Never turn on heating even in minus temperature.!!

Got a couple of box meals to go for the drive home. We were halfway home before discovering a burger was missing from the box. It wasnt worth our time going back. This is a recurring problem I have experienced at various different KFC. Also worth noring that prices are skyrocketing, to the extent the poor value will make me think hard before visiting again.

Food arrived (cold) and wrong order with food and drinks ,very disappointing Wed 2nd October so had another delivery order arrived when they said it would order was correct this time although food was still not that warm fries are very disappointing won't stop me going though and you need to try the KFC gravy it's amazing

Awful.. Rock hard bun, missing items everytime I go... Not worth the hassle.

KFC: A Disappointing Experience When it comes to fast food, KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) has long been considered one of the go-to places for fried chicken lovers around the world. With its iconic red and white branding, finger-lickin’ good slogan, and a global presence, one would expect a visit to KFC to be a satisfying experience. Unfortunately, this was far from the case in my recent trip to the restaurant. What was meant to be a quick and enjoyable meal turned into a rather frustrating and regrettable encounter. From poor food quality to subpar service, there was very little to commend about my experience. Food Quality: Far from “Finger-Lickin’ Good” Let's start with the most important aspect of any dining experience—the food. Given that KFC is renowned for its fried chicken, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, I was deeply let down by what was served to me. The fried chicken was oily, overly greasy, and lacked flavor. Instead of the crispy, golden-brown chicken I was anticipating, I was presented with soggy, limp pieces that were a far cry from the appetizing images shown in their advertisements. One of the biggest issues was the sheer amount of grease. Now, I understand that fried chicken will inherently be greasy, but the chicken I received was swimming in oil. With every bite, my hands became coated in an unpleasant slick of oil, and the chicken skin, which should have been crispy, instead seemed to dissolve into a fatty mess. It was clear that the chicken had either been fried in old oil or not drained properly after frying. The texture was unpleasant, and the overwhelming greasiness made the meal feel excessively heavy and unappetizing. The taste was equally disappointing. The chicken was bland, with no real seasoning or flavor to speak of. KFC is known for its secret blend of herbs and spices, but if they were there, I certainly couldn’t taste them. The seasoning felt uneven, with some bites tasting bland while others were overly salty. There was no balance or complexity to the flavor, just a monotonous, greasy bite after bite. It felt like the chicken had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long, losing both its flavor and freshness. Side Dishes: Even Worse Than the Chicken It wasn’t just the chicken that was subpar—the side dishes were equally unsatisfactory. I ordered a portion of fries, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes, and each side seemed worse than the last. The fries, like the chicken, were soggy and greasy. They lacked any crunch or flavor and tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours before being served. The coleslaw, which is supposed to be a refreshing, tangy accompaniment to fried chicken, was a watery, flavorless disappointment. The cabbage and carrots were limp and lifeless, and the dressing was so thin that it failed to coat the vegetables properly. It lacked the creaminess and tang that coleslaw should have. The mashed potatoes were perhaps the worst offender. They were clearly instant mashed potatoes, lacking any real flavor or texture. The consistency was grainy and artificial, and the accompanying gravy did little to improve the situation. The gravy tasted more like a salty, gelatinous substance than anything resembling actual gravy. Overall, the sides were bland, poorly executed, and unappetizing—far from the hearty, satisfying accompaniments one would expect with a fried chicken meal. Poor Service and Cleanliness If the food wasn’t bad enough, the service left much to be desired as well. When I entered the restaurant, the staff appeared disinterested and unengaged. There was no greeting, no smile, and no effort to make the customers feel welcome. I had to wait an unusually long time for my order, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When my order finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, further suggesting that the food had been sitting out for far too long. The cleanliness of the restaurant was another issue. The tables were sticky, and many of them had not been cleared from previous customers. There were crumbs, spills, and discarded napkins l

I ordered colonel meal 4 pieces but rude guy on phone drive through disgusting food and pathetic service . We live locally now this service force us to go somewhere the franchise does not care about service and quality .there was no name badge on shirt so this jow KFC company been represented . This is not happened first time . But who cares . I advise do not go there use other branch may be better .

i ordered a tropicano on the machine when they dont even have any so i got given another drink but i had already payed for a tropicano on the machina and they had no sundaes on the machine when i really wanted one but they had sundaes above their heads. their chips and cookie was nice though but not happy with this🤗👹

It was really busy, but the staff were really unhelpful. How can you not have forks when you serve rice bowls? Also, there were supposed to be beans in the bowl, and when we asked we at least got two, but let's just pretend there's not supposed to be a corn cob with that?

