Absolutely shocking. Had basically no food and the portions were tiny, I’ve been to a few of the other Chopstix however this is the worst experience ever. The employees mumble and are so hard to understand, maintain conversation with one another whilst serving you and swear infront of customers. Think it’s really disgusting to sit and eat your dinner whilst employees trail bags of rubbish past you 🤢🤢🤢would give you the absolute boak. Had none of the drinks they were meant to nor had the new spring rolls. Complete shambles.

Moved into the area and recently used this carry out restaurant. From the outside the building itself is grubby and covered in graffiti, not very inviting!! The interior was not much better. Ordered sweet n sour chicken and chicken curry, not overly impressed with the quality of the food. Mite try Mr Tastie (Chip shop next door) next time!!

My estimated delivery time changed after it already gave me a time and by the time food came it was cold due to the driver having other deliveries to do before mine

We lunched at Nando's on the 3rd April. We were superbly looked after by Sam who realised he was dealing with the elderly! He offered help with their online menu system and returned several times to check everything was ok. Truly, service with a smile on top of which the food was delicious. Dine in and enjoy.

Walked Starbucks today, it was absolute state the tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the floors and tables were sticky and upstairs was no better. The wait time was unnecessarily long and there was three members of staff standing around chatting as if there was nothing to do, which was far from the truth. Spillages everywhere and not one member of staff even attempting to clean anything at all. There was a boy sat in the corner crying ( wouldn’t be surprised if it was because of the disgusting state of the place) overall the drinks were average, the service was terrible, and the environment is the most disgusting I’ve seen ever, I will not be returning nor will I be recommending to anyone, do better Starbucks and get some new staff.

Ordered just 3 naan and 3 rotis and got told 20 mins. Was not ready and they said 3-4 mins. 40 mins wait i call them again and they say tandoor wasnt ready so putting on now. If it wasnt ready why take the order? Never ordering again.

The Tonghing is rotten a will niver go back only got chips n gravy thank god that’s all a got chips hav been lying for about a week

Good food , but worst service That lady was very rude, and always in hurry. She didn’t expect customer, and treated us like uninvited guests. And forced me to pay service charge 10%, I didn’t know it is optional when I was asking about service charge she made feel guilty that I am not paying money for her work. And she is in hurry to take payment already entered amount in card machine and eager for o collect money and close the restaurant. When I was paying my bill it is just 15 min after closing time. So I paid 10% extra for that “BEAUTIFUL” service I love Tony macaroni, but I am not going to visit in silverburn again

Hi there I ordered a chana puri and I got a chicken puri and this was for a vegetarian. This is just not acceptable. You have to make sure that you are making food for what people are ordering.

We had gyoza, bao, and a hotpot. I can comfortably say that buying some frozen gyoza and bao from the Tesco and making it in the microwave at home would have been significantly better. The gyoza and bao were both to dry. The gyoza was far too cooked. The hotpot was nothing to write home about but over all the food was so poor that we just left and had a snack at home. This was at least the time we've been to this location and it was easily the worst concerning the food. Can't see ourselves returning with so many other options.

On reflection I ended up apologising to the driver and understand that was easy mistake to make. Still waiting on my free order mind you lol. They were apologetic and very genuine so can't fault. Deluvery and restaurant didnt boyher to read instructions as disabled and three dogs. For good reason asked ut ti be left. Due to dogs and my poor mobility ive sustained an injury Arrived cold and soggy and not able to eat now as in pain!

No longer the champion of fast food, you now have to wait for orders, behind all the collection and delivery orders, to then recive a cold meal, with missing item's, unfortunately, it seems to be that the customer that is priority, isn't the one standing inside the premises.

Ordered there every week , today the people treated us is unbelievable . Pure rude , and as the woman in the shop says " she dont even care" Definitely not going back after that ! And will post it everywhere on.social media , having prove of order , they sent wrong order and dont wanted give money back . Saying in the shop they dont want to look at order confirmation cos she dont care . Wow honestly no words
