Good but a bit too expensive for the fast food industry. Congruence issues with quantity of cash spent and quality of goods sold.

Not only did I have to wait 30 mins for a toastie and it wasn't even that busy. They order was incorrect once received. Not the the best by any stretch.

Absolutely terrible! The staff could not be less interested if they tried! Service slow - orders not shouted out - just left to get cold. Food was awful - and ended up leaving it and going elsewhere.

Breakfast, is that a turkey patty or chicken? Disgusting. And how do you run out of marshmallows for your, heavily advertised, special s'mores coffee and chocolate then don't bother to tell patrons about this unless they point it out. Smiling polite staff do not make up for very poor quality food. Hortons really should stick to doughnuts, fritters and crullers.

This was a quick takeaway order as they were closing. The food was good, the prices are decent. The self service machines dont work properly but orders can be placed at the till. I have tried a few things here and they have been fine. The staff are very helpful and nice and friendly.

First time I have bacon, egg, cheese muffin come with hash brown a bit greasy for my liking and black tea I had. Good value for the money! So sure I took pictures of the muffin and hash brown. Must have forgotten to save the pictures...silly me Lol

Not impressed at all with this time hortons. Machines weren't working properly to make an order and the offers didn't match some of the advertisements. Waited ages for a latte, a hot smores and a frappe. The hot smores was disgusting and tasted like it been made with dirty water, and the latte was the same. Whole place was actually dirty, tables where cleared but non clean. Service was shocking. The thing I'd recommend here is... Walk out go into Glasgow where its much better than this franchise. Honestly we are fans of Tim hortons but this one was a disgusting disaster AVOID

Coffee is great, but the amount of flies when you are sitting In is a joke. Nothing in place to get rid of them.

Just want to share my thanks to the staff for an order that went wrong through no fault of their own. The guy in front of me in the orders queue has 2 orders, his order gets shouted out and he grabs them both. Only, one is my breakfast wrap. My number gets shouted out, it's a breakfast muffin there that I didn't order. We figure out what's happened, the staff agreed to make me a new wrap because of this idiot, and say that I can just keep the mistaken muffin as it would go in the bin anyway. 2 minutes later, I have my order and sit down. I look over to the counter and there's this guy, with MY BREAKFAST WRAP, complaining that wasn't what he ordered. So they go ahead and make him a new muffin it seems. Needlessly costing them yet more stock. Brilliant service from the staff, I'm sorry people suck sometimes. I bet he even thought it was you guys that screwed up his order. Absolute vegetable.

This place will reject cash which is not reasonable. I don't use card i use cash. The food is cheap microwaved nonsense.

Has been taken over by new people, and the service was excellent. Coffee was well made donuts were lovey and fresh. The two guys working were very friendly and worked efficiently. Huge improvement definitely go back

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely TERRIBLE service on multiple occasions, I was the only person in the line yet I still waited 10 minutes. The staff are extremely rude and problematic. Claimed I was "screaming" at her even though I simply asked how long my order would take. (She screamed at me) Ignored it the first time but their behavior is not acceptable. I approached another staff member who shrugged and claimed she "didn't know" how long it takes extremely rudely. Do better.

Tim Hortons Silverburn offers really good food, clean and hygienic seating with crews keeping a check regularly. The Single Origin Columbian Coffee is a must try for coffee lovers. The signature lattice fries were crispy and tasted amazing. I loved the grilled chicken wrap which was fresh and had the right amount of seasonings. To wrap up my meal, I got the honey cruller doughnut which was a choice I did not regret. Overall, a really good experience!

My 70 year old mother just got blood taken from the health centre across the road and its extremely cold outside, Went to get something to eat and a hot drink and was refused due to them not taking cash!? She was asked to find a stranger to pay with their card and her to give them the money.(She doesn't have a debit or credit card)

Food is generally good and well cooked other than the occasional mistaken order. The main issue is the staff are extremely slow at providing initial service and also then serving the food. Initially was pleased with the overall service but over time have become more disappointed with the service.

Horrible experience staff is very slow and rude

Waited that long to be served even although there was no queue that we went elsewhere. Menu looked ok though. Maybe when they get the staff situation sorted we'll be able to try it.