I have never seen such lazy girls there, one person does the rest, they talk about nonsense, they avoid work. Waiting for an order for 25-30 minutes is a disaster. Clean the toilets because it looks like in the Soviet USSR, pissed, puked on, there is no need to clean it, why?

Went in today for lunch with my son. Ended up spilling my drink. A girl called ariel helped clean and was very good about it. Also other members of staff offered help and even remade my drink. Will defo be back. Staff defo make the place

Went to KFC bought a boneless banquet for £9.99 they said there card reader playing up to swipe my card again charged me twice trying to call them no answer absolutely disgraceful Govan branch Glasgow

Always served quickly in here but the several times I have been it has been filthy with clutter tables and more recently the front door being jammed open making it extremely cold inside the restaurant.

Excellent service today from Amy and Stewart. Genuinely friendly and helpful service with a smile. Thank you KFC 🙏🏻

Went to the drive thru for lunch on wed and one female staff member had her feet up on the glass on the outside tidying her shoe. Stopping me from driving to the window for my food. She then continued to chat to a male member of staff all the while looking round and seeing me waiting for her to move. Then when I finally arrived at the window to collect my food the same female had entered the kitchen area of the shop and hugged the male individual. This went on for the whole duration of the time I was at the window. Until they decided it was ok for me to get my order. Then when I left and took my order away I noticed that it was the incorrect order and cold. A very unprofessional branch and the staff are terrible.

We bought a 14 piece bargain bucket. The fries were cold, greasy, soggy and tasted of old cooking oil. The chicken was warm at best and also tasted of old cooking oil. We did get served quite quickly though.

The place was freezing, didn't sell any hot drinks and no WiFi.....

Not really into KFC but went in before the football and it tasted devine. Best KFC around. It was also crazy busy and the food was served very quickly.

We only had a drive thu but they still managed to get our order wrong so had to go back as they had missed a number of its. Next time we will check before driving away!

I took my grankids throgh drive through on Tuesday i was £16 for cold kids meals n ice cream i paid with card and the machine declined it as they said the it was not working ok as the manager admitted . So i paid £16 cash and my bank account was pending now i look and they took £16 out my bank so at was £32 for 2 kids meals and ice cream . They completely robbed me dont ever use your card in at store . The kids were no well and the rats are unbelievable about there . Manager said cant do anything . So watch wit your doing

The girl was scratching her private part and touching the food ,plus another guy on the fries he was keep sneezing I think he had coronavirus and at the end they gave me some one els order total rubbish

Food was not that hot, toilets are absolutely disgusting 😑 😒, the handle of the disabled toilet door came off in my hand, toilet pan is cracked and just totally mockit, toilet seat is all dirty with ingrained dirt, never never ever be back 😳 and staff very unfriendly or helpful in any way 😒🙄🤮🤢

Love this KFC, always hot and fresh food served simply the best.

I just ordered a uber eats from here and I wouldn't even feed the chicken to my dog. The skin on the wings are like plastic god knows when they were cooked & the skin on the burger has fell off its that dry. I tried to contact the store to speak to a manager and ask if they would eat the chicken that they are sending out but they're obviously that lazy and careless they can't even answer the store phone. Absolutely disgusting.

Excellent Service with scrumptious Food Stuff

Typical KFC standard food all good but the service and standard of cleaning in the unit. If the Paisley unit can be clean and staff supper friendly why can't this one?

Only three orders in front of me, one was only for ice creams, took ages. The girl serving did apologise foe the wait. The touch screen for ordering was out of receipts. Wasn't very clean for sitting in. Not staff's fault there didn't seem enough in, even though it was 2pm it wasn't busy. Still amazed KFC don't have Pepsi, if I was worried about too much sugar I don't think I'd be eating fried chicken. The food was okay.

Can't say much for the atmosphere as never went into the restaurant as just used drive thru service which was fast and food fresh

Place could have done with a good clean as tables and floor were filthy, staff were busy serving customers, children running around banging into customers while the parents sat and did nothing, there were some families who had their children under control and behaving themselves, a quiet word to the parents by a member of staff could have worked wonders.

