Avoid!!! 2 hours 30 minutes for a pizza and a salad and still currently waiting, Guy on phone doesn't have a clue phoned 40 minutes ago and driver was on his way apparently Monday night god help them on a busy weekend

Just purchased two portions of pakora from this place, one of which was a large chicken tikka pakora (£8.20) which came with 9 small pieces of pakora and a load of salad in the container. Called the shop to complain that this was an absolute rip off and paying nearly £1 each for a piece of pakora was unacceptable only to be told by the Asian at the end of the phone to ‘shut the f*** up! Avoid this place. Pakora was average. Another two bit takeaway to open here in EK that think they can rip us off with poor quality food and extortionate prices.

Ordered around 5pm - ordered arrived at around 6.15pm. My order was missing items and what food I did get was luke warm. I called the shop to ask them to send my missing items to be told they would send them but couldn't give me a time frame because they were run of their feet. It is now the next day and those missing items never turned up so the owner and his shop workers have chosen not to send the missing items. It is clear the shop couldn't handle the amount of orders they were receiving and were rushing the orders leading to mistakes and cold food. An absolute disgrace. I would just avoid and take your custom elsewhere especially if it's a delivery order.

Good was great and service was great , very clean and tidy and a lovely service and very attentive, the guy was very pleasant

No te molestes con el mostrador Fresh, está lejos de ser comestible. Me sorprende la frecuencia con la que Morrisons muestra productos que son adecuados para su propósito. Pagué 4 libras por la tarta de fresa básicamente porque se veía bien. Me temo que mi respuesta inicial no estaba justificada, los Strawberry's eran duros, no sabrosos. ¡Podría haber sido cualquier cosa imposible de decir! La pastelería era dura y no muy comestible por decir lo menos. Lo tiré a la papelera.

Please stay away. Delivery arrived late and when arrived my pizza was burnt and cold!! Not worth it. Unacceptable :((((

Definitely worth going to any other take away, for customer service freshness and mostly cleanliness, just look inside windows 🤮

Staff don't know what they are doing, tables laid without cutlery for example, Breakfast was a comedy of errors as in no bacon. fried eggs that could bounce, toast arriving when not ordered; I could easily continue but the dismal picture wont improve.

What a lovely idea to have a cafe in one of the e used transepts. Nice menu. Interesting surroundings, thoughtful provision of a play space for small children. But a problem with the till meant we waited over twenty minutes for tea for four which came as tea for two and even longer for lunchtime snacks, which included a cold sausage roll which should've been hot and only one portion of soup instead of two. It's probably much better normally but we almost had to go and re park the car!

50% of the time I come here the selection they have for vegetarians is almost nothing no baguettes or sandwiches only cold pastries

Their [battered] Haggis suppers are amazing. I've had haggis a few places and nowhere is as tasty and delicious as Victors. Not many kept in the hot cabinet, so it is often cooked to order, well worth the small delay. That with proper chippy-chips, and a half cheese and onion pizza is fantastic. Highly recommended.

More bread than filling..... I asked for jalapeños and got told no.... He had already made the sandwich and wrapped it... Before grilling it.. A poor subway franchise.....

You would think you would learn first time been Xmas shopping with wife, daughters thought pick up takeaway on way home Our daughter suggested set meals placed order after picking this up just about home daughter got phone call to say they still had part of our meal, turned around got the two Tika meals that were missing got home to find out no rice for the meal to be told they don’t do rice with this our daughter advised every time she gets set Meal it has rice. Daughter advised won’t use again as the person paying fir not just the set maps but extras such as nans, chips etc it’s very clear and I am sure I said this previously clearly this place is happy to take your money but clearly do not respect or care about either the service or how they treat long term customers so my family will not use this place again after all our hard earned money can be spent anywhere. I dislike places that disrespect their long term customers and make no effort or acknowledge crap service spent £89.00 few days ago for wife birthday family meal and a further £48. Tonight not again enjoy payment it’s your last

This place has just been rebranded with a new chef etc but as I never tried it before I cant comment on the difference. The food we ordered was nothing special and I've definitely had better pizzas. It was cold when we collected it, it wasnt worth the money and we won't be returning.
