Forno in North Ayrshire

This place has just been rebranded with a new chef etc but as I never tried it before I cant comment on the difference. The food we ordered was nothing special and I've definitely had better pizzas. It was cold when we collected it, it wasnt worth the money and we won't be returning.

2 HOUR WAIT! LUMPY WUMPY LASAGNA. Cold, stale pizza and chips. Chips lost all hope. Lady on phone = rude. Driver lacked compassion and drove off without a care in the world

Had to wait 2 HOURS for average food, cold sad chips and alright pizza. Lasange = terrible, watery disaster. LUMPY WUMPY. Lady on phone = rude. After explaining the situ to the driver, NO COMPASSION WAS SHOWN. Drove away as if my room full of guests was NOTHING. NO REFUND.

Got cheese burger was ok till found two large black hairs inside phoned to complain well give you a credit note thats no use wont be back!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting freezing cold meal was sent Order took over 2 hours to be delivered with no warning when ordering of the wait time. When the order was eventually delivered it was freezing cold and inedible and the majority of it went in the bin. Will not use again which is a shame as the previous times the food has been delicious The service was also awful and when we phoned to complain the manager refused to take our call Avoid at all cost unless you like cold and luke warm food

used 3 times now , seriously doubt there will be a 4th , its not the food thats the issue its the diabolical service its a real hit or miss waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery to get cold food delivered , id called 30 mins prior and told my food was waiting on a driver finally arrived stone cold except for 1 pasta, when I called to complain the manager declined to take my call and the same girl that lied about our food leaving left me on hold then said would send a refund to us , they can keep the money they will need it to pay the bankruptcy lawyers as this business is not gonna last the way their going

Food was horrible. They should also seek a new manager. He’s completely incompetent. Wouldn’t recommend.

Seafood risotto and chicken arabbiata. Both excellent. Ordered at 4pm and got a call to collect about 6.20. Went like clockwork.

Ordered food via Just Eat. Didn't arrive on time. Phoned to query and was told it was with driver. Waited another 20mins and then found out via our estate Facebook page that driver had delivered to the wrong street!! Had to go and collect this and by the time I got it home it was cold! Food wasn't good, pasta dishes were quite dry and macaroni cheese was so rich and heavy daughter felt sick eating it. Phoned Forno to complain re delivery driver but staff didn't see problem as we had the food in the end!! Total waste of £35. Please avoid and use one of the many other good takeaways in town.

Visited this place for takeaway on friday evening, waited half an hour on our order, this was then brought to use and was wrong, the yound boy Shaun i think his name was just walked off with no explaination when we informed him it was not what we ordered, ten mins later he returned and asked us what we ordered, he produced a just eat receipt and asked if this was ours which was obviously not as we placed the order in store with himself, we finally got the order which was freezing and discusting, would have got a better meal from a microwave italian, worst take away ive ever had and thats a not a joke, stay clear
