Girl behind counter doesn’t have a clue what she is doing, been waiting over 30 minutes for my lunch. Not happy one bit! Shocking

Great service at a very early time in the morning. (6am) Desperate for a coffee and sandwich on a long journey north. Lovely lady served me and took time for a quick bleather... make sure you stop in on the way north.

Clean , responsive staff, good satisfying food

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews because i understand how difficult it can be in the food industry, but I recently went visited your store when stopping for petrol and the customer service from a memeber of your staff made me very uncomfortable. I went in for my usual itallian BMT sandwich and a lady who i described to be in her mid 40's didn't have a nice attitude and came across very dismissive when serving, as if i didn't matter. She also spoke quite rudely to a younger girl there which i also didn't like. Weather she's the manager or whatever, i believe she needs more training or a better understanding from customer service. I work in food myself and i dont have high expectations for customer service when i shop elsewhere, but just some sense of value or belonging. I would like to conclude by saying i don't want to leave a negative review on subway itself because the food was great, just that older female staff member. For such a respectable food chain, i don't think she represents subways values. My apologies again.
