Subway in Glasgow City

Very tight on the fillings, Guy said I was only allowed 6 slices of olives in my foot long…

pre ordered to collect at a specific time to save time as was in a hurry however when I arrived they hadn't started my order (2 subs) and I was told to wait. no communication given and they didn't even ask what my order was.

Hate to admit but my food was bangin!! Nice one subway. Normally get from shettleston but yeah this place was great

had the most rude experience of my life. walked in at 8:30pm on friday. i was the only person in the place. the one guy working saw me, completely ignored me didn’t smile or say hello, there was no acknowledgment. then for 6 minutes after that he proceeded to phone someone and refill all the tubs with their food. after those 6 minutes he eventually served me. was very rude whilst serving me and wasn’t clear about the prices. absolutely horrible.

hello i ordered 2 subs with crisp and cookie and juice i only got I juice cookie and crisp

The staff asks if you’re using a student deal before you select your bread. At first, I thought they were just reminding us, but we realized they reduce the amount of food, like giving less cheese and chicken.

time has moved to over two hours i cannot wait any longer and shop wont cancel order

sub was cold and the fillings ordered were completely incorrect

Sub wasn’t toasted like I asked and meatballs has cheese on them which I said no to, place can’t out together the dinkiest of orders

Bit disappointed as i didn’t select a cheese and even stated it in the notes. Being that it’s the second time it’s happened I’m leaving 2 stars.

Ordered non toasted tuna sub and received it hot it was diagusting and couldnt eat it!

asked for cheese there was none on the sub it was toasted but because there was no cheese it made the chicken very dry.

Food cold and ice cream melted.

Food was fresh and nicely packaged, hot food was hot and ready to eat. Courier was friendly, polite and helpful. Truly excellent service provided by all!

Crinkle Wedges weren’t even cooked. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a Coke Zero, who even drinks Coke Zero

I asked for a bag so the food wouldn't get squashed. They gave me a bag and put the drinks on top of the sub and squashed it anyways...

We asked for turkey and it give us ham so we couldn’t eat the ham so just a waste of money to be honest wouldn’t be ordering again

Food came frozen wrong items on subs tryed calling restaurant twice no answer just rang out absolutely disgusting sending out uncooked frozen food

Bearded employee with glasses needs trained in very basic food hygiene ASAP. He went from mopping the floor to preparing my food without washing hands and wasn't wearing gloves, touching my food with his bare hands - nobody wants dirty mop hands all over their food. The hand wash sink, gloves and tongs are there for a reason, USE THEM. Also extremely rude to the customers. Would NOT recommend eating here.

The Delivery driver while being on time was rude and buzzed my door buzzer repeatedly again and again even as I was answering it, something I did almost immediately.

Very rude got 5 subs and the guy had his jacket on serving and some of the subs were broken the bread asked to get it replaced he like should have told me before and I said mate ur the one is doing it! Never going back and please avoid this subway jokers!

Workers were so rude and unprofessional, told me I could not eat my food, when I had bought from there.

Shop was freezing, workers were unprofessional and i felt quite offended. after i had purchased food i sat down to eat along with a roll from outside i was told “eat the food from here or leave”. The till was often left unsupervised as staff where sitting behind it on chairs on their mobiles, when i went to purchase my food i was also ignored but then the worker acknowledged i was there and did serve me.

Found onions in my sub instead of peppers - not really happy about this as I hate onions and had to pick them out

I did not receive this order, why is it so difficult to get a refund? I called Subway on 529 Great Western Road and the staff was very rude and unhelpful, please just give me back my money.

They forgot half of my order and the delivery driver left it at the main front door when I stay on the 3rd floor

Took 2 hours to get here and the courier walked due to road closures. Food was freezing. Would make more sense to put the deliveries off if access is an issue.

Sent me a plant patty wrap instead of a veggie delight :( the patty was all greasy and all over the wrap so when I picked it out the wrap was horrible

Ordered a meal deal for 2 and asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. None of them were and we waiting 1 hour and 20 mins for it.

Absolute waste of time and money. Food was half an hour late and received the completely wrong order. Absolute joke

Cold, hadn't been toasted, barely any cheese. Double cheese means 1.5 usually, working in places like this im aware of that. Wasn't worth it.

didn’t put half the stuff we asked for on the sandwich, wrong crisps, potato wedges very cold. so skimpy on the veg it’s actually a laugh. they didn’t get my order right and guessing they were out of things but then don’t accept the order!!

The bread was the wrong bread I ordered and they used the wrong sauce too. Seems like they never used enough of the BMT meat in it too. Quite disappointed

soooo skimpy on toppings. I get spinach instead of lettuce and literally got 2 bits of spinach on a foot long… c’mon now!

Whole order was messed up and received wrong stuff, sub was almost right but no cheese was added.

Footlong sub was fine, but hash browns were burnt to a crisp, ordered near end of subway closing so it must just be some worker who could not be bothered to make the hash browns correctly as they probs wanted to finish quick, very unprofessional!
