The best restaurants in Highland Highlands and Islands

An amazing little place to stop for quality food and and excellent service Elisabeth and the staff are lovely and very welcoming, chicken/beef burger and/or dirty fries is my become recommendations today

The restaurant was quite cool (even with a jacket) and the food (seafood platter) wasn't really hot either. For the price, the taste is absolutely below average, but you can afford it because it's a tourist hotspot.

I got a seat in a packed restaurant despite not having a reservation. Thank you. The soup and food were very good. A large selection of regional beers. I envy the staff here, and not just the two of them. It's pure stress. The food comes quickly and is hot.

Delicious nut roll, soup, and toasties! The sticky toffee pudding was incredible and so was the homemade shortbread!

Nipped in for a coffee and cake with my wife , both of us said it was the best of both we'd had for a long time. 10/10

Loch Morlich is a beautiful spot in the Cairngorms with a rare sandy beach, clear waters, and stunning mountain views. Great for kayaking, paddleboarding, walking, or just relaxing. Good facilities nearby and easy parking. A must-visit if you're in the Highlands

A culinary nirvana! So good it should be listed as a main attraction on "Visit Scotland".
