Pizza Hut Delivery in South Lanarkshire

They lost my receipt and my order was over an hour and a half late. Absolute joke

quality of food was poor and items missing from order i.e. dips

I put in an order and it wasn’t delivered and my app shows it was delivered, who do I ask for a refund?

Called to complain about a problem with both of my pizzas and the girls on the phone just continued their conversation and laughed. Very unprofessional as usual from this Pizza Hut. Food was cold and just terrible!

Ordered online and had it delivered. Pizza was good and order arrived at the time we wanted it to. Was slightly put off by the series of recent 1 star reviews but our experience was perfectly fine. Price was good with the discount deal. Only complaint was they gave the wrong flavour of ice cream, but still enjoyed the one we got anyway.

Used to be good years ago but that last pizza I got was disgustingly chewy I think undercooked. £10 voucher was given but at these prices that wouldn't even get you another pizza. Really poor show won't be back.

Tried ordering from this restaurant a couple of times...staff have no clue ..talking out loud about an order placed with Just eat an hour ago and not placed at their end " just tell her we busy" is what is shouted at probably from manager to a bewildered junior. Needless to say they cancelled the order, after telling me they will refund immediately, " sorry this will only be done in 2 days possibly " I'm told. Pathetic management. Blaming your partner ,Just eat , for putting wrong times on, when they did not even place the order. O and let me just mention , message from Just eat, order delivered, enjoy your food🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣equally pathetic. What has happened to service in the world. We all rely on apps, only to be highly frustrated and out of pocket.

ordered 3 pepperoni feast pizza, 7 bits of pepperoni on the 3 combined called up to complain and of course the managers English was poor so never got my point across, my 17 son has autism and did not understand why he basically had a cheese pizza, I'm afraid it's domino's for me after this dreadful experience

No very clean place. Staff is too busy dealing with customer on counter to deal with the sitting area. Tables, seating and floor were filthy. Staff not very helpful at all.

Food was absolutely freezing. Even the wedges were stone cold

There was maybe 4 slices of pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. There were slices with none on it, the other had hardly any sweetcorn on it and the taste was very different than we normally get. Extremely disappointed

genuinely the best vegan pizza we''ve ever eaten.

The experience was pretty poor. Our delivery was marked as delivered, we enquired about its where abouts and the restaurant told us it would an extra half an hour but they then just outright cancelled our order.

I have raoted the food quality medium simply because I did not receive it on time. I have phoned pizza hut and they have said it hasn't left the restaurant and if it's over an hour I will to call back. But pizza hut have always offered amazing service and quality and I look forward to there products. So this time I have been let down and I hope this is received by the restaurant.

tonight was disappointment even though Pizza Hut is normally spot on . Food was Luke warm, stodgy crust and hardly any bbq sauce even though that was supposed to be the base instead of tomato

I’ve not had a Pizza Hut for years. I won’t be getting another one….. absolutely tasteless unless you like mixed herbs. Absolute waste of money wish I had just bought a frozen one or flushed £30 down the toilet. With food like this it’s only a matter of time before the brand is a thing of the past!!!!! Vomit!

Pizza arrived with the seal broken and the slices didn’t look to be part of the same pizza. All food arrived warm. Not the best, especially after paying almost £30 :(

The pizza and garlic was delicious but salad was missing and cookie dough was burnt and rock hard. It was shocking to send that out for delivery.

Although delivered when said it was a long wait . The nachos were falling out the box. The pizza was only warm . No drinks or dips delivered . These were ordered . I’ll go with dominoes in future .

Took over 2hr. Phone them and they blamed just eat app that's made them took so long ..but it was thumbs up right away from the shop ...so? And all he said was he's on it way...35mins later ...and my home not even that far from the shop same post code area 🙄🙄 very disappointed...no apology or discount offered or anything...and food was cold.

