Place an order through there app 22nd. Paid for by card. No order confirmation tried calling to see if order was placed no answer. Email 24th saying we have your order, money took out my bank, no order delivered, everything I call to see what's happened no answer!!!

Ordered online to collect. Only a 20 minute wait so ok so far... My Ma's sundae was drowned in overpowering raspberry sauce and the ice cream was crunchy with the ice in it. The cookie dough with nutella was burned so that was trashed. Not very good at all.

Popped in last week on Friday as my son was boxing in the area. I ordered food on my way so it would be ready as i was fasting. The hospitality shown by the owner was second to none when he realised I was travelling from far and ordered food to break my fast. I really appreciated it will be back if we are ever in town again 😃 Jzk brother may Allah bless you and your business. Ameen

West Shaw StreetDelivery was ordered at 10.20am and finally arrived at 1pm. Breakfast for the family and was obviously sitting ready at cafe for hours as arrived stone cold. My sister in law ordered a Macdonalds at 12 midday and arrived 40 mins later (both stores are next to one another). Complained and got just over £5 back. What’s the point as tried to cancel at 12pm just to be told I would loose my money,(food sitting ready in store for over an hour and not remade is a joke)Total waste of time and money…

2 Titchfield StWaited over 2 hours for delivery, to be given the wrong order. 2 phone calls later and then part of order was still missing so gave up. Food less than average and definitely not worth the wait... won't be wasting my money here again, very disappointing.
