Three attempts to get the order right

Just ordered my food , food arrived late Cold food and not even complete order delivered things missing Almost 40£ on nothing !!! Absolutely fuming !!!!

Advised will be open at 11am still closed at 11:30 poor.

Ordered through the app, love a wee kfc and the rewards app is a good bonus when you win a freebie!

Chicken ws really greasy er Than normal the chips were crap

Oh my goodness. Those chips. I hadn't been to KFC for ages. But I'll be back soon for more of their chips.

Rotten Chicken wings not only one to send back when we were in, asked to change our drinks before they made them.. never happened, don't think they speak to each other

Ordered food for table service, waited a while for it to be cooked , and then kept shouting our number out although we picked table service we then had to go collect it. Food was rather cold not impressed.

Enjoyed our visit here. Friendly staff, food was good 👍

Used drive through. Speaker was faulty as the server couldn't hear us properly even though we ordered raising our voices

Got a KFC, the fries were cold, the chicken was cold. The BBQ chicken was good but I think the sauce just remains hotter than usual. I'm not sure if this is a delivery problem or a hot hold problem or overwhelming thing in the kitchen but it was not good. Mid vote.

What can I say other than the fact that it's a KFC , so the food is great ( in my opinion). Some older service staff here, & they're great. Handy stop off point for me on our journey from Ayr to Peterhead.

Very rude server, swearing at the staff while serving me, spoke to manager who wasn't really interested, said he would speak to her, won't be back

Arrived just after half past 7 ordered a boneless banquet (after repeating myself 5 times to be heard) never got the food until 7.55 and ended up late for work and unable to eat the meal I had just paid for no apologies from staff what so ever also terrible kfc avoid this place like the plague folks I will be

Quick Pitt stop on journey home from the hospital. Excellent quick and friendly service from Linda W. Who kindly brought it to our table. The food was piping hot and cooked perfectly. The areo ice cream was delicious, great portion, soft and melt in your mouth. It was one of the coldest ever ice creams I've ever had. My three brain freeze episodes were worth it!. It was quite empty and quiet which is why I've dropped a star rating.

Our order arrived from this restaurant. Tower burgers had no Hash brown, no cheese or sauce. Just a chicken fillet with lettuce. There were about 10 fries in each box. Terrible value for money! Won't use kfc again.

The chicken is fine, but why oh why do they dictate suger free drinks? i can clog my arteries with fried chicken but a sugery drink a step too far

There was a bit of a queue at the drive thru, and the person taking the order was very indistinct and difficult to understand. However, the queue moved at a decent pace and the order was made up correctly, the food was nice and hot.

This is the 3rd time from here that something has been missing from my order. 1st time it was dips, 2nd time was 4 packs of chips, 3rd time again it was 4 packs of chips, by time I got home there's no point going back as my food would be cold so there would be no point, i tried to phone twice but phone rang out. I left a message that has probably been deleted to cover up their incompetence.

This is the worst ran KFC branch I've been in. Every time we go to the drive through, our order is wrong. Literally, every time! Staff don't care and never an apology for the poor service.

I would class myself as a well travelled connoisseur of fast food and had lost faith in KFC due to so many bad experiences, But thank god i stumbled across this little gem because this store is now in my top 5 takeaways, Chicken was fabulous, chips fantastic, service was impressive with so many happy people who clearly care about the food served and the company they work for. Well done to all that work there! Fantastic experience . I will return before i head home🙂

Clean and tidy kfc, mature woman of staff was a great help

Drove there to pick up my food tonight at around 6:30 (sat). Not very busy, as a result, I can get my food fairly quickly! The chicken was a bit more salty than usual though!

Ok it's not the Ritz, but if your looking for decent food and fast, it's ideal.....and their rewards and offers beat the other fast food places hands down. I like you can order and pay on the app, then check in when your nearly there so there is no hanging about, which lets be honest everyone hates, not that I've had to wait long otherwise, nothing compared to the cattle market that is McDonalds counters. I really liked the 'new' fries too, it's not just the same chips with salt and pepper seasoning like the internet has been saying, they almost have a kinda herb and chicken flavour, I actual wanted more when I finished them, and I've literally never said that before.....like ever

Actually one of the best KFCs I've frequented. Always get your order right which seems to be a challenge for most.

