didn’t get what i ordered and wasn’t offered a refund, forgot something i ordered and wasn’t very helpful on the phone.

Asked for chicken Kahari , normally it’s chicken on the bone , cooked fresh .. what I got was tandoori chicken cubes thrown into a disgusting paste with lots of chillies to hide the taste … just yuk .. threw it in the bin

Ordered through uber eats but it was the shops delivery driver who delivered it in no time at all. Ordered at 5 & it was at the door at 20 past. Friendly driver. Food was roasting hot, looked appetising & tasted delicious & fresh. Happy, fat & full!!!

Always decent food and friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience so maybe it's luck or their food is good. Try them out and decide for yourself.

Was appalled at the service we experience last night, avoid for delivery at least!! Order was on its way but was taking more than 30 minutes for what should have been a max 10 minute drive so I called the restaurant after the updates were unsuccessful. I was told the driver was a couple of minutes away and that the food would not be cold when it arrived. Nothing arrived, so left my review on Just Eat. Over an hour after the phone call to say the driver was a couple of minutes away, the door goes with the delivery - no notice, not another peep from the restaurant that it was actually still coming - when you say the driver is a couple of minutes away, what world was that in?? You can’t be leaving someone a whole hour after and expect them to still want that food, it had been out for deliver for near 1.5 hours by this point, and 1hr 15 minutes late in total with no apology. I checked the food before lifting the money, it was stone cold and the pizza looked like it had been dropped - it was completely squished into one side - lucky for us I checked first or we’d have wasted our hard earned money on a complete waste. The cheek to then phone and offer it be resent, if you can’t do it right the first time why make it good a second time after someone complains, get it right first and it won’t cost your business. Very rude, extremely shocking service and glad we didn’t pay card and we weren’t the ones out of pocket.

Most food is great but just a wee tip on cooking lamb. Has to be simmered for ages so that it's soft and tender!! Nearly broke my teeth trying to eat my lamb Achari 😄

Absolutely disgusting would not feed a rat this , asked for a refund got told I would get 20% next time lol Sauce was burst all over the bag , big bag of dried Donna meat, tandoori covered in red dye with old random bit of chicken Please don’t go here ROTTEN

All I can say is what a disgrace. I ordered off of just eat and it said my food was delivered, which it hadn’t been. I tried to call the restaurant but it rang through. Eventually I received a knock at the door to an angry delivery driver shouting in my face, not only the appalling service, the order was completely wrong and freezing. I will not be eating here again ( writing for a friend

Can't rate this place enough!! Food is so fresh and tasty. Staff friendly and food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Egyptian kebab, does two people..absolutely stunning.

Chillies does by far the best tandoori mixed grill of any local restaurant. Always lovely, juicy, tender, tasty meat cooked perfectly. Their customer service is second to none and they're always happy to customise dishes to suit your personal tastes. Great value for money. I've ordered from them only minutes before their closing time and they still took the time to make my meal perfectly for me. Plenty to feed 2 adults. Always impressed with Chillies and I'd definitely highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed ❤️

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for an order and for 4 kebabs he tried to charge £41.80 and said it’s okay give me £41 as if that’s a deal. I thought it was a bit pricey and told him no I wasn’t paying that. I left the shop to check on just eat how much it was and came to £37 bearing in mind usually just eat charge a bit extra usually. Also with the meal you could get a can of juice which he didn’t mention in the shop so just trying to bump me 😂 won’t be back, new owners are disgusting

I wish I could give no stars Avoid this place at all costs. They cannot get the simplest of orders correct despite leaving a note on the order. When we called to ask them to rectify this, they were rude, spoke over us, were not willing to fix their issue as we were too far away (not far away when they took the other tho eh!) Never again. Food that we did have was disgusting. Poppadoms were soggy, kebab salad was brown, pakora was tasteless and the kebab meat was dripping in grease.

Bought 16 Inch pizza .Honestly never had a this kind of worst pizza in my life .would never recommend to anyone.

Used to think chillies at nitshills food was no bad but tonight’s food was really bad the chicken pakora was overcooked and dry the vegetable pakora was burnt on the outside and stodgy on the inside and sent out garlic Nan bread instead of plain . I’m all for buying at your local take away but never again .

Ordered a pizza from here. Took over an hour to be delivered. Hadn’t been packed properly and about a quarter of the cheese had come off and stuck to the top of the box. Pizza itself tasted awful with the meat a very weird texture

Keep your money .. ask for grilled chicken kebab got red chicken tikka chunks .. asked for peppers way it got mushroom… really bad eat here for the last time … try master chef up the hill

Always order meal deal 3. Their chicken chasni is the best by far and massive portions. And their pakora is simply outstanding wont order anywhere else. Best local Indian takeaway by far

order 3 items & 2 of them had faults. No cheese on my chips cheese and chicken pakora & then I ordered a sarbeni and there was a grey 2cm hair wedged into the melted cheese ( meaning it was there prior to being cooked in the oven )

This place has went drastically downhill since the previous manager left. I’ve had a few disappointing orders but tonight’s was inedible and the order was wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas neither of which had any tomato base and were both burnt, I ordered chips and cheese the sent just chips and I had ordered curly fries but they sent wedges! I won’t be back and wouldn’t advise anyone to go there!

First time in chillies,staff friendly and funny. So I ordered the 12 inch spicy chicken with heartattack Japs,was absolutely banging so defo recommend and looking forward to trying their curries 5 stars lads.

I had a kebab for the first time in many years,I have to say it was delicious. The amount of meat inside the pitta was amazing. I've eaten from here before,due to my daughter recommending it.its always great food and unbelievable value for money . I would definitely recommend it.

Crookston.... ordered at 5.03pm...called twice but had no driver....so decided to pick up myself at 6.30pm and attitude was disgraceful of staff...no apology ...answer was you're not the only one.... will not be ordering again

Instead of cooking on Christmas day used Original Chillies for Christmas dinner so no cooking for hours or prepping in the kitchen. The food was amazing and at a fantastic price. Will be doing this again next year saves all the hastle and more time spent with family. Big thumbs up.

Average food, can tell the food is simply reheated and just given out to people. The guy who takes orders over the phone has a serious attitude problem and needs to learn how to politely speak with customers in a more friendly manner as he gives the impression that he can't be bothered speaking to anyone.

Great place to eat. Ate out of all the shops owned by the manager. Great food all the time. Very reasonable prices for top notch food. I eat out of here once a week every week. Never a bad meal. Staff are always friendly unless you are a chancer looking to con a free meal. If they are rude to you it's because you were rude to them first. They make a good living from this shop and that's not done by giving out bad food, wrong orders or being rude to customers.

Food was disgusting and the manager had very poor and bad attitude, they gave me the wrong order and never gave me my money back. Do not order from her !!