Food got one star because, yet again, it was not what I ordered. Service poor - wrong order plus customer interaction non-existent. Was drive through, but best resolution offered when callind round was to to come back and we'll change. Sorry guys, as I explained 3 times, I nipped out on my lunch break to pick up something quick - on what planet was I going to be allowed a second lunch break to fix your error.

Have to say very disappointed with my order tonight, boneless banquet meal, popcorn chicken was cold. Trilogy box meal burger was absolutely shocking, cold chicken slapped on a roll with a scraping of sauce and a one small peice of lettuce. At the prices you charged I would expect a better quality.

About 10:30pm staff had cleaned the toilets but the store still operating, she didn’t allow me use it, also at this time this store never have food for the customer and delivery,very bad service costumer.also I never saw like that, shame

The food here is always the worst out of any KFC's in Glasgow. As I write this I just had a quadriple-cooked chicken wrap. Not sure there was any chicken left 🤣. The place also looks and feels very dark and sub-par in comparison to other KFC's. Had to ask for napkins as there was nothing out for customers to use whilst eating. This KFC needs a major overhaul and quality checked.

Staff at drive thru collection window are mute. No hello, thank you, nothing. Just pass the bag to you, which is a contrast to the ordering speaker where all you could hear was them shouting and carrying on with each other. Fillet burger looked like it had been laying for a while. Very very dry. Can't decide if the bun was over toasted or stale. Horrific experience.

Place was pretty empty except the dozen feral kids screaming and tearing about, the food took more than 15 mins to be ready and when they could be bothered to cook it the chipa were limp and tasteless and the chicken was drowning in oil.

I asked for a 6 piece family feast and was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. Another customer got told theyvd have to wait 20 minutes. Very very poor.That never happens to me at any other KFC I go to. I definitely wont be back. Shocking

Got order totally wrong. Just paid 20 quid for 6 chicken strips and 2 boxes of fries and 2 popcorn chicken. And 2 drinks! It's absolutely shocking. No wonder they are advertising for staff in store. Clearly, the idiots working there at the moment can't even do a simple task like following the items on a list.

I’ve came through this drive through a few times, never had an issue. Earlier today the young girl at the drive through had serious attitude issues towards my mum. Customer service is huge and my mum always speaks kindly to people in the service industry. The girl was rude for no reason and I understand that people can have bad days but I really didn’t appreciate the way my mum was spoken to, that alone will stop me from going back to that branch again.

Order came with half of it missing, wrap was the saddest excuse for £2.50 I’ve ever seen, chips were so cold it’s as if they came straight from the freezer, chicken was just bones with next to no chicken £25 wasted

Going downhill fast.. Ordered Zinger Burger meal and Chicken bites.. Everything stone cold, piece of chicken was sloppy stuck to the packet. Chicken bites were inedible. Burger had tiny piece of chicken in it.. Extremely disappointing. Smile while you serve as well, your job depends on it.. I’ll not be back..

Halal food KFC love Quick order replacement

Before the service and food was good but now not so much.

Went to get some food. I ordered a Fillet Tower box meal and a Zinger box meal from the drive-thru. Both the box meals were missing its sides (coleslaw), the burgers were just horrible, the Fillet Tower had no hashbrown on it, the Zinger chicken in the burger was burnt. Chips were mixed with stale and hard chips. It's not the first time I've received such horrible food from here. The management needs to do something about this.

Manky toilets took them 3 attempts to get our order right. Kfc in general has pretty poor service but this is right up there as the worst I've been in.

Might aswell shut the drive thru in this place. Every time we come it’s either cash only or come and order inside. What’s the point in having a drive thru lol?

we had a just eat delivery and it was a totally nightmare!. half of our order was missing and no drinks were given. also there was not a child's meal. we were looking forward but we won't never ever go back . very extremely disappointed. the bag was very light when I holder it and it was closed by dark grey duct tape. very extremely sad.

Chickens, chickens everywhere...

I have a love hate relationship with KFC. Their drive thru will randomly be closed with nothing to tell you, no krushems, ordering through the app things they don't have, getting orders wrong (almost charged £30). If I see some consistency then I'll change my review

Me and my partner got our dinner from their last night, both ended up with food poisoning, chicken was undercooked so was pink and soggy , absolutely disgusting and was not the first time this has happened!
