We've always found the Rad Hotel Group to be first class when we've eaten in any of their establishments in the past, but not on this occassion. First of all we had a drinks order taken by a young lady that looked like she didn't want to be there, we ordered a glass of wine and a 'J2O', but there was no mention of the type of wine that they had to offer or the size of the glass and it was the same for me she just appeared with a mixed fruit version, I was never asked which flavour I wanted. The restaurant knew that we were looking to order a 'GF' meal, but a menu never appeared and we had to ask for it which didn't seem to go down very well with the young lady. The place was very busy and very noisy and we had to wait quite some time before the food appeared, but when it did it was delicious. Another problem that we found was that the adjoining bar was bursting at the seams and was even louder and people were congregating at the exit of the restaurant. When we finally left the restaurant I had to ask the offending party to stand to one side to let us out, then when we made our way to the car a fight broke out and doormen had to intervene. We will definitely no eat there again in the future.
I had a roll from here that wasn’t cooked properly, I was already in the car ( as a passenger ) before seeing in the middle.. totally raw...been meaning to leave this review for ages but I would avoid at all costs... not to mention if you look at the food prep area.... disgusting
East Kilbride Shopping Centre has a vast amount of parking spaces. Perfect for lunching and shopping indoors. This is particularly useful in the dreary Scottish weather.
(You can park for FREE on Saturdays for 3 hours, anything more and you need to pay.
Sundays are always FREE for the full day.)
I have visited this particular restaurant on various occasions. It can be easily located at the Upper Mall, Centre West.
Staff are welcoming when they can be found! You often need to track one down.
The seating areas are typical for this type of restaurtant-booths and small tables.
The restaurant is relatively clean, could be better. Between sittings staff will give the tables a quick wipe over. At times food can be found on the floor and chairs.
I tend to choose the buffet option for food as I can self select what I would like to eat.
Depending on the day of the week you visit and the staff on shift, will determine how quickly the pizzas are replaced at the buffet. At times there has been a que of people hovering around waiting for fresh pizza to be served.
Being vegetarian, it can sometimes be a struggle to fill your plate as meat eaters also enjoy the veggie pizza options and they disappear quickly.
For the buffet options you can choose from a range of pizza, pasta, salads and dips.
The pasta is always piping hot, and the salad is fresh.
Drinks are unlimited so you can choose lots of different flavours from the self service machine.
Over all the food is full of flavour. Unless you need help, you have peace and quiet to eat your meal without anyone rushing you. Generally there is always a table available when you go. For a cheap and cheerful lunch you can't ask for much more.
Order from here on a regular bases food is great and portion sizes are definatly worth the prices, only criticism would be delivery can take a long tie not sure if this is because the business is busy or has a lack of drivers either way would deffo recommend giving this place a try.
First time ordering papa johns a few weeks ago from when they dispatched the pizza took over 30mins thoo i live 10mins drive away. The delivery driver couldn't even open the entrance door buzzed several times ended up going down to open the door. Food was freezing cold and think something was sat on the pizza boxes as you can see from the photo. I was that hugry i just stuck in the oven. No reply from the branch but customer service gave me 2 large pizza vouchers no idea if il use as i never enjoyed the pizza.
Over inflated priced and small portions (as most service stations), the Burger King app isn't accepted. Myself and others weren't happy with the service. I won't use this outlet again, would rather go hungry and save £26 for just two meals. This is such a shame as most reviews are negative and the issues raised needed addressing. I would recommend visiting here.

the food wasn’t very good the doner meat taste like dead Person feets and chips had no taste and burger was cold wont order or come back here again sorry
I told my wife that I wanted to spice up our love life.
But I think she got the memo wrong and instead took me to black rooster.
Ordered me a spicy quesadilla and since then I can say my life has been spiced up to the point I’ve spent more time on the toilet than anywhere els.
The meal left an explosive memory that I’m still experiencing one day later.
10/10 would recommend
