Avoid!!! 2 hours 30 minutes for a pizza and a salad and still currently waiting, Guy on phone doesn't have a clue phoned 40 minutes ago and driver was on his way apparently Monday night god help them on a busy weekend

Took 3 hours to arrive in which I had to call three times to find out what was happening with our dinner. Arrived and it was cold. Ordered chicken and donner hoggie salad and sauce separate. Chicken was grey with two pieces of donner meat through it. Stone cold. Pitta was solid. Also got cheeseburger and chips. Again it was stone cold, chips were overcooked and no cheese on the burger. Will not be going back or recommending. Delivery driver had an attitude also. Do not recommend

Food was great, as per any good establishment. The main point was the person on the phone. She was phenomenal, not too long ago she displayed amazing customer service. Very down to earth. Thanks. Johnny :D

Sorry but this is the worst £40 I have ever spent on a takeaway! One burger went in the bin because it was saturated in sauce. The chicken donner wrap consisted of bits of chicken which I would usually give to my dog & coleslaw! I had to add lettuce to it to eat it and now feel sick! That cost £6.50!!!??? The spicy chicken wrap was similar. Hubby liked the pizza. But didn't look to impressive to me. All in all, will not be back. Complete waste of money!

I ordered the 10" European mix platter box. More than half the box was full of fries, very little cheese.Very little in the way of anything else.It was mostly overcooked,the batter on the rest was hard. There is no pride in whoever cooked this and sent it out.Poorest takeaway in East Kilbride .Extremely poor value for money,bordering on rip off. Steer clear if you like freshly made and well presented food.Its not difficult to get right I won't be ordering from there again Poor,poor,poor.Shame on you.

I do wish this place all the best as it’s relatively new to the area and I hope our bad experience was a one off. For us though, it just was not great in terms of ambiance, service, drinks and food. We would just really struggle to consider going back. However, I do wish the team all the best... for us though, it just needs to ‘up its game’.

Queensway KFC Drive Thruvery hard to find tender juicy chicken and good service in kfc nowadays especially in uk but this franchise is exceptional. always ordered uber but prefer to eat in. Really appreciate Linda's help and top service everytime. And she keeps the franchise so clean and comfortable to eat in. but as a restaurant owner too, i really hope the manager doesn't command staff in an aggressive way as what I witnessed this afternoon. Mutual respect makes a perfect team.
