Subway in Glasgow City

Honestly I’ve ordered a few times from this place normally is good. But this time was a joke I ordered this for my fast as it was advertised for 20 minute delivery. So I needed it quick it took 1 hour and 20 minutes that is a disgrace honestly. It came all cold as well & they put the drink on the food so the food was cold. Really poor & upsetting

I customised myself a pretty ridiculously-stuffed foot long. I'm impressed they managed to actually make and close it. Well done.

The place was clean the food was good but I am very angry with the service I got charged 4 more pounds than how much I should have and am very unhappy

Very very pathetic customer service the owner's behaviour its self very very rude and highly disappointing visit was just a waste of time and not recommended to everyone

We visited with family and ordered almost 7 sandwiches.unfortunately owner served us in such a rude way. litrally felt bad as we r getting food without paying.not recommended due to owners (who served us).i stayed there and noticed he was discriminating and were constantly being not so good to asians.i will not come again here nor i will send any of my family or friends.such arrogance is not tolerated.

the hot items were a bit cold. we asked for the sandwich not to be toasted, but it was, also no cheese was added.

The guy serving was very impolite (he was an elderly man) and disrespectful as if this job was a hassle to him and that he was being forced to be here, very bad customer service. Made me want to leave and not ever come back even though subway is one of my most favourite places to eat.

Servers are really helpful and funny and the food is 11\10

Absolutely enjoyed my lunch here on day trip wasn't a huge queue few foke ordering was clean in sitting area staff were ok no issues sub was tasty no flies about all good would be back no power sockets and phone was dead toilet was reasonably clean

Very rude disrespectful behaviour specially the old guy the owner notes what day I always come and questions me why I only come those certain days and why I always order the same thing in a rude way then furthermore starts saying we hope to soon close this deal soon Made a face when I asked to give me a cold drink handed me the warm one and said there isn’t any even though it was right behind him Overall not a good experience felt like an interrogation would not recommend

the cheese on the wrap and two sandwiches i got tasted really weird like almost out of date and the tub of southwest sauce i got with my hashbrowns was like almost solidified in the middle? wouldnt really recommend on buying tbh

Order didn’t turn up again! Called restaurant & Mohamed s was delivering my order and not showed up ?? This is the 3rd time this is happened x

Hi I’m in subway every fortnight and ask for the same order tuna foot long loads of lettuce and tomatoes and red onion but today decided to opt for just red onions on my tuna sandwich why on earth you put cheese on my tuna when I never requested it I get cheese on my wrap meatball not my tuna disappointed subway

FOOD NOT DELIVERED!! Called shop they said it’s JUST EAT ISSUE and wouldn’t help.

Order took 80 minutes to be delivered from a place 10 minutes away. The estimated time was 20-30 mins. Food was cold when it arrived. It was not the fault of the store; the delivery person appeared to leave the place and then go back. They were then there for 20 minutes with my order that was ready to be delivered, and once they fid leave they fid not come directly to me. Will likely stick to using other food delivery apps as I’ve never had an issue with delivery like this.

I regret to say that my recent visit to this restaurant left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The owner's abrasive demeanor and rude behavior made for an unpleasant dining atmosphere. Furthermore, the lack of cleanliness was evident, detracting from any enjoyment of the meal. It felt as though the owner regarded patrons as a nuisance rather than valued customers. I would caution others against dining here, as the overall experience fell far below expectations.

Old guy back at it again, I ordered a sub via subway app, he lazily checked the screen and told me nothing was showing up despite me showing him my order on my phone, and refused to apply me a refund. Disgraceful service won’t be ordering there again thanks to him.

Not helpful and quiet rude staff (the old guy specifically) Also refused tap water at first even after buying 2 subs I mean like the guy made a face saying its not free. 0 for customer service etiquette

Over an hour wait and the toasted subs inedible they were in far too long. The ham also a really weird colour. Happened too many times now. Used to be really good now too many mistakes. Only seem to get it right if you actually go into the store and watch it get made.

This subway is easily accessed when going to go see a movie or just to walk about the shopping centre. Food is always good and no complaints with the food or the staff. Keep up the good work :)

No order arrived but says delivered ??

Order was late, arrived with incorrect items (swapped out for alternatives without checking) and sub wasn't prepared properly. Hard to have gone more wrong with a pretty straight-forward request.

First time ordering, everything was their that I had ordered and on time.

All the food was lovely and got a call from the manager to let me know my food was on its way.

Didn’t have my crisps of choice available so they gave me extra crisps, nice of them to do that.

Charges £8 for a tuna salad with two tiny spoonfuls of tuna. Absolute ridiculous. Won’t be ordering again.

Order came fast but once again errors. Asked for only 2 out of 4 subs to be toasted but again all 4 were. Then all the salad toppings were all mixed up So not one of the 4 subs had the correct salad. 2 of us also absolutely hate what we had on ours. For a while the orders were correct but once again the ball seems to be getting dropped.

2 and a half hours let cold dried up food when it arrived

Everything was perfect till I seen the driver must have took multiple deliveries at once, clearly not planning a convenient route. Was driving around the map for 35 minutes, when my house is 5 minutes away from the shop.

Meatballs were weird. Tasted more like a sausage meatball or a bad hot dog meat. Don't know what your doing different but it's not good. Also you didn't put cheese on, even though it was selected.

The salad was lovely but it was quatre of a box with 2 small rolled up bits of chicken breast in the corner of the box for the money you pay you expect a decent box of salad 🤦🏻‍♀️

The bread was stale and hard this is the second time this has happened from this restaurant, bread was also overcooked and burnt. I’m not happy with my experience

Everything was wrong in the order .send someone else food When called was told that they send the wrong food out and to just bin the other stuff that did get delivered. I would like to thank the person that I spoke to as they handle it write and was so sorry about the mix up
