Five stars all the way. I would 100% recommended. The food was outstanding. Bursting with flavours. We had a new years party and we ordered a buffet. Food arrived on time the delivery driver was so friendly. Everyone loved the food. Also there's a new menu. The prices are reasonable. If you haven't tried Natural Spice then youse are missing out. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Food was absolutely spot on and on time

Food was made fresh and very warm. Portion sizes were generous for the price. Spicy chicken was one of the best we have tried (and my partner is very fussy about his spicy chicken). Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were given a free serving of poppadoms which was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend. Thank you! :-)

Have been using Natural Spice for at least 6 years. Mostly by just eat but occasionally stopping to pick up. The selection is great as are the prices. Delivery is usually very quick and service is friendly and efficient when going in. The portion sizes are very good and the food is delicious. The chicken tikka kebab is my go to. The chicken is sublime - I have to give the cat some otherwise he just sits staring, begrudging every mouthful - and the salad is really fresh and a good mix. The chilli sauce is spot on, nicely hot with a sweet tang. Wife and daughter love the Margherita pizza. The chips are usually good and sometimes excellent, like tonight, really crisp well fried. Sometimes I go for curry for a change and the deals are outstanding. Often so much that I have leftovers for lunch next day. Well done great food at great prices.

Ordered 6 items and all items taste good. Mushroom puri got a steel small wire kept aside the wire. taste of mushroom puri is good. Chana rice taste superb. cashew rice is superb. Special fried rice also tasted good. Egg fried rice tasted good. Matar paneer too. price effective and taste was beyond the price. Can order from here without thinking again. Meal for one. Only 12 quid! Veg pakora , lamb buhna, fried rice. Great value for money and tasted so good and would easily feed two. My girlfriend had the chicken birger supper she loved it.

Was delayed 3 times, food came and the order was wrong, was also stone cold, shocking customer service

The chips chicken pakora and king mixed Donna kebab was tasty the korma sauce had no taste at all the only other thing I was disappointed with was the amount of meat there was i would recommend the takeaway restaurant put more meat onto the king kebab

kebab meat was absolutely amazing but I'm disappointed by the delivery guy for one reason as it asked me to review my order when it was not even delivered then 30mins later it appeared late but the restaurant has given me 3 quid back for the late delivery so thank you maybe ask the driver not to mark food as delivered until they actually get to delivery address? 😀

I love this place, I moved a bit out the way but I always pay the extra delivery as it’s worth it.

Been using Natural Spice for years ( always on delivery). Collected tonight for the first time, friendly service , usual excellent quality food & very reasonable prices. Never disappoints!! Thanks

Food was cold, delivery took almost 2hrs and then driver couldn’t find house, not a flat, phoned told delivery had left then waited another 45min

On the just eat app it said that the meal would be arrive between 1950 and 2010 and I phoned at 2022 and asked were my meal they said sorry but very busy it just about to leave and I still waited another 30 minutes the meal was just hot.

Cooked to perfection, beautiful portion sizes for an even more beautiful price. With the convenience of paying with cash, will definitely be ordering again

I would leave less stars 1 is lowest worst customer service ever can't follow simple notes then lie and say they didn't see notes however followed other requests put chicken on a pizza that specifically said pineapple only (pizza was for a vegetarian) the other pizza offered was rank rotten avoid at all costs

That didn't happen no salt on the chips at all and the worst thing was the hoggie as I ordered a spicy chicken hoggie and got a Donner hoggie sent. Can't read order can't season chips won't be back customer is always right not in this takeaways case not a fan won't return

Pakora sauce container open in bag and pretty much emptied

My food hasn’t came the drive says he delivered it but I never heard a chap what is happening here I gave the right address address is 17 devol crescent g5358D I’m starved here that why I ordered it am not getting messed about with my money so can we sort something out just now I never got my package and if yous are saying I did then I’m going phone this is a couple of time yous have done this 🤣 it’s not even funny I want my food or money back am going to police if yous don’t sort this today

horrendous customer service and arrogance from the staff when I called to ask if food had left yet, as it had been due to be delivered 35mins previous. paid for large chicken kebab, and it couldn't have been any smaller. I would only order if from here if you are not hungry, This gives them the extra hour to get it to you. shocking place

Portions are tiny, chips and cheese barely reaching the rim of the box and 6 bits of pakora for 7 quid is a bit of a joke.

some items were missing from the order. I returned to the shop who were very apologetic and corrected it. the food was very good.

Got large munchies box delivered on Friday 24th may 2024 box was less than half full and food was like rubber the worst takeaway ever tasted never order from here again

the pizza looked like it was not freshly made my pizza had some strings of mozzarella was not cooked properly, the pizza cust was half way burnt on half pizza.

Pizza wasn't up to the usual standard, was a bit plain.

This used to be our ‘go to’ spicy pizza. But the one I had last night was not up to the usual standard. Hardly spicy at all.

The Madras (if it is a Madras) was not the same quality I have had from this place in the past and way below what I expected from these guys, the madras had no heat in what should be a HOT curry. This looks more like a Bhoona. The medium Kebab was a poor portion too. This is not what I paid for.

16 inch chicken tika pizza ordered toppings and base good but pizza base dough undercooked had to put it back in the oven at home.

That was the worst meal I’ve seen in my life. Pizza burnt. Kebab like a punched lasagna. Chips could have been in water. I’ll never order there again. I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review but this was utterly tragic.

Off to a bad start, 15 mins late, I ordered at 3pm on a Sunday, how busy can they be to end up late. ordered a skyscraper burger meal, the burger was missing kebab meat 🙄. Also got a kebab which was nice and so was the garlic sauce. I gave a bit of the kebab meat to my partner for her skyscraper ! I got a cheese burger which I could barely taste the cheese, thankfully I keep sliced cheese in the fridge. So the food did taste good, can't fault that but the service and delivery was not good 😐

It's such a shame to have to write this, because the food was mouth watering; chips, doner kebab and chicken pakora. Unfortunately, one of the chicken pakoras had a bone inside (photo provided) - which put me and my friends off from eating any more. Major choking hazard for children. And potentially could've damaged a tooth.

Cannot fault the food. Curries were lovely but ordered 2 curry deals which was supposed to include veg pakora but didn’t receive any of them. Ordered chicken pakora and didn’t get any sauce to go with it either

Really good curry. Not oily at all. Good portion size and arrived hot. Mixed tikka started also cooked nicely.

It was a bit disappointing lots of sauce - not very much lamb which was an additional cost of £1.00 - it was tasty tho

The worst food I have seen in my life the kids nuggets and fish fingers was burnt the full lot of food was freezing come and the chips looked disgusting. Never will I order again. Personally wouldn't even waste money guys yous will be disappointed when it arrives.

Can be a hit and miss with this place. Food can be less one order. Next order it can be decent. However it will always take minimum 2 hour's from your payment to arrive. Order well in advance.

Absolute disgusting been on the pan ever since

The portion size of the King Kebab Box was much smaller than before and the price just seems to be going up and up. The quality of food that was in the box was good but overall it wasn't worth the price due to the small portion.
