Absolute worst place to order food. They will leave things off the order and then tell you they’re coming to drop it off and never leave it. Only order if you’re ready to dispute with your credit card company

Went in the afternoon ordered mighty bucket for one, before that the tables were manky not being cleaned, staff at the counter just standing around chatting, gave me wrong order gave me chicken hot wings without a tray shovel into a brown paper bag, went back explained sorry crap experience and food, my advice is it's a dump poorly staffed, would avoid definitely..

I booked the delivery for 7.15 it arrived at 7.45. The delivery driver stole my drink and didn’t deliver it. There was a bone in my chicken strips. Really poor.

Visited on Sunday this week, the place was dead quite, dirty. I played machine and was down about £800. My friend was not the member but they didn’t check his id and let him go. When he started winning only £1000 they keep coming to him and disturbing and keep changing the dealer. They want you to loose as much and never ask the id but when you start winning they ask you to leave. I feel The guy called Tony ( one of manager) used his position to bully me and I feel racism there. My friend gave me £200 chips. I wanted to cash and use in machine but he refused it. He asked me to leave. I feel he wanted me to give him £200 and leave. If you are not white this guy mis behave you. The management should sack this guy. The manager who seems Chinese is a real gentleman as always and he tried to calm down the situation. I have seen him dealing with customers professionally many times. I urge everyone to avoid this place. There is a much better casino in merchant city called Grosvenor. Much bigger casino and very friendly staff. The authority should visit this casino time in time

Honestly don’t understand the bad reviews. My girlfriend introduced me to grill guru and it’s honestly some of the best food I’ve ever had! The guru special burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life no exaggeration! Better than five guys! The loaded fries are unreal too and I called up once and asked to switch the sauce to garlic sauce and they did it. Good prices and honestly cannot recommend enough! Really don’t understand all these bad reviews
