Subway in East Ayrshire

Bought a foot long ham with cheese and salad never got the lettuce it looked like it was on its last legs. The problem I have is the bread was solid on the inside (STALE) it would have knocked someone out

just went in to get some food and was greeted with the most amazing customer service the girl who served me recommended a sandwich i am yet to try and it was amazing i was served by an amazing women who brightened up my day i will definitely return again soon (also the food was so fresh and delicious even at 5pm)

Ordered online via uber eats. Arrived relatively quick however the order was completely wrong. Called the shop to tell them and the level of customer service was shocking. They wasn’t willing to send out the correct order unless we bought something else via uber eats. Our original order was already pretty big, so we were not happy. The shop assistant said if we bought a cookie the money would be refunded upon delivery. This was a lie. We paid £6 for a cookie that we didn't even want. When we finally received the replacement order, it was cold and they forgot my cheese. Not impressed, would not recommend.

I ordered from Uber eats and after about 30 mins still having no confirmation or response to the order it was cancelled so I reordered and 10 minutes later it was cancelled again. I trued to call the restaurant directly to ask what was happening and where my order was if I could place it on The phone etc and the phone just rings out. Useless, business very rude. Try hiring staff who actually do their job.
