I got no order and this establishment never delivered the food avoid at all costs

3hrs later still haven't received my order, that was marked as delivered, called restaurant twice to be told both times it will be 5 mins, understand busy, late due to weather but they should not be taking orders and payment if they can't handle the deliveries

waited 3 hours for a delivery! no update on delivery time when asking on the app. when phoned they couldn’t even find my order. had to call 4 times to be answered. food was cold when it finally came…

I understand the delivery being late by 2 and a bit hours but for you to bring while the box is warm and food is cold is another thing ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

Place is really grubby went in to order some food guy was being sick in the back of the shop where they cook

First time trying this takeaway and I was impressed. I ordered Chicken Byrianni and it was very tasty. I will definitely order from them again

Went into this place tonight. Never been in before, just off the train. Asked for a king size lamb kebab, cheese, no salad, and a tub of sauce. £11.50. Guy behind the counter shouted my order through, and I had to remind him that there was no salad, because he was not listening to me and didn't care. Waited 20 minutes. Somebody regular came in after me and got his food before me. Asked for a plastic bottle of Diet Coke and the uncaring counter man gave me a bottle of the sugary stuff. Had to correct him. Again, not listening, not caring. Got my order home to find a tiny amount of dryish lamb with a small sprinkling of cheese, lukewarm. Put a real crimp in my night. Dumps like this exist only to gouge you out of as much cash they can can. and get you out the door as quick as they can. Won't ever be going into give these clowns my money again. Read the rest of the reviews. A lot of them tell much the same annoying story.

Absolute nonsense from this place phoned up about my order and all I got was lies they never delivered any meal. They so called driver delivered to another address and made up excuses to where he sent it the place is a joke and there full of lies no refund neither its not there problem apparently.

Food wasn’t edible only thing that was edible was the pizza and at that it was even cut right

I would have gave it a 0 star but unfortunately I can’t! It’s absolutely shocking that yous serve this! Start of your shift or the end of your shift is totally unacceptable! Donner meat is burnt to a crisp dry as hell and you can’t even put sauce on it to drown the horrible taste as yous barely have us any at all! Absolutely shocking yous should be shut down before yous make someone terribly no well!

The garlic nan was off. I am not sure if it was the butter, garlic or cheese but it was awful and couldn't eat it! totally waste of money!

I love this restaurant, as a wee fat guy I order from here at least one a week, my favourite meal is a sweetie munchie box with a side of Ben and jerrys. Fantastic, spicy cube is my favourite restaurant… even though the kitchens stinky

Food was very cold , said it was delivered and it wasn’t then came later tried to phone the restraunt to find out where my order is but no answer and

we ordered from here and we had to phone them up as the food never got delivered and turned up 10 mins after they said it would ve delivered and I had a kebab and it was still frozen and then they turn up at my house at 2:35am to get payment as it never left my bank so they could of called me not come to my house at that time in a morning when I'm trying to get some sleep really not happy at all never ordering from here again

It's a money grabbing business, ordered off them and I haded them the money and they went to give me someone else's order so they went back to the car with my money in their hands then came back and demanded I pay for my order when I had just given them £20 for the order and when I called up the restaurant they argued with me telling me that I wasn't trying to take food and not pay for it so I payed £40 for a less then £20 order

Ordered on just eat and delivery was fine but my son had the chips cheese and curry. While eating he found a piece of wire in his food and hurt his gums, I Phoned them up and got nowhere so won’t be using them again!!!

Food arrived in time with no problems but my son was eating there chips and found strands of metal in there food, lucky he found this before he could swallow this.

Second time ordering from here food fab was not too impressed with sweet munchie box for £7 50 got a multiy pack snickers in with could by a pack of 4 for £1.25 or even £1.50 but all hot food was spot on and lovely

I don't usually do reviews but this food for horrendous. I got spicy mince nachos which was basically just cheap nachos in a box with a tiny bit of sauce and cheese. The mince wasnt fresh, was like the stuff inside a scotch pie. I think it mustve came out a tin. My husbands spicy chicken pizza was tasteless and undercooked. JustEat refunded me it was that bad

AVOID … Ordered 3 x chips, cheese and donner with Cajun sauce. Requested that the Cajun sauce could come separately. Instead got sent 3 x chips, cheese and Cajun sauce, with a paltry tray of creeshy donner meat that was barely enough for 1 of the portions. Phoned to let them know the order was wrong; person on the other end flat out denied my request even though it’s written in black and white. Also claimed the donner portion was enough for 3 meals; won’t be back; customer service was laughable.

Called for large tray of chicken pakora and chips ( 10 piece ) according to them & garlic mushroom. Driver arrived and i gave him £20 it was dark and handed me £2 and smush!!. Off a £14 delivery including charges..i called up and complained about hardly any chicken and was told i was lying and he put the peices in with his own hand i am an idiot and hung up!. Utterly disgusting will not use again definetly be going in for an apology tho
