Coffee soaked all over the food, when I called the restaurant and explained they hung up and kept doing so then just let the phone ring out

Delicious hot food! 4 stars only because I ordered a sausage and egg bagel but received a bacon and egg bagel instead. Still lovely :)

Today we order 2 iced french vanilla they used expired milk also they didn’t mix proper and taste was really not Gud otherwise we always order but this time taste was really bad may b milk was expired also they didn’t mix properly

Ordered a cheese toastie and 25 minutes later I was given a cheese bready. Could have toasted it better over candle light. Horribly overpriced and staff barely speak English when you ask them anything.

Always really fast service and good food

I love the food here especially the breakfast. I also love the donuts. They can be pricey. The machine is handy but sometimes run out of paper and we don’t know what our order number is. It’s a good atmosphere in general, can get a bit cramped near the entrance when very busy. We come here fairly regularly. It opens early and easy to access

Half a drink that was watered down

Order wasn't delivered. I watched as the courier delivered to the wrong door. Laziness not looking at the numbers!

Not only did I have to wait 30 mins for a toastie and it wasn't even that busy. They order was incorrect once received. Not the the best by any stretch.

Absolutely terrible! The staff could not be less interested if they tried! Service slow - orders not shouted out - just left to get cold. Food was awful - and ended up leaving it and going elsewhere.

Incompetent staff can’t read a clear note that states the order has an allergen, then proceed to put that allergen on the bagels. Pure idiocy as per usual.

Breakfast, is that a turkey patty or chicken? Disgusting. And how do you run out of marshmallows for your, heavily advertised, special s'mores coffee and chocolate then don't bother to tell patrons about this unless they point it out. Smiling polite staff do not make up for very poor quality food. Hortons really should stick to doughnuts, fritters and crullers.

This was a quick takeaway order as they were closing. The food was good, the prices are decent. The self service machines dont work properly but orders can be placed at the till. I have tried a few things here and they have been fine. The staff are very helpful and nice and friendly.

First time I have bacon, egg, cheese muffin come with hash brown a bit greasy for my liking and black tea I had. Good value for the money! So sure I took pictures of the muffin and hash brown. Must have forgotten to save the pictures...silly me Lol

Not impressed at all with this time hortons. Machines weren't working properly to make an order and the offers didn't match some of the advertisements. Waited ages for a latte, a hot smores and a frappe. The hot smores was disgusting and tasted like it been made with dirty water, and the latte was the same. Whole place was actually dirty, tables where cleared but non clean. Service was shocking. The thing I'd recommend here is... Walk out go into Glasgow where its much better than this franchise. Honestly we are fans of Tim hortons but this one was a disgusting disaster AVOID

Soggy and cold and over 2 hours after I ordered. An hour and a half later than it should have. Awful.

Great food and drinks. Just wish there was an option to upgrade your drink size with meals.

2nd time ordering, and everything was fab. Ice Capps were still cold, and milkshakes were still thick and yummy. And as always, doughnuts were delicious and fresh

Pancakes slate supposed to be hazelnut spread pancakes doesn’t say they come with whipped cream or crushed Oreo’s couldn’t eat them. If it had been stated I would not have ordered them.

45 minutes later than quoted, delivery time kept getting pushed out and it only just arrived and the food is stone cold and soggy - really regret the full order. Would not have ordered at all if I knew it was going to be this late/cold. Delivery driver was nice, not his fault.

Avoid this Tim hortons Paisley restaurant is far superior, it was geniunly the worst meal I've had from Tim hortons staff are clearly poorly trained if they can't tell the difference between green and brown lettuce didn't even want to feed my dog it

Coffee is great, but the amount of flies when you are sitting In is a joke. Nothing in place to get rid of them.

My order is short a breakfast wrap.

Just want to share my thanks to the staff for an order that went wrong through no fault of their own. The guy in front of me in the orders queue has 2 orders, his order gets shouted out and he grabs them both. Only, one is my breakfast wrap. My number gets shouted out, it's a breakfast muffin there that I didn't order. We figure out what's happened, the staff agreed to make me a new wrap because of this idiot, and say that I can just keep the mistaken muffin as it would go in the bin anyway. 2 minutes later, I have my order and sit down. I look over to the counter and there's this guy, with MY BREAKFAST WRAP, complaining that wasn't what he ordered. So they go ahead and make him a new muffin it seems. Needlessly costing them yet more stock. Brilliant service from the staff, I'm sorry people suck sometimes. I bet he even thought it was you guys that screwed up his order. Absolute vegetable.

This place will reject cash which is not reasonable. I don't use card i use cash. The food is cheap microwaved nonsense.

Wrong order completely…left notes they where not followed. Only 1 meals juice and fries arrived and ordered 2. Burger came with the things I asked not to be on it and I am elergic.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely TERRIBLE service on multiple occasions, I was the only person in the line yet I still waited 10 minutes. The staff are extremely rude and problematic. Claimed I was "screaming" at her even though I simply asked how long my order would take. (She screamed at me) Ignored it the first time but their behavior is not acceptable. I approached another staff member who shrugged and claimed she "didn't know" how long it takes extremely rudely. Do better.

Iced vanilla was not iced. It was barely cold. Unhappy with that. Don’t want to drink something semi warm that is dairy based. Other drinks were all fine and good quality.

The timbits tasted like they had been lying about for weeks they weren’t fresh at all really disappointed and the iced coffee was so strong and warm when it arrived at it was ment to be cold!

Perfect. Food arrived hot and cooked perfect. Recommend

I ordered a frozen cap and a chicken burger, the frozen cap being the main reason for my order. However not for the first time my cap arrived compleltly gone, spilled all over the bag with zero left in the cup. This has happened several times now and makes me very hesitant to order from here again. Clearly they need to provide cup holders when being delivered but for some reason they never do. Very unhappy customer.

Burger had a lot of mustard on it and it blocked out the flavour of everything else

Delivery 90 minutes later than was originally stated, no answer when trying to call to find out the status of the order (once the time changed to 10:05-10:15, no further updates appeared until 10:55). Food was fine once delivered, but the service was beyond terrible.

Meal for 2 was missing 20 Timbits. Restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. Won't be using again. Order was really simple.
