the food wasn’t very good the doner meat taste like dead Person feets and chips had no taste and burger was cold wont order or come back here again sorry

We had a take away and it was lovely although the madras was I wee bit spicy it was so good you just had to eat it would defiantly use them again best Indian I have had since I moved down here 5yrs ago

The owner does not pay his employee and delivery driver properly. he pays £4 pounds per hour that is doing this illegal. He is very rude to with the staff. Even his food isn’t fresh. Not recommended for workers and customers

Even in takeaway they not use fresh dough for making pizza and naan they make dough in large quantity and froze it and use it for next couple of day they do same thing for other food as well. Not recommended at all

Great nan bread and lamb dishes very tender

Definitely the worst chippy iv ever had. Next time I'm hungry I'd rather starv. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Also tried to do me out off my change.

Got this deliverd and it was absolutely rubbish food was raw every thing was freezing and the smell of it was absolutely disgusting never will order from there again and advise no one else two

Website clearly shows 15% discount but got no discount. Ordered Starter of chicken pakora with salad and sauce but got no salad. Ordered Garlic naan but got plain naan. And watch out on their website there are chicken korma and rice for £4.60 and £5.50 but are both the same portion size.

I had hair in my food and my pizza was doughy and not cooked

I ordered an Egyptian kebab, which came in a 6" pizza box. When I opened it at home the portion size was poor and there was no lamb. Called the shop and they said it was my mistake- it's chicken OR lamb. Nope, it's chicken AND lamb! Read your own menu! I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this is my second bad experience with a food order from madras.

A fish supper didn't arrive with chips. Small portions, food awful, total rip off . AVOID!

Only work there if you don't want your salary, Manager is very rude with staff and even he don't give proper money to their worker and delivery driver as well, he count delivery driver money end of the day and minus 4-5 pond from them that what he teach me to do. Absolutely terrible service, can't get order correct after repeating 3 times, and reading back to me, still came wrong! Then eventually replacement came 45 minutes later after calling 3 times and chips still undercooked.

Not a bad curry, the portion size in terms of chicken was not good. Also the Peshwari Naan was infused with carrot which isn’t very nice. Wasn’t the best but done the job for one night, but wouldn’t try it again.

This fabulous takeaway hidden in a Kilmarnock estate serves the most delicious pakoras I've ever had from a restaurant. Their saag lamb is spicy and tender. The tea time deal is astonishingly good value. Try it..you won't be disappointed.

1st time I've ever wrote a review(good or bad) Been here before an odd time and pretty sure everything's always been ok however tonight i got chips cheese curry,some pickles onions and a single sausage for my dog, Curry sauce can't have been mixed right,was mega mega salty an I forgot to ask for salt n vinegar plus curry was really thick and gritty,pickled onions were soft n soggy an the sausage had a grey colour inside

Just opened our chips cheese and curry and a single sausage... The chips were cold the curry wasn't mixed anywhere near right it was extremely salty and gritty. (both portions exactly the same and the sausage was grey and and smelled revolting! 4 pickled onions must have been in that jar for at least a year the were soft and squishy and the vinegar was bitter! NEVER AGAIN!!! I called the shop and politely explained exactly what I've just written here...

The reason I am giving 1 star is simply because, every time I order a fajita meal I never, ever get soured cream. The kebabs and curry's are good but, get really fed up when stuff is missing

Very expensive for what u get if u order a sausage supper you only get the sausage need to buy the chips separate which u don't know until its arrived and uv only got half a dinner never heard the likes of it a supper means with chips at any other place food is ok though must admit

Google shows you are open till 1.00 a.m fones at 12 10 and no one answers fone..I think you should up date your Google.. not a happy customer

Absolute con. Menu states 15%off. Doesn't work. Website charges more than menu prices. Avoid....

Lady who answers the phone , manner is disgusting . I understand we are in lockdown but most places are still offering collection as long as you adhere to rules. Was quite happy to get a delivery if lady wasnt so rude on phone will never call back always got a collection from here at least twice a week .

Absolute waste of time phoned an order received text on price and there prices have all went sky high disputed the price as on just eat it was 7pound cheaper wait an hour for the food to be told they haven't made it absolute joke of a shop

Be careful when ordering using the app as they add extra charges when you go to collect food.. I mean charging £1 for separate salad and sauce is ludicrous!! Food tasted ok but cold.

Under cooked food...left order food pinged in microwave....wood not order again..and seen pic off ants in cheese

Although have had several orders tonight's was big disappointment.. Waited well over an hour for 3 pizzas and chicken wrap/chips, was bad enough the length of time to wait but food was cold. The portion of chips with wrap was a scittery wee handful, again cold. NEVER AGAIN.

Some food ok like pizza and kebab chips are not great and neither was the curry or chicken salad

Orderd a grill box, which to be fair is normally good. Tonight delivery guy offers me money back because they never added free juice. OK fair enough then I realise there is no sauce with the grill box so very often dry. Going forward going to punjab across from sports direct.

When ordering a large doner kebab you never seem to get enough as they alway put very little in it and charge to much for it

I hate giving bad reviews and I'm annoyed that I feel compelled to do so but the food here is awful. Chips arrived cold. Pakora sauce looked like it could be fermenting. Curry and pakoras both swimming in grease. First time trying this takeaway and will be the last. Only tried it cos 900+ reviews on just eat made it look worth going to... threw food in the bin and currently eating chips and curry sauce.from the Chinese round the corner. 20 quid straight in the bin. Even the dog turned his nose up. Only saving grace was the speed of the delivery..... which came in about 20 minutes .... though how the heck they managed to deliver stone cold chips in record time is beyond me .... If you like wasting money and scraping the grease from your palate with a spatula then this is this place for you - otherwise, give it a miss

Just got 3 Donner Kebabs n they were cold n all the meat was burnt and hard won't b back as this is the 3rd time this has happened

Meals different each time, vindaloo curry sauce sickly, rice horrible, wont be back!!!!!

Ordered food before 11pm, at 12.30 we realised they took our money and left us waiting on food that wasnt even coming. Guess I'm not eating tonight then.

Said we would get our food at 21:45 it's now 22:25 and it's still not here

Usually a lovely meal today very disappointed...my Korma was spicy and the cream in it tasted off the Korma was inedible. My husband's curry was like soup tasteless and watery and even my kids nuggets tasted like fish very disappointed and disgusted with the food standard tonight and will not be ordering from here again which is disappointing because it's usually great.
