worst experience i’ve ever had on just eat, delivered over an hour and a half late, food was cold, soggy and tasted stale. the worst chinese i have ever eaten

2hrs and 45 mins for chips rice and curry and crackers utter joke aw and rice is burnt and curry is very salty chips are supposed to crispy on outside these where like rubber never 3 and half start not even 1 half 1 is pushing it

ive just been twice but the food was excellent , very large portions and great value..i can recommend sweet and sour dishes and the beef mandarin which was exceptional

FIRST TIME ORDER! Ordered special curry, chips and salt and chilli chicken wings. Special curry was nice except the onions which I thought was cut and left out for few days. Chips wasn’t soggy, crispy but like warm. Chicken wings were a little disappointed, can’t taste the salt and chilli and bottom of the container were watery. Overall, food was nice. Delivery was quite quick considering it’s Friday. Would order again!

Hadn't ordered in a while, and noticed the score had dropped a bit. (used to be above 4) I can see why. the quality is really poor, chios tasted luke reheats, same as the curry sauce. noodles from the chow mein were so mushy. it went in the bin!

phoned take away and asked where my order was replied it's with the driver I am really sorry but we have been very busy waited another 20 minutes still no delivery absolutely shocking service

Forgot to add an additional side when ordering via Just Eat. Called the shop, explained and the lady sorted it out. Delivery time was showing as 45-1hr when I placed the order, the order was delivered within 25 mins. Now that’s service. Good quality food.

Food late. Gave wrong item, not happy.

Just ordered from here and called the establishment to voice my concerns. Just paid £30 for a meal that I would say was worth 10% of that. Tasty ribs, and spring rolls so-so. The main dish of a Yung Chow Fried Rice was nothing more than a big portion of fried rice with a game of hunt the chicken/pork/prawns. When I called to express my concerns, the 'manager' was very polite and listened but offered no resolution. Very dissatisfied and disappointed...only used here because my normal establishment is closed at the moment. Had I been in the right frame of mind, I would have happily returned what I had received as evidence of the poor quality of meal i received. However, life is too short to fret over this. Buyer beware! This buyer certainly won't be back!

food was delayed then when it came the driver said he left the juice at the shop and said he would come back with it later then when he came back with the juice he only gave us a bottle of coke but we ordered 2 cans of coke, 1 can of Fanta and 1 can of 7up.

i was an hour late to collect due to some children issues and they very kindly remade my order on the spot how fantastic a service is that what a superb place very highly recommend

Not the best but not the worst. I don't recommend their chicken chow mein but their chicken curry is nice.

Delivery time bad put in order phoned a hour later to be told getting made but would be another 20 mins cancelled rubbish service told it takes 1 and half hours for a delivery could have walked to the place and back in that time and I don't live that near to the place never again should have know better was in a few weeks a go and waited 45 min for take order not put into kitchen

Once again the food was lovely, only criticism is that the chips are never nice always end up throwing them out but in all the years of ordering from various restaurants I don’t think we’ve ever had good chips always very dry I just don’t understand why but the rest of the food was really nice and we enjoyed it, will definitely still order again 👍

Food took 2 hours to be delivered from time of ordering. Was cold when arrived. The shop should not be taking on orders of they can’t make the original delivery time. I called after 1.5 hours waiting and they said the driver was at the shop but they had not yet made it. Yet it still took 30 min longer.

As always lovely food, I travel from Erskine just to get a decent Chinese.

Food arrived 20 mins late which was an hour and a half all in from order placed but I think it had been out almost all that time, chips and rice were stone cold. The curry had more salt in it that curry powder, rotten! Don’t know what’s happened with this place but it’s went right down hill!

The meal we ordered was delicious and piping hot.The woman who delivered it was so nice.Just hoping the £4 delivery plus the exta service charge is just for xmas time as its not far from me.

40 minutes for a collection of snack box chips and noodles and started chicken satay. Disgusting. Chicken didn’t even appear like chicken and mushrooms in the noodles when I said no mushrooms. Really shocked. When the lady is not there, it’s the worst.

I know it’s a Saturday night but to wait just over 2 hours for a delivery is shocking! An hour and a half goes by since placing my order with delivery no where to be seen. Called the restaurant to be told it’s just being cooked waited a further 35 minutes to then receive my order so total 2hrs and 5 mins :( ruining my night
