Subway in Glasgow City

Staff can’t tell the difference between double choc chip cookies and choc chunk always messing up my order.

tried phoning the store as i received my order to complain the whole order was stone cold and they can’t even answer a goddamn phone so don’t think this store has any good customer service or support so won’t be ordering anything else from this store again so they have just lost customers this store better up there food quality and there customer service game or it will eventually be closed down for gross negligence not happy

Horrible and rude staff, making facing #NoToRacism very Racist staff and unable to speak in English or probably does not understand what you try to tell him. Subway take some action

Delivery was on time and precise however the establishment forgot to include a bottle drink of Vanilla Coke that we had paid for.

Salad box came a quarter full, with barely any protein, a very small portion and atypical to what I receive at other stores - I’ve never received such a small portion before, it was a waste of packaging. The delivery was quick and the delivery driver was very kind and polite.

very disappointing for this subway, usually great. given the wrong cookies - asked for raspberry cheesecake, got the white chocolate macadamia which is extremely dangerous and an allergen violation as we were not contacted about this swap. sandwiches were not really full of the chosen protein, and mainly veggies. food arrived cold, despite it not taking long to come at all. at least our delivery driver was quick, efficient and very kind.

the workers at the Victoria road subway need to be fired, lazy, talking and then asking weird questions no professionalism whatsoever

Rude customer service sitting on phone when you come in hiding around the corner,had to call and ask for service, comes around the corner disgruntled and very impolite. Asked for salt and pepper was as if I asked him to murder his nan. When leaving thought was going to say have a nice day or something pleasant but was bluntly told to close the door behind me. If you don't want to work in hospitality just don't, embarrassing for the rest of us who actually work hard to provide good customer service. Staff need a boat load of training in basic manners for front of house service.

Terrible service. Received completely wrong items. Raised it with Just Eat and was told they couldn’t do anything so they don’t care about complaints and just take your money. Horrible service

Nice friendly courier arrived quickly. Shame about the restaurant staff sending burnt cookies and the wrong drink which was warm having been put in beside the toasted sub. 🤑

The worst subway I have been to, smallest amounts of meat, half a scoop if your lucky, barely put any salad on it as if he is paying for the lettuce out his own pocket. Put some more veg on it to bulk it out. Saddest and thinnest subway I have ever had. Staff have the personality of a fridge. 2 words “won’t be back!”

staff are rude all the time. every single time i come into the victoria road branch i feel unattended and unwelcomed. you can tell they’re annoyed just for u coming in. other than than quite like subway but unfortunately this branch is the only one near my house and i refrain from going into it merely due to the rude customer service.

I just paid £10 for a chicken tikka salad box that arrived with no chicken tikka so paid that for a box of lettuce and peppers 😂😂 how can u forget the main ingredient?

I’m leaving a 5 star review even though my order was a bit incorrect because I’m assuming the staff just didn’t have the items I wanted but they were swapped with other items that were of equal if not more value. Great food and delivery time.

My food was left on the doorstep outside my flat - in the rain. Fortunately, a neighbour came home moments afterwards and SHE brought it inside. Appalling. Won't be using you again.

Theirs a box for toasted why is that their when it's been ignored 1 cold sandwich 2 dods of thick unmelted mozzarella is what I've been delivered.

I ordered food from here and it came stone cold almost as thought it had came out of the freezer. The cheese wasn’t toasted, there was literally no sauce and I asked for gherkins and there were none. It was so cold that it wasn’t edible to even eat. The staff clearly don’t care and just want to get there job over with and don’t care about what they’re actually giving to their customers. I’m sure they wouldn’t want to have a frozen sub themselves so why give it to someone else. Very disappointing.

Went to neighbours , no cheese on either sub and milkshake and iced coffee ordered, replaced with two bottles of Pepsi Max, pretty disappointing

Very bad service, always staff do misbehave with customers. I visit two times and they do misbehave with me. I suggest change all staff.

Hi there, I am not happy as I haven't received the full order. My kid was waiting for his Nachos that I had ordered which we didn't receive. It is not nice seeing we all have our food & my son doesn't. I want a refund.

We requested toasted subs and they were cold. Driver sat outside the building for 5 minutes before contacting me to come out.

Probably the best subway we've actually had, prep time was great, and while one of the subs was toasted despite not supposed to be, it was all round great. No complaints and it was borderline very warm for once! Happy!

Bought 2 6inch sub meals with crisps & drinks. Got home to discover the ready salted crisps were out of date by almost 2 months the date on the packet was 24/01/23 and today's date is 19/03/23 tried to call the branch and keeps saying it is not possible to connect your call plz try later.

I didn’t receive my drink, I paid £3.16, the driver blamed the restaurant and left unconcerned that I did not receive what I paid for.

According to the map, the driver went in completely the wrong direction so no surprise that the sub was not very warm and the drink not very cold.

Absolutely disappointed i came to order food and the lady who was working there said she was busy and looked at me strangely she was preparing orders for takeaway i said how long will it be i said i will be back in 10 minutes and when i came back the shop was closed no one was there this was a good 30 mins before closing time

I came in for a veggie patty and the lady who served me looked like a new worker. She got the bread wrong but I didn’t mind as I knew she was a new worker. What I didn’t like was that the other lady working there with the hijab on was literally raising her voice and huffing at the new worker as she didn’t know what she was doing. I felt really sorry for the new worker and it must have been so embarrassing for her to be shouted at in front of customers! Such ashame no way to treat a new worker there honestly I felt embarrassed just looking at the way she talked to her. Everyone starts somewhere and that’s definitely not the attitude to be treating a new worker!
