NOW CLOSED Please be aware that this takeaway is now closed and from asking nearby shop they are not coming back. However their app and website is still up and working (learned this the hard way after ordering and going down to pick up my food and was greeted with a shut shop! Not gotten my money back either).

If I could I would give the takeaway 0 stars Was kept waiting for 40 mins for a pizza and a calzone the workers were just talking amongst themselves. Then when we got home the pizza was cold The next day my son got food poisoning from the pizza I phoned to complain The guy tried to say it was something he ate before the pizza? How when he ate toast before he had pizza u can’t get sick from toast? AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE

I popped down for a quick snack. Told to come down 5/10 minutes great. Order was a simple mixed pakora 🤮 dry and overcooked to the point I couldn't bite into the food apart from a mushroom which also belonged in the bin. I actually felt bad putting the food in the bin incase a fox or animal found its way to this. I have a feeling this food had been reheated multiple times and whoever's is cooking or running this place... quit and find a vocation.🤬 if I could give 0 stars I would have.

To be honest waited 2 hours for our food and it was almost cold. We stay 2mins away and made the mistake of ordering delivery. Never again will I order from here even tried phoning to say we can pick it up but phone engaged .Terrible service never again....

I don’t have takeaways very often but Chillies was my go to mainly for the chicken bbq kebab. Always beautiful food, and I have previously reviewed. My order this evening was really disappointing. The kebab tasted so different. The mushrooms were tiny and the peppers not nice. Previously these used to be done on the bbq but only the chicken was on the bbq this time so the veg wasn’t charred, that’s obviously made a difference to the taste. The curry was bland, meant to be honey and lemon so should have flavour, but nothing noticeable. The pakora batter was more like rubber. My Daughter enjoyed the chilli chips. However you couldn’t really go wrong with these could you?! The one plus note, the order was complete…most of my orders previously, something has been missing. It certainly was different people since the last time I was in, so new owners maybe. Disappointed and won’t be back.

The quality of food isn't what it used to be. Seems like new ownership, still quality food but id pay extra just to get the quality of the old food. It's a fast food but it doesn't mean food should be made faster over higher quality! Will try again in some time to see if anything is changed.

Used a few times. This time was very disappointing. Chicken kebab was very sad salad was all minted cabbage. No Tom's cucumber or onion. Chicken curry also disappointing. 5 bits of chicken. Not good for what they are charging. Not be back anytime soon. 😒

Worst food ever, disgusted from ever eating out again because of this. Pizza didn't look humane and tasted very bad and was half burnt and the Mix grill tandori was just slices of doner meat and some chicken and tasted very very bad as well. Don't waste your money or health at this

No forks in a takeaway place, ordered a kebab with chips and sauce only to find out they do not give any forks. Shambles!

Food was two hours late and also bad service! They dont care! Do not order stay away!

I hate people who leave snide reviews without actually giving the restaurant a fair chance to solve any issues But the last 5 times, FIVE Times they have either totally messed up the order or there has been something missing... Spent 30 quid last night and there was 3 things missing again ... Gave them plenty chances but totally unacceptable now! They need to start reading and acting on these reviews because This place has went right downhill!!

Pakora was reheated and hard Curry was nice nan bread was soft and tasteless

Google thinks I've been here because I go to the off licence next door almost daily. But, the food from Chillies smells amazing, it's clean inside, staff are nice, and they have a spicy burger which is great.

Recently moved to the area and looking for decent takeaways. Just had a chicken tikka bhoona, fried rice and chapati. The bhoona was lovely, great sauce and plenty of chicken and nice large chapati. Ordered online for collection within 20 mins and was ready bang on time. Will definitely be back 👍

I ordered a chicken biryani, it’s rice was hard and the chicken has bad smell. Not recommended.

Their pizzas are delicious and you can pick up a massive 16" stuffed crust for half the price of a smaller one from Dominos and Pizza Hut. Taste and value for money every time.

