Stuff was missing, not happy as used last what I had for it to not show up and now wait for a refund it’s no good !!

Half the order was missing and the driver didn’t know which order was mine he had to open the bags to check the items

Food is missing chicken tenders and chicken curry £8.61 in total .

I orderd chicken and sausages they never came I was depending on the chicken to feed my son tonight with the last of my money and it’s not came and I never got told I wasn’t getting it order time kept changing to later and later aswell

Finally a place that what I ordered was all there

The order did not say Yazoo strawberry milk was out of stock, so I should have got it. Not happy! It was NOT in the bag, and I paid for it. Disgrace!

my order is missing more than half of my items

I ordered 5 items and only got 3 how can this happen obviously the pickers at the store are not paying attention to what they are doing,..the time of the delivery was changed 3 times

there's always a couple of things you need that makes you do a whole shop online and it's super annoying when the 2 main things you wanted in the order are forgotten - in todays case 11 items were forgotten, either a whole bag was left in store or left in the drivers car. A refund is just not good enough I think a second urgent delivery should be done at the cost of the shop or just eat whose ever fault it is. I still need my potatoes!!!!!!!!

I have received someone else’s items and I am finding it very hard to get the situation resolved.

Delivery service was terrible. Was missing 6 items. Find it very rude yous are quick to take money for people’s orders but not quick enough to give them what they paid for.

Missing items again totally a cost of over £25 with no substitute given, so there is clearly a problem with the system they are using to process and pack orders... Having to wait for just eat to give me a refund days later is unacceptable.

this is my second order and unfortunately this time too my order is incomplete. I am not sure how to make a complaint for this issue. just returning the money for missing items would not always help. the driver lied that there was only 1 bag - i could tell by the way the bag had been tied and the hole in it where other one was attached. basically stole the alcohol

For the second time my supermarket delivery was missing over half the items ordered which can only be due to lack of communication between picker and driver which is pretty unacceptable and negligent for such a simple task. Do the parties not share the order items?? Very annoying and unnecessary!

I am missing 7 items from my order , and no way of contacting driver , I have not been contacted by store to say items were not in stock or have not been refunded by the store if this was the case , if possible it may be that the driver still has the bag in his car by mistake . Thanks .

Didn’t turn up despite being down as delivered!

I done an order before 3 o’clock. Was still waiting at half 5. For items I really needed. It came up delivered so I called the store got a really helpful guy that told me it was a click and collect? I don’t know how that could have happened. You order on just eat so it’s delivered to you. Don’t understand it at all