Ordered chicken supreme pizza and a pizza with pork, beef , pepperoni and chicken was delivered, I have a food intolerances to red meat and although I took the meat off I still had a reaction. Please be more vigilant as this could have been more serious.

Forgot sauce I paid extra for. More pricey compared to competitors. I've been on a diet so sugar is potent, but respectfully, I'd almost order a Papa John's instead. Cookie dough was alright but a bit overcooked. Delivery time was great though and I'm sure the staff are lovely.

Refuse to accept cash, therefore I will not be back. Companies like this are destroying our economy and right to privacy. When I now see a company going cash free I think they do not trust their staff, they are removing the need for staff ( banking ). Why are the public not seeing this? we should push against a cashless society, where at the push of a button they can freeze everything, no thanks! until you accept cash I will not be back.

Food was on time, although the pizza was burnt and hard the wedges were freezing as was the garlic tear and share, the cookie doughs were literally stuck together and like bricks and the cheesey triangles were not soft and melt in the mouth cheese. Usually go to dominos but thought i’d give pizza hut another go as i have had this experience some what months ago and thought it was just a bad night but clearly its just the same !

I am absolutely appalled. My pizza came with slices missing? almost as if someone had ate it? I have photographic evidence. Outrageous! I want a full refund. or a phone number for a manager.

Although I put the room number on my order. The driver did not know this and left it at reception. Meaning when I went up to enquire it was even later and stone cold. Will not be using again and would appreciate some correspondence on this matter

Food arrived at 18:45, not 18:00 which your order status says. 6 tiny pieces of chicken on large chicken supreme is a disgrace. Bottoms of pizzas were so soggy they where almost through the box

Didn’t receive the order however the delivery driver had updated this to say it had been, contacted Pizza Hut twice to be told delivery driver on the way and low and behold the pizza never came. Won’t be ordering again

The food never turned up and I having to fight for my money back. Do not order a Pizza Hut on just eat.

Supposed to have been delivered 18:50 - 19:10 arrived 19:30. Called Pizza hut at 19:15 was told it had gone out for delivery 3 minuets ago at 19:12. An 11 min journey took 17 mins. The just eat app was on order accepted then jumped to 'enjoy your food' at 17:10 without going to 'out for delivery' stage. App misinformed customer arrived late and when I called was not offered apology. If my son did not love the pizza I would never use Pizza Hut again.

This place is a joke! Placed an order online on 12th May and made payment of £55.08. A while later I got a call from the store to say they had no large premium bases of my choice left and gave me a cheaper base option in place. I refused and cancelled the order but I’m still waiting for the refund!! The store are saying that the refund should be given via online and have no control and when you call online they are closed due to Covid! Not a nice way of scamming the public! Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again!

I waited an hour and a half for delivery. Eventually the app stopped telling me when my food would be delivered and so I called the restaurant to check and the call handler was rude

food was delivered 30 mins after the latest time quoted when order was placed. 'Just Eat' caption said 'Enjoy your food' 10 mins before it was delivered.

Ordered a pizza with dips and ice cream for the kids the app said it was on its way 1h later nothing phoned Pizza Hut they said they couldn’t locate the driver and that they would make us another pizza which we had to collect ourselves very disappointed asked for a refund but was told it wasn’t Pizza Huts problem it was just eat take it up with them so very unhappy with the service awaiting your response

Collected a farmhouse medium at a bargain price of £5 and it was really nice. Great customer service and speed.

Ordered a gluten free pizza tonight for the first time from pizza hut, there was no option to choose a larger or smaller size only medium which was fine. The pizza arrived and it was much smaller than a typical medium pizza, the base was solid and tasted of nothing, there was barely any sauce or cheese and the pizza was just bland. I've had far better gluten free pizzas from supermarkets for a couple of pounds and I paid £18 for this. Disappointed is an understatement! Ended up picking the pepperoni and cheese off and binning the base. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's not the restaurant's fault it is the same in any branch plus delivery was quick and the driver was friendly.
