Food was great, but it arrived late. The app stated my food had been delivered and I was to enjoy my food, but it was another 5mins before food arrived lol

Phoned multiple times asking about my order. The first time I phoned they said they are making it now when it was already half an hour late. I phoned again in another half hour they said it's on its way before I even said who I was or what my order was. When I asked how do you know which order it is they said we just know. The third time I called they said your order just left the restaurant a minute ago. Terrible experience

Another 5star review from me.. everything I have tried from here has been so tasty, fresh and great portions too. Boss man doing a great job since taking over. The place can be really busy at times so just have patience with the deliveries especially at weekends. Thanks again

Smash burgers not smashed down, about an inch thick each! Ended up being a bit much, difficult to eat as burgers not very juicy and I can easily put away a double 1/4lb from McD's. Managed around half which my dog was delighted with! As for chicken/halloumi kebab? Said it would be in a large pitta but actually came on kebab style bread like u get at GDK. I wanted the advertised large pitta that I ordered? Swimming in sauce so was soggy on the inside but chicken/halloumi filling was tasty. C+

Five stars all the way. I would 100% recommended. The food was outstanding. Bursting with flavours. We had a new years party and we ordered a buffet. Food arrived on time the delivery driver was so friendly. Everyone loved the food. Also there's a new menu. The prices are reasonable. If you haven't tried Natural Spice then youse are missing out. Will definitely be coming back soon.

All ordered items tasted delicious. mushroom puri tasted awesome with sweet sauce. Special fried rice, Mushroom rice, Vegetable fried rice and egg fried all tasted good. prices are affordable and friendly to customers. You can order without a second thought and will never disappoint again.

Food was made fresh and very warm. Portion sizes were generous for the price. Spicy chicken was one of the best we have tried (and my partner is very fussy about his spicy chicken). Have been using Natural Spice for at least 6 years. Mostly by just eat but occasionally stopping to pick up. The selection is great as are the prices. Delivery is usually very quick and service is friendly and efficient when going in. The portion sizes are very good and the food is delicious. The chicken tikka kebab is my go to. The chicken is sublime - I have to give the cat some otherwise he just sits staring, begrudging every mouthful - and the salad is really fresh and a good mix. The chilli sauce is spot on, nicely hot with a sweet tang. Wife and daughter love the Margherita pizza. The chips are usually good and sometimes excellent, like tonight, really crisp well fried. Sometimes I go for curry for a change and the deals are outstanding. Often so much that I have leftovers for lunch next day. Well done great food at great prices.

Ordered 6 items and all items taste good. Mushroom puri got a steel small wire kept aside the wire. taste of mushroom puri is good. Chana rice taste superb. cashew rice is superb. Special fried rice also tasted good. Egg fried rice tasted good. Matar paneer too. price effective and taste was beyond the price. Can order from here without thinking again. Meal for one. Only 12 quid! Veg pakora , lamb buhna, fried rice. Great value for money and tasted so good and would easily feed two. My girlfriend had the chicken birger supper she loved it.

The chips chicken pakora and king mixed Donna kebab was tasty the korma sauce had no taste at all the only other thing I was disappointed with was the amount of meat there was i would recommend the takeaway restaurant put more meat onto the king kebab

kebab meat was absolutely amazing but I'm disappointed by the delivery guy for one reason as it asked me to review my order when it was not even delivered then 30mins later it appeared late but the restaurant has given me 3 quid back for the late delivery so thank you maybe ask the driver not to mark food as delivered until they actually get to delivery address? 😀

I love this place, I moved a bit out the way but I always pay the extra delivery as it’s worth it.

Been using Natural Spice for years ( always on delivery). Collected tonight for the first time, friendly service , usual excellent quality food & very reasonable prices. Never disappoints!! Thanks

On the just eat app it said that the meal would be arrive between 1950 and 2010 and I phoned at 2022 and asked were my meal they said sorry but very busy it just about to leave and I still waited another 30 minutes the meal was just hot.

Food was cold, delivery took almost 2hrs and then driver couldn’t find house, not a flat, phoned told delivery had left then waited another 45min

Cooked to perfection, beautiful portion sizes for an even more beautiful price. With the convenience of paying with cash, will definitely be ordering again