Food was great, staff was lovely and wasn’t sitting waiting for long

Asked for 2 veg pakora.order arrived in a decent time although I was informed that I had only ordered 1 so after paying £7.50 and a £1 tip I was told I would receive the other shortly alas I am still waiting 3 hours later shocking for my local takeaway.thanks for ruining dinner

Staff didn't wash their hands after being outside having a cigarette and proceeded to touch food. WONT BE BACK. I have to highlight a star to comment otherwise i wouldn't

Ordered a delivery on boxing day phoned after an hour they said it had been prepared and was just leaving after another hour past it turned up absolutely stone cold understand it's a busy night but drivers should be in to cover the deliveries meal ended up going in the bin

Normally when you go into a place just as their closing you get some looks of gtf lol for example Freddies. Chillies on the other hand has excellent customer service, bit of banter while you wait and they sort you out. Doner kebabs are excellent!! Back cooking staff need a mention to they guys know what their doing, keep it up lads 😎👍✌

The burger was nice chips need to be in for a few more Mins and a bit more sauce on the burger

This is one good resturant to have your dinner. The best thing is the portions.. really large amounts. . and the curries are very tasty. I simply like the food from chillies. The only issue I have is with the rice. Though its tasty.. it can be a bit more cooked. Highly recommended

Hi ordered to meals. The only one that let it down was the south indian garlic and chilli chicken. To much rice far to much sauce and only 5 small lumps of chicken.. Bin after the chicken.. So sorry look for something else on the menu....

I used chillies all the time till last time it was AGES over an hour and a half for a pizza!!!!!it was cold...when i called back after hour i was told they didnt know where our food was and driver dissappeared....so we tried again 2night....still same....pure starving and no food arrived...so DISSAPPOUNTED

Large chicken pakora is like a KFC boneless banquet, top notch 👍 The chicken tika king kebab is a thing of beauty aswell

Delivery was 30 minutes late and mixed kebab was cold

Placed an order for delivery last night and it never appeared but apart from tht usually top marks from the place

Ordered some food today from chillies what a taste highly recommended delivery was very quick and food was very well prepared and presented definitely my regular now.

Fab food. Had the mixed kebab!! But be aware of delivery time!!! Not Chillis fault as ‘Just eat’ put the delivery time on.... but running pretty long waiting times... obviously... during this horrendous time... understandable.. but... Just Eat.... get your act together.... and help your take aways!!!!!

Food is quality!! And does some great deals! Only downside is you can wait a bit for order when you’ve phoned to collect and came in time you’ve been told probs down to how busy it is no biggie! Best Indian about here 👌👌

Pizza was well overdone !! Burnt !! Pakora overdone . Food standards have dramatically dropped . I was a loyal customer ! But recently not impressed ,And have went in-store and said discreetly about quality , pity really ,As its putting me off ordering anything again online . Sorry guys .Will come in-store if ordering anything .

Ordered meal for two last night been sick since then. Will not order again. Ordered juice and it got delivered an hour after meal.

Tuesday order. Took 90 minutes to arrive. Food was awful. Curry tasteless, nan bread disgusting and even the rice was rubbish. Used to really like this place but will not use again if this is their standard. Menu in bin on top of the food.

Chillies is very much like many take away's, the difference being there food is very nice

Was given a disappointing chicken tikka hoagie late at night, just thrown the left over soggy chips and burnt, dry chicken together. No sauce was given even thought it was asked for and also little to no cheese. Over all very disappointed.

Been ordering from here for years got an order tonight which came without the chips I had ordered asked if they could replace the full order as my pizza would be cold by the time they sent out my chips to be told no even though your a good customer just wait until I send out your chips so you can eat you pizza cold Attitude of owner was shocking will not be back

I visited Chillies Sat Dec 08 at app. 17.10 hrs. (a busy time). Phone ringing, staff bustling as they they at times, appeared to struggle with their food orders... I was asked after waiting 5 mins for my order by an older gentleman for my order; a mixed kebab politely taken... then visited the shop next door (twice) as I waited and watched people come and go... I received an apology for my wait and again on receiving my order, however, no mention of did I want salad and sause which I forgot to ask for... No matter... despite the extended wait, the salad and sause was there... and as for my mixed kebab..?... It was bloody well outstandingly delicious and I'll be back... Thanks Chillies... 😊

Utterly superb filet of lamb kebab, never had a better kebab! Outstandingly good. Lamb and chicken curries both excellent. Seven year old granddaughter says best chicken pakora ever!!
