Place an order through there app 22nd. Paid for by card. No order confirmation tried calling to see if order was placed no answer. Email 24th saying we have your order, money took out my bank, no order delivered, everything I call to see what's happened no answer!!!

Ordered online to collect. Only a 20 minute wait so ok so far... My Ma's sundae was drowned in overpowering raspberry sauce and the ice cream was crunchy with the ice in it. The cookie dough with nutella was burned so that was trashed. Not very good at all.

Start of your shift or the end of your shift is totally unacceptable! Donner meat is burnt to a crisp dry as hell and you can’t even put sauce on it to drown the horrible taste as yous barely have us any at all! Absolutely shocking yous should be shut down before yous make someone terribly no well!