Nice and chilled with quick service

Very fast service. Both the chicken and the chips were really fresh. Chips were piping hot, and no grease at all on the chicken! Crispy and tasty. Used the touch screen. Lady was serving table next to us. Gave an update on the order on the way past... after only a couple of minutes. Brought drinks over 1st, then the food. Excellent experience and top quality customer service. As well as some of the best KFC that I have had..... and I've had a lot 😉

Out of 4 meals 3 items were forgotten so had to go back for them. Very salty, pathetic amount of chips, krushem only filled up just past the halfway mark. Absolute joke! Would never go back

First time I visited older woman was obnoxious, no customer service at all, didn't even get us correct order. Visited last night 9th July, 23, older woman was in corner taking her break, so felt safer. But alas we had the 2 dinner deals for £6.99, thought the box looked a bit empty, no chicken wings. Why put a great big photo of the product outside then leave products out... Grrrr....

They manage to somehow every single gle time get my order wrong and 80% of the time they have you waiting in the carpark over 20 minutes for a simple order like 2 boneless box meals with gravey. Quicker walking to kentucky at the rate there staff work. Avoid this restaurant at all costs

Got a bucket 10 piece and chips chicken was dry and really dark brown batter I would say burnt or left standing for hours most of it was given to the dogs as it was horrible will not be back in this place and will get in touch with there head office as this was ridiculous receipt code was 125060524233056 just Incas the shop is interested but I doubt it will be don’t advise anyone to go to Queensway EK

Under cooked chicken Felt ill afterwards Kfc staff are nice but the delivery drivers think they rule the place Very rude

Excellent service and a lovely Zinger tower meal. 10/10.

Used the drive through. Ordering was straight forward. Paid by using the contactless service. On arriving home, we found that we had been given 2 gravy tubs free of charge. The food was at a nice temperature. Excellent taste. We use the drive through occasionally. Service is good.

Typical KFC, quick service and tasty chicken

Pure hell been on the toilet for approximately 5 hours ridding myself of grey pale blue chicken 🐔 and they forgot my beans

This is the slowest fast food outlet in the world. Sticking with McDonalds in the future.

Terrible service, took ages to be served. Drinks were awful just tasted like carbonated water. Food was decent but took a long time to be prepared

The customer service in this outlet is a disgrace. Having placed an order with just eat the delivery came in decent time. My order was missing two pieces of chicken and a portion of gravy. I phoned the store and the person who said he was in charge told me if I wanted to resolve it I would have to come to the (and I say jokingly) restaurant. So having paid for delivery I had to drive to collect the items I had paid for. If I could not get to them I would have to make a claim with just eat for a refund. Just eat were not responsible, it was the person who packed my meal. When I got there I asked to speak to the person in charge. A young gentleman came out and I asked if he was the person I had spoken to on the phone. He said no and I repeated as he had told me he was in charge I wanted to speak to him. He refused to speak to me. The customer service at this outlet is a disgrace. I would avoid them at all costs. Having returned home with my missing items the rest of my food was cold. Terrible experience from poor excuse of employees.

Chips weren’t fresh was cold and soggy and seemed to wait for ages on my order and there was only 3 people in the shop waiting on food

Don't know what's happened in this DLC, staff just looked lost and unfriendly, burger was fine but 11 chips, come on, for about £17 I expect better. Not a happy customer and won't be back.

Wrong order in drive through AGAIN...!!!! The young lady on the window was superb and switched on but sadly the order packer let her down .....🤷

Ordered through drive throw. Asked to wait a few minutes and someone would bring the food out to us. 20 minutes later no food so I go in then another 30 minutes before we got the food we ordered. Excuse was the hot wings weren't ready

Don't order takeaways from here, half the time orders are incomplete and at times the food doesn't arrive. The quality of the product is inconsistent and no one answers the phone or simply doesn't work. Pathetic service !!!

