Eating in, my burger completely cold, now even warm. Unacceptable.

Ordered a nugget meal and got no nuggets. Mate ordered the minecraft happy meal and got no toy other mate got a melted milkshake all in one night

Double cheeseburger and chocolate milkshake were very good, but the fries were disappointing, quite soggy and tasteless

Ordered through drive through and never received the main part of my order.

Waited 15 minutes in the busy drive thru for 2 minecraft meals that came with no toys, which is the whole reason the meals were ordered, are members of your staff trying to collect them or what lol? On top of that the temperature of the food was freezing, I don't understand how so many Idiots can work in the 1 work place lol.

Ordered my meal and when I was waiting other people had come in. ordered theirs and left whilst im left standing there. I could clearly see my order in the kitchen sitting collecting dust as im now left the final person within the establishment to come home and find my meals all wrong. they wrapped it in 3 different bags to discourage me checking it there and then. i truly wish they did their jobs right rather than cover their laziness up to make you leave quicker. Wrong drink but I said at the counter. Wrong McFlurry and I never got sauce for my nuggets. I understand if they ran out since its the new sauce but I wasnt offered alternatives and 25 minutes waiting for lukewarm nuggets and 0 sauce to go with them.

Ordered via just eat. They didn’t bother with an entire meal worth 10 pound and sent a donut instead of a McFlurry

Cold food. Missing items normally avoid as has history of this. Was just quickly as on the go. Definitely won't be back.

I swear people working there don't know how to do orders, brain cells missing every time either drive throw or app delivery they forget put item in all ways something missing...how hard is it to follow receipt and double checking before it leaves shop or window idiots all of them .

Best place for every little one

Shamrock shake was delicious. Unfortunately not a great experience, food took a really long time, the caramel coffee had caramel all down the side of the cup, the food tasted fine but was poorly put together which was a disaster to try eat on the go when you have to reconstruct it.

Be aware food is often not as ordered, mistakesare made in prep and sometimes packaging...

Ordered 2 meals, 1 didn't come with chips and was charged £12 which was ridiculous as the girl checked the bag before handing over. Also not provided with receipt which means can't give feedback or prove that we were missing an item, very dissatisfied with the service, very in consistent.

This McDonald's is in Playa Flamenca Spain.Possibly one of the cleanest I've ever entered. Very friendly helpful staff more so as my Spanish is limited. Food fresh and cooked to perfection

McDonalds are failing the customer, they concetrate to much with carryouts/ Deliveries leaving the sit in customer waiting and food getting cold, Dumbarton is the worst, there recent upgrade is a downgrade took away half the seating and is not a nice customer experience sort it out they must be losing customers.

2 out of every 3 trips to this one in the retail park are disappointing, tonight was no exception. Stone cold chips, lukewarm burger, lukewarm capaccino that looked more like a flat white coffee and tasted like dishwasher. Woeful and that's the last time I'll be visiting it for sure 😡🤮

Self serviced our meals and had a quick table serice ordered dessert and we had to chase it up. It took that long. Upstairs we were the only guests in and the girl that was cleaning spent that long on her phone the place wasn't at its cleanest. Slightly disappointed.

Very dirty and without bathrooms, terrible food

This particular branch Great Western Road are absolutely pathetic. I’ve had to call them up countless times for the same thing which is every time I order through just eat they do not send the ketchup. They honestly must owe me about £20 worth of ketchup. I’ve probably made about six or seven phone calls now complaining about the same thing only to get some idiot telling me to claim a refund through just eat it Uber eats. No apology just passing it in to just eat. I’ve kicked up so many times and still they continue to fail to get it right. How hard can it be to read the slip. Tonight I called and spoke to someone who’s words were “ we’ll see when you order at this time if the night” like in other words staff are tired etc. You shouldn’t be open and taking orders and people’s money then. These people are not doing their jobs right. Once or twice is fine but this has been happening continuously for about two years. Every single order is wrong. I’ve now went above them and contacted a CEO as I’ve spent so much money and I can’t eat the fries without ketchup so it’s ruined every time I order. Just send the correct order. How difficult can it be? Are they stupid? Are they actually doing it deliberately? Pathetic and lack of staff training !!!!

