two items were missing which is very bad. Will update my review if I get refund but this is really unacceptable.

Half the order missing. What’s the point

I never received my order 2 days ago, although it is showing delivered and nothing outside my back or front door I'm also not getting my money back, will never use this service again

1 item missing and only received half refund, item price 2.40 and was refunded 1.20

Kept pushing the time back over and over again and then turned up with items missing with no warning. If I hadn't asked for a refund they'd have happily kept the money knowing they'd delivered 3/4 of an order.

Every time I order from Asda I’m missing at least this one order. This time I had no milk to go with my cereal, no chicken or rice to go with my sauce? This is probably the last time I’ll order from this store again. Absolutely ridiculous service. Either the delivery driver still has the items or they were never packed to begin with! I demand a full refund to my bank account so I can go and buy my dinner somewhere else!

Only made this order as i needed the crushed ice and I didn't receive it wasnt even gave normal ice if i had of known i wasnt going to receive the ice i wouldnt of placed the order

Several items were missing, worth 17 pounds. And when I used the help function it only said we'll look into your refund request and get back to you within seven days! I don't want to pay for items I didn't receive!

I've just had a delivery as i can't get out i have the flu, no pizza and no Richmond sausage it's a absolute joke There was nothing saying they did have them or alternatives were being sent. I shop in asda every Thursday and have done for over 20 years, I am so disappointed. I know it's nothing to do with delivery drivers well I don't think it is but the picker for the food could you just not be bothered today when someone like myself was depending on them was it too much hassle to walk

Only got half my order and no update to tell me it wasn’t available etc so ended up having to sort someone to go to shops for me as I’m not able , used just eat as just out hospital and needed stuff today …. Not amused 🥺

Every time I order from Asda there is always stuff missing

The time of the expected order delivery changed more than once, that was ok, but I ordered apples and they were not delivered.

Wrong bread and 2 items missing altogether however receipt stated all items there

Never received about 5 items!!! Also the main reason I ordered was to receive my Cigarettes and I never received these at all! Not happy!!!

Thus is the second time I have used Just eat, second time my order has arrived missing items with no notification that items weren't available. Shocking kack of communication. Wont be using again.

Not sure why says order preparing yet 7 items from my order not delivered despite no comms from store that these were not available or out of stock so assuming the bag with my remaining items is still in store. No way of rectifying this other than waiting for a refund request from just eat which can take upto 7 days. So now I have burger buns with no burgers for dinner tonight! Well done Asda

Missing 8 items from the order

5 items missing from the order but getting charged full price don’t think so what a joke. How can you forget 5 items

Ordered cat litter which was main reason for the order apparently didn't have it was told by driver that you were going to issue a refund for the cost of the litter but still nothing showing and just eat won't refund so if it is not rectified soon I will no longer be using the app for yourselves for future purchases

Half my order is missing, the other half I got are all substitutes. Not even substitutes that are remotely close to what I needed. The lettuce is brown🤮Just east won’t issue a refund because I gave the code which apparently means everything is ok. So that’s me £46 quid down! Absolutely joke, who’s got £46 to throw away these days.

Order was late but I wasn't too fussed about that being Hogmanay. I was annoyed that over £20 worth of items were missing and no word from Asda or Just Eat. It looks as though I'm still being charged the full amount so will settle via PayPal.

My order is missing a 4 pack of energy drinks and been told its not refundable without any enquiries from me, absolutely ridiculous i I am at loss of over £7

I waited over 3 hours for my asda delivery as usual just eat refuse to refund the missing items . this service is a joke beyond believe ur disabled relying on a service wich is diabolical. no food to eat thanks asda and just eat for the rubbish service

I’m missing at least 3 items out of my order. No chicken, eggs or cooked ham, this is absolutely outrageous! Ever time I order from this store there are at least 2 things missing. I’m unwell and thought I could get a light shop in and that can’t even happen online. I’m asking for a refund but then it’s only coming up £5.36 refund for almost £10 worth of items? Completely unacceptable. I demand at the very least a full refund and an apology.

ordered at 4.11pm the delivery time kept changubg for 3 hours then suddenly said was delivered at 19.45pm at 19.00pm which never arrived

waited over an hour just for the wrong delivery to be delivered including mince and garlic bread when I ordered kitten food and juice…

If I could rate this no stars I would. Waited over 3 hours with no updates, changed delivery time 4 times and in the end never came. Why put yourselves on a delivery website if you don’t even deliver the items? Absolutely shocking

Poor service in Asda Hamilton today. Inefficient, disorganised service. Staff who appear as if they are being inconvenienced by customers being in the place. Wait time so long with 2 people in front of me: 35 minutes! Tables dirty. No cutlery ketchup or mayo available. Unhygenic food handling practices observed, staff using till and then scooping the food onto the plate with bare hands- no utensils or gloves or hand washing.

I said yes I would order from them again but it’s getting difficult as this time it was the same as last time there was items missing from my order I’m housebound and rely heavily on online shopping so it’s putting me off to order from ASDA and now the money isn’t going back into my account but is being put onto credit on the just eat app it’s disappointing

Never ordering from here again, took over an hour for the shopping to be packed and ready to be delivered, was just stuck on "preparing your order" for over an hour.

Items missing again. I was first quoted a delivery time of 3:05 but it was over an hour late. The eggs were cracked and the the bread was a small loaf of warburtons. The driver did apologise profusely which I can respect because it’s not his fault

I ordered food from Asda yesterday and today. Both times there were items missing! Also why do you not have the option of someone else delivering the missing items rather than a refund?

It was my first time when decided to have a breakfast in Asda, ordered two times full breakfast and coffee , woman who served me was not smiling and was not even trying to be nice breakfast was very poor and coffee machine run out of milk so ended up having cappuccino with no milk all this cost me £20.90

I ordered 5 items and only got 3 how can this happen obviously the pickers at the store are not paying attention to what they are doing,..the time of the delivery was changed 3 times

there's always a couple of things you need that makes you do a whole shop online and it's super annoying when the 2 main things you wanted in the order are forgotten - in todays case 11 items were forgotten, either a whole bag was left in store or left in the drivers car. A refund is just not good enough I think a second urgent delivery should be done at the cost of the shop or just eat whose ever fault it is. I still need my potatoes!!!!!!!!

Ordered alcohol for a get together only for them not to deliver the beers, ordered from Asda as the local shop doesn’t do this particular item. Now left with some gutted guests
