KFC in South Lanarkshire

The way I was spoken to by a staff member in this branch was utterly disgusting. I was told to 'go and count them' and that I 'could stand there all day'. For anyone to speak to someone in this manner is awful. I truly hope this staff member finds peace and learns to channel their hatred and anger in a more healthy way in the future. Context: I ordered a boneless bucket and a separate meal of mini fillets. When I received the bag, the mini fillets weren't there, so I went back in to ask. I was told that they were in with the rest of the chicken in the boneless bucket, and that I could "go and count them". I asked for the girls name and to speak to a manager, to which I was told "I don't need to tell you my name" (fair enough), and "so you can stand there all day". The manager Jason told me he would deal with this matter internally, which I hope is true.

Took my grandson Zach for lunch yesterday l have to say, the staff were amazind(Im visually impaired). Eating area was spotless with clean clear tables Toilets were spotless and clean smelling and the food was yummy! Well done to all the staff and we shall return very soon, 10/10!

My friend and I went to KFC in Hamilton, Palace Grounds for a quick bite to eat as we were in a hurry. Ordered our food to take away and were had decided to just sit in the car to eat when we collected our order. £29 for the meal and an extra portion of Chicken. The only way I can describe it is complete and utter stodge, it was tasteless, bland to say the least and the bun was just falling to pieces. Didn't even bother to finish took one bite and that was enough tasteless badly put together crud. I would not have fed it to my dog, sadly the days of KFC being tasty delicious tasting food is gone. It is like a Bulldog chewing on a wasp and has a strong flavour of cardboard. Absolute waste of our time and money and can definitely say never again. Could not enter through the front door and a small sign saying to enter via the side door, that was propped open with a chair with just enough room to squeeze through, an accident waiting to happen. My overall rating of this fast food joint is as follows, value for money -10/10 just ridiculously priced. Taste -10/10 like eating tasteless slop. Presentation -10/10 just thrown together stodge. I just can't see how this place is even surviving selling at their money grabbing prices and the food is just utter slop. Whatever happened to having pride in your establishment and serving good tasting food reasonably priced, but no matter won't be going there again.

I could hardly get into McDonalds Hamilton palace to get grandkids happy meals. Not for me though, I’m a KFC man! To be specific, a “variety meal” person and have been for over forty years. Today I had one of the best variety meals I’ve ever had from KFC! It was well cooked/ crispy and dry (very little oil) and with new type fries was absolutely delicious. I can see mixed reviews but KFC Hamilton palace provided me with a gem today. Thank you!