Wow This went downhill fast. Customer service is atrocious The girl at the first window was more interested in flirting with her co worker than speaking to me. The second window wasn't great either Please and thank you, appears to a lost concept. Had a better customer service experience when I was strip searched at the airport.

cappuccino for past while is like a white coffee and they think putting coco powder on it makes it a cappuccino think not makes it look disgusting

Had one of the McRib, but it was not good. You can't say because of staff as the staff get paid to sell them not really make. It's not as good as it was years ago. It's like a cheap burger with BBQ sauce now. Sorry, but McDonald's are not as good. Most fast food out, let's going downhill.

I went throw the drive throw not sure who the manager was but he was very arrogant and shouting very loud he was very rude and missed half my order and the food was shocking it was a freezing cold went back throw and he said it’s not my problem mate and was shouted at again.

As McDonalds go, this was one of the nicer ones. Clean and bright. Service was swift, food was great, staff seemed attentive.

I was there today to get my early morning coffee and some dude as well with a delivery beg.he asked him something , that dude is a night shift manager didn’t even acknowledge or looked. Then i asked him for sweetener he didn’t respond me either. He came back with my cup handed me and turned around to yap with his friends, didn’t even said here you go, sry for wait, thats you, cheers nothing at all. I couldn’t read the name but he was night manager short guy with chubby cheeks with a red strap apple watch. Horrible experience won’t advice for anyone to go there.

Go anywhere except here.... They spit in your food... I have an ongoing case with them and have given the food samples to police for testing.. I seen them do with my own eyes but kept my cool until I got the food so I could give it to police for testing

Milkshake machine didn't have chocolate so they gave me a different flavour as an apology. They then fixed the machine and gave me both for the price of one hashtag yas

The biggest sandwich: the double big mac. Much less choice than in France. It's nice and cheaper than in France.

This McDonald's can never get an order right without fail there is always something missing! They try pass the blame onto someone else (uber, just eat, etc).

Wasn't really mad. I had to wipe my table myself. No fork was brought to me for my salad, otherwise everything was ok.

Half the time the order is wrong or missing items so check your order before you leave

I ordered a delivery, nuggets and a burger. I paid for extra cheese and it came without. Waste of a pound but whatever, no sauce with the nuggets even though it was in my order. I also marked in the notes I wanted extra onion which they didn’t provide. I get it’s not a massive deal but if I’m paying extra for something I expect to get it obviously, and sauce etc is not a difficult thing to remember.

Missing items from order as usual

Visited this restaurant 24/07/24 at 6.15 pm. Order number 84. This restaurant was awful. They forgot 2 lots of 6 nuggets off my order. We also ordered 2 chicken McCrispys. Instead we got the spicy version. Also no mayo in one of them. I also had a toffee late. Ordered a large but got half a cup. Had to go up and wait 20 mins for the nuggets they forgot. Never offered us a stirrer or sugar for the coffee had to ask. Awful service. Won't go back. No point in complaining as it was so busy amd we had to wait long enough for the nuggets. What an embarrassment

Asked for1 extra syrup and was told k would need to pay £1 for it - when was this ever a thing ?

Awful experience as a delivery driver, rude staff, they would not come out at the front and make you wait just because they in the back talking and laughing.

Delivery missing items, no assistance from either the restaurant or their delivery company uber. Offered to refund the missing items but still charged for delivery cost. All in all pathetic cost a delivery cost and a trip to the restaurant to buy the missing meals.

absolute terrible service i waited about 15 minute too pay for my order and a very tall gentleman looked into my eyes and then walked away get better workers

so apparently mcdonalds "best burger" upgrade means the burgers now contain onion in the meat even if you dont select it, and theres no option at the self service points to get rid of it. had i not checked beforehand id have no idea until eating. if youre going to make this huge of a change maybe make that painfully clear and give the option of regular meat, the way it was. i see posters about the frappucino having new ingredients, so why isnt this the case for the burgers? people with allergies and sensory issues need to be made aware of this without the staff giving customers a hard time because they decided to change something and act like youre the crazy one for not magically knowing lmao.

Absolutely no reasonable adjustments for my disabled girl. The music was far to loud today.My girl with sever asd who uses a wheelchair needed access to the disabled toilet but apon entering she started screaming at the noise (even though she had esr defenders on) I shouted for assistance as was told "I will see what ai can do" My girl is now on the floor and I am trying to get her out. The same lady came over and reported "they can not adjust the noise volume as they can't get into the cupboard as no one has a key" The hall where the toilets are the forest light was also flashing so brightly I felt dizzy and ill (epileptic) I complained about the light and the lady said "We can't fix everything at the one time" We stayed to eat as I promised my girl a meal. But she struggled so much with the music and lights.