Their staff are RUBBISH !! They make a mess and give you wrong things all the time. Have no materials and even wrost, no education or respect for the costumer!

Usually my go to coffee place, been three times to their Silverburn branch and still not impressed. The staff there don’t know how slow they are, only one serving and regular queues plus many leaving after 20 mins wait and going next door to the Patisserie Valerie where i write this review from.

I have been to eat at the Silverburn location and my partner and I had stomach problems after having crispy chicken meal and I don’t think it was the quality of the food,it was the fact that the place was full of rubbish and the girl who served us was using latex gloves to squeeze the left overs in the bin and she went behind the counter to serve customers without changing the gloves so I am assuming this is how she contaminated the food.That place should be closed down by health inspectors and clean up.. I don’t recommend to anyone to eat there 👎👎👎

Meal price on board £6.29, I get charged £6.79, when I ask why I’m told they are adding 50p to all meals over and above the displayed price to cover ‘’additional costs’’ What a rip off. The displayed price should be what you pay! Last time I’ll be in a Tim Hortons.

This is the very worst food I have ever seen in a restaurant. My husband and I left the food and went to a nearby restaurant instead. The egg and cheese in a muffin was just terrible - the cheese didn't even look like cheese, the egg had a peculiar taste and the pancakes with bacon were inedible. Just a terrible experience overall.

The staff are superb and go above and beyond even in stressful conditions. Best coffee available in silverburn

Not happy with this cafe. Been there a few times in the last couple of week. I only drink Early grey and they never have any as they say not able to obtain the item.

I always start my shift for work with a good french vanilla latte ☺️The staff are so friendly no matter what time of day , which i appreciate so much 😩The whole seating area is amazing and well spaced as well its the perfect coffee place , not to mention the reasonable prices aswell along with the tasty menu 😌Thank you guys , you’re amazing 🤍

Tim hortons is goated . So is the silverburn Tim hortons staff , they may take a while but there is only so much you can do in stressful conditions . Never had an issue with the service or food so big up the team in there .

Used the self service machine to order 2x boxes of 12. mixed ‘luxury’ donuts. I watched them being made up, and boxes closed. Zero variety as per my order and was 24 donuts of approx 4 variety’s. Annoying that they were palmed off as if I wouldn’t check! No apology, and zero customer service when asked for a full refund. If you don’t have a selection of donuts then don’t advertise and try to palm off something that it’s not!

Tasty coffee and a well made tuna wrap. Don't forget to try the Boston doughnuts!

Heard so much about Timmy Hortons from family who are in Canada - so was keen to try this out. Don't get the hype! Coffee was dull - donuts weren't impressive - really dissopointed with the whole experience. Lots of much better coffee and donuts places about. Staff need some direction.

I ordered food without lettuce or tomato but ended up with stone cold food with lettuce and tomato. Staff obviously paid no attention to order details and all the food ended up in the bin!

Nice coffee however cost of fruit shoot 150ml £2 is far too much. Not happy. The price should be clear.the price everywhere max will not reach the 0.55pence .

Food was unpleasant. Double burger and lattice chips. Extremely poor burgers, and the stale roll broke apart after approx 1 minute. Never had such soggy chips in my life. One of the girls serving (Eastern European perhaps!) was very good, the others were clueless about customer service whatsoever! Appalling. One plus point was the coke. It did come in a bottle admittedly, and if it had been cold better still!

Shocking - under staffed, had to wait 20mins to get served with 3 people in front (due to Just Eat orders being fulfilled) When eventually served ordered 2 med lattes, the server burned her self trying to get the full mug of hot milk from under the heating equipment - the quantity managed to fill one and two thirds of the paper cups - she then proceeded to top up the second cup with hot water? - that tables were dirty - come on Tim Hortons pull up your socks and train your staff - you charge enough….?

The staff were slow and poorly trained with no customer service skills. I had a cheese and ham toasted melt. Must have only looked at the toaster looked as if it had been cooked in a microwave. The donut ‘holes’ were raw. A thoroughly disappointing experience. And I haven’t mentioned the 29 minute wait!
