewy and stringy. Never again.. I have attached the pizza so you can see! Needless to say it went in the bin and we won’t use there again. Worst Indian in the East End of Glasgow, if you would even call it that. Please AVOID!
Bought a foot long ham with cheese and salad never got the lettuce it looked like it was on its last legs. The problem I have is the bread was solid on the inside (STALE) it would have knocked someone out
Dreadful experience. Twice drive through order wrong, then a miserable, obviously unhappy in her job manager literally chucking stuff in a tipped up bag. Total incompetence #one job

I do wish this place all the best as it’s relatively new to the area and I hope our bad experience was a one off. For us though, it just was not great in terms of ambiance, service, drinks and food. We would just really struggle to consider going back. However, I do wish the team all the best... for us though, it just needs to ‘up its game’.
If it were possible to give 0, I certainly would. I have travelled to many countries I am in my late 60s and this is by far the rudest service I have ever experience and the product was poor quality and the wafers stale. I have no idea how they keep going with such negative reviews . If this were my business, I would be completely ashamed.
