Subway in Glasgow City

the worker was kind to let me know they don’t do raspberry cheesecake cookies anymore and gave me 2 cookies instead 🥰

asked for ittems im allergic to be removed and they didn’t remove them

Very nice girl working today provided some great service. Very nice sandwich no mess and meat was amazing. This is my regular every 2/3 days. Highly recommend. Thank you

Dreadful, staff cannot be bothered. The food is very very poor quality, expensive and tasteless

Requested no ham on sub but there was loads on it.

Place is always a riot outside the shop

Crinkle Wedges weren’t even cooked. Ordered a Diet Coke and got a Coke Zero, who even drinks Coke Zero

I asked for a bag so the food wouldn't get squashed. They gave me a bag and put the drinks on top of the sub and squashed it anyways...

We asked for turkey and it give us ham so we couldn’t eat the ham so just a waste of money to be honest wouldn’t be ordering again

Food came frozen wrong items on subs tryed calling restaurant twice no answer just rang out absolutely disgusting sending out uncooked frozen food

Bearded employee with glasses needs trained in very basic food hygiene ASAP. He went from mopping the floor to preparing my food without washing hands and wasn't wearing gloves, touching my food with his bare hands - nobody wants dirty mop hands all over their food. The hand wash sink, gloves and tongs are there for a reason, USE THEM. Also extremely rude to the customers. Would NOT recommend eating here.

The Delivery driver while being on time was rude and buzzed my door buzzer repeatedly again and again even as I was answering it, something I did almost immediately.

Very rude got 5 subs and the guy had his jacket on serving and some of the subs were broken the bread asked to get it replaced he like should have told me before and I said mate ur the one is doing it! Never going back and please avoid this subway jokers!

Workers were so rude and unprofessional, told me I could not eat my food, when I had bought from there.

Shop was freezing, workers were unprofessional and i felt quite offended. after i had purchased food i sat down to eat along with a roll from outside i was told “eat the food from here or leave”. The till was often left unsupervised as staff where sitting behind it on chairs on their mobiles, when i went to purchase my food i was also ignored but then the worker acknowledged i was there and did serve me.

Paid for a footlong and didn’t receive It not happy

I did not receive this order, why is it so difficult to get a refund? I called Subway on 529 Great Western Road and the staff was very rude and unhelpful, please just give me back my money.

They forgot half of my order and the delivery driver left it at the main front door when I stay on the 3rd floor

Took 2 hours to get here and the courier walked due to road closures. Food was freezing. Would make more sense to put the deliveries off if access is an issue.

Sent me a plant patty wrap instead of a veggie delight :( the patty was all greasy and all over the wrap so when I picked it out the wrap was horrible

Ordered a meal deal for 2 and asked for both sandwiches to be toasted. None of them were and we waiting 1 hour and 20 mins for it.

Absolute waste of time and money. Food was half an hour late and received the completely wrong order. Absolute joke

Cold, hadn't been toasted, barely any cheese. Double cheese means 1.5 usually, working in places like this im aware of that. Wasn't worth it.

didn’t put half the stuff we asked for on the sandwich, wrong crisps, potato wedges very cold. so skimpy on the veg it’s actually a laugh. they didn’t get my order right and guessing they were out of things but then don’t accept the order!!

How difficult is it to make a subway sandwich. You mixed up the breads have pathetic amount of toppings and gave the wrong drinks .. absolute idiots.

The bread was the wrong bread I ordered and they used the wrong sauce too. Seems like they never used enough of the BMT meat in it too. Quite disappointed

Footlong sub was fine, but hash browns were burnt to a crisp, ordered near end of subway closing so it must just be some worker who could not be bothered to make the hash browns correctly as they probs wanted to finish quick, very unprofessional!

Was freezing cold, not sure weather they toasted it or threw it in the freezer for a couple minutes. Would have been in better Knick if I volleyed it up the street and then threw it off the top a 12 storey building.

Inaccurate order, got ready salted instead of Doritos, no cheese, wedges were stone cold and soggy.

Preordered so we could collect in a hurry, instead we got to the restaurant to have to ask for him to start our order after the said collection time. Pay extra to order on just eat and could have just walked in and ordered in a quicker time for less money!

It wasn't toasted, wrong crisps and wrong juice.

Great service by Ayub at the Subway. Would love to visit again.