Really slow service here with staff that were more concerned with chatting, and an never ending stream of just eat drivers hanging around.

I'd advise against ordering through Just Eat.

Some branches/franchises of McDonalds offer 1 or 2 free large dips with chicken meals , this lot charge 50p per dip . Ain't you lot making enough already ?

No sauces again or straws... Who is managing this place? £26 and no one ate anything don't waste your money here.

I ordered a McDonald’s using the app today, and had a very unnecessarily stressful experience. I entered the drive through and it wasn’t that busy at all when I got there but somehow It was around a 20-25 minute wait to get my food that i had already ordered. The car in front of me had gotten our order which caused a huge mixup and I had to order again and i received my food that had already been given to someone and the bag and packaging had been opened and crumpled. This was very stressful and ruined the rest of my family’s day as we were over 30 minutes late to where we needed to be. my food was also freezing cold and i also didn’t receive the sauces i ordered. The sauces on the burgers were leaking out of the packaging (that was barely wrapped). The food was just bad quality in general.

Me and my fiancée came and sat in but my hubby had to go down 2 times as his double deluxe wasn’t in the bag and my cheeseburger meal had 1/2 pickle. He went down and the manager said it doesn’t come with onions the onions is cooked with the burger like what it says on the menus it comes with onions ketchup mustard and pickles !!! Deffo won’t be coming back

Don't think I've ever actually received everything I ordered correctly. There's always something, that I then have to go and get.

It's a maccys , just like any other, but that's not to say we don't love them ,love a double quarter pounder with cheese, and a sausage and egg mcmuffin . Still one of the best around , occasional hiccups with orders but otherwise good

This place does not handle we'll rush hour. It is not a first time we are missing food in our delivery. This time two cheeseburgers. When you call them they say "call the driver" and driver will say, "sorry, bags were sealed, nothing taken out and all bags delivered" then you call back to restaurant and they say "we can't give you what you are missing but you can get refund if ordered by app" and you can't actually get refund through app as there is no option for that. Sadly we probably will order again and they know it, so why bother.... Shame.

Great service and place was spotless

Food was almost as good as pictures, hot and fresh. Place was very well maintained and clean.

I ordered happy meal and my burger was looking like someone stepped on it and patty was barely inside the bun. I had some coupon that didn't work for some reason however staff didn't help me at all

Horrible place! I was made to wait 40 minutes for my mcflurry and then they made the wrong one! It took them another 20 minutes to make another one, and when I complained to staff they just brushed the complaint off, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! an hour of my life wasted on something that should've taken 5 minutes. I am absolutely gobsmacked by this, I will never be back!

The app failed when making our purchase. The restaurant has an upstairs (1st floor) and the app doesn't recognise you as being in the store then.

3 times now I’ve had an online order with missing food. This occasion triple cheese burger missing. It’s a real pain to have to claim back and then spend more money on delivery. Update: so reordered triple cheese burger and what gets delivered, a double. The point of ordering a Macdonalds is mean to be convenience. Too much hassle, better just using another fast food provider.

DO NOT order from this restaurant. Cold food, wrong orders, refer you back to just eat who do not honour the mistakes. ThIs McDonalds are stealing your money! Follow up they do not employ drivers! The response to my complaint was "maybe the driver had Two orders and mixed them.up" not good enough £15 down food that can't be eaten due to an allergy. Awful customer service when I called and asked to speak to a manger she hung up the phone so had to call back. Save your money for people who value customer care

McDonald's seems to get more expensive for food that lets be honest is mediocre. I don't like this branch wierd upstairs downstairs arrangement and upstairs unstaffed and generally pretty grotty every time I've eaten there the tables are dirty and litter not removed with loads of teenagers 🤣

Went to Drive-Thru asked for a McChicken Sandwhich meal, Large. Recieved a large McSpicy Meal, Large.

Ordered a delivery through just eat. Yet again items missing from the order. Bags sealed so know it wasn't the driver. Its a common theme from this location. Even when using drive through I have to return. Shambles of a place. How hard is it to check an order before allowing food to leave. When you phone the location the customer service is appauling.

No sauces ever remembered, dry bland chips, no straws or napkins. Not good.