Every single time the order is wrong without fail. Ordered a bbq wrap, gave a super charger wrap and now a colleague is having an allergic reaction. Ordered a rice box with no salad, got a box of lettuce with a spoonful of rice and no cutlery to eat it with. Tried calling 4 times and it rang out

Ordering machines not accepting payments, but actually taking payment from card.staff uninterested....shambles of an organisation.

Staff is nice, .my burger was rather a piece of chicken swimming in the sea of mayo, the bun was there somewhere but was hard to find. easy to find.

Went in to order rather than use the drive through. Place was clean, tidy & quite quite for a Saturday evening.

Ordered online but when I turned up at the drive through my order wasn't on their system. The car in front of me was parked up for almost 10 minutes getting their order. Not a word of apology for my wait. Food was OK but had to go via a shop for drinks as they don't sell any soft drinks without sweeteners. For all the hassle, I think it'll just be easier to go elsewhere in future.

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Picked up an Uber order from here only to be met by abuse from staff. The staff are useless and clueless about their courier commitments. Three staff members verbally demeaned me in front of paying customers. As a result I have filed a complaint to Luke Jackson head of franchising, KFC UK & Uber Eats. Avoid this place at all costs and head to KFC Kingsgate!

Drive through chicken not ready told it'll be 5 mins and to wait in car park.Waited approx 15 min had to chase them up.Fries lukewarm and on arriving home the chicken gravy was wattery.

As a fast food restaurant go not bad. Plenty of parking, staff friendly and helpful. My main complaint is why do they charge £ 1.50 for their gravy when it's free in north America. I would have thought that the gravy is a large part of the KFC meal.

Went to drive thru and the food was still cold , thought that would mabye happen in deliveries. They forgot the dips, chips were soggy and cold, the boneless banquet was just tossed in the bag. If I could give zero stars I would, the one star is for the krushems which you can't really mess up

Gravy is basically brown water and the dipped bites were swimming in cold sauce it was an experience next time it will be a meal deal from the nearest shop just grim tbh

So my partner went into kfc east kilbride in the shopping center and was met by a very rude person called DAWN....WHO SPOKE TO MY PARTNER SO RUDE my partner is phillipine and very upset that she was shouted at for wanting to go get some chicken. She told me about the incident so I went into the shop and I wasn't happy I asked for the manager I and it turns out Dawn was the manager on duty who refused to come out and speak to me. I can assume this is a racial thing because why be rude to my partner and not even to me. I asked for head office number and refused it by All staff absolutely disgusting customer service and will see what head office have to say

Bought mum her lunch from here. She is 80 years old just loves KFC when I take her to the hospital in East Kilbride she calls it her treat. She says this one is her favourite. The food is always piping hot and she loves the coleslaw

Being my local KFC I have tried it out a few times. Every time there is no coffee or any hot drinks for that matter. Not sure if the machine is broken, needs cleaned or staff just do not like making hot drinks. Has been some menu items not available when asked for. Long wait to be served at drive thru even when there is noone in font of you.

Drive thru supposed to be open till 11pm. Got to order screen just after 10pm and waited but no one took order on it. Then drove to first window and waited but no one came to that either. So either opening hours are wrong or you’re expected to wait ages to be served. It’s also unclear if you order via the screen or at the window at this time of night.

This particular KFC seems to have a lot of problems with supply of certain sides . I rarely get the first 2 options of what side I want. Other than that as good as any other KFC in terms of quality of food and cleanliness.

Fast efficient staff and service

Bad service always have to wait 15 min just to order food even they are not busy they don't even come to customer to ask what they like to order very slow very bad

Make sure you have brand new £20 notes as I was knocked back by worker and manager!!who does KFC think they are!!! That's why Mcdonalds was packed and you guys had nobody in the shop also drive in quiet. Absolute joke. Checked against the law not taking peoples honest hard working money. Especially at lunchtime!! No thanks, never again!!

Better this time , not waiting as long for food .

She likes corn on the cob....she got corn on the cob.... was a win for KFC and daddy so all good. 4 stars.... only issue was the self service machines are pretty bad compared to ones used in mcdonalds. Seemed to take ages to decide if they were going to work or not. But food was awesome 👌
