The best restaurants in Highlands and Islands

Fine for what it is - popped in for a quick meal with the family and it did what you would expect -nothing phenominal, but quick and tasty. 1/2 portions were fine.

We popped in last Sunday Evening and got a lovely warm welcome, I'm vegan and they very kindly helped me choose a fabulous vegan dish, the other 3 weren't vegan and they all enjoyed their choices too. A lovely restaurant with great friendly service, excellent food and a lovely atmosphere. We were staying at Dochgarroch holiday cottages, parked at the cathedral carpark and crossed the bridge so very easy to find too.

Says they are open online but have a cheap piece paper on the door saying they are closed. Not happy having walked so far to get here

So my order was for between 8pm and 10pm it’s now half 11 at night just phoned in and all drivers have returned and gone home without delivering my order absolute poor service and will never be using here again Tesco far more reliable!

Always ordered from here over the last 5 years only ever had a problem once which was rectified with a new order sent as replacement, the food is always good the chicken fillet burgers are amazing! My son says the kebabs are the best in the area!

Didn't end up get food from there as it was cash only and didn't have much on me. Was told to order off the app and then collect but to much of a faff so went elsewhere.

Food fine but atmosphere. The food is good and reasonable priced but for some reason one of the resturant staff clearly would rather be somewhere else as they clearly don't want to be looking after customers.

Worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to! Half the tables were empty but they had a massive queue and 25 min wait time. They were literally out of most chicken dishes! Our food took over 30 mins to arrive and then it did my partners veg was cold. The staff were friendly and nice in fairness and did explain they were short staffed, but really wasn’t the great experience Nando’s meal we were looking forward to.

Overpriced, and the lady behind the counter was unwelcoming and was very short with us, came across as quite rude, and we had to wait until she’d stopped playing on her phone before being served. Coffee was nice but £3.95 for a medium sized takeaway latte is top end, and this place isn’t top end.

I can confidently say that this place is one of the backbones of tains overall attractions Here and Top Tain are the best restaurants in the Tain area Loved the food…great portion sizes, great taste and quality ….will DEFINITELY be back Love to support local businesses especially when they are this good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💫💫💫💫✨✨✨✨✨ Easy 5 stars Chinese/Asian food that doesn’t disappoint…friendly owner….also very affordable I ordered loads for under £20 Absolutely loved it see y’all soon!
