McDonald's in Glasgow City

Used this maccies a few times now and the food is usually cold, slower service then other maccies and never really any apologies from staff.

Order marked as deliverd but did not show

was freezing, half my order was missing and kept proposing the time for over half an hour.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, AWFUL MCDONALDS AND AWFUL DRIVERS FOOD ALWAYS COLD AND STALE

Never received my order never gave any one a code and it’s say delivered

Ordered 4 meals, waited 45 mins and only the drinks were delivered?

nearly all the order missing why not just cancel the order if you don't have most of the items. brainless staff

No micflurrys and employee struggled to come up with a excuse to why 🤣

Got my food it was freezing cold everything was cold there was no ice in the cokes it looks like it has been sitting in the car for ages I’m not happy spent 25 pounds for cold food won’t be back

When it arrived and I opened it their was no sauce and I had ordered two and when I went to eat my chicken nuggets and chips they were frozen cold I was so disappointed and my mango and pineapple smoothie was only a half cup

order took over an hour. we then had to go collect the food and get it remade. shocking service

We live less than 5 minutes from McDonalds and it took about 15 minutes to deliver! My vegetarian wrap was over cooked and not very pleasant. My husband enjoyed his! The McFlurry is almost a milkshake - ridiculous when we live so near!

I ordered The Double Burger Deal for two and QP was missing when it was delivered. the bags had not been tampered with so i suspect it may have been forgotten at the restaurant.

Been here 4 times over a few months, and have never had a good experience. Multiple ordering machines not working, ignored by staff at the counter, menu items unavailable, poor presentation of food, filthy restaurant - I've had it all. It's a small restaurant and they clearly have a huge number of deliveroo/Uber eats orders. They can't cope and it shows.

Another inedible McDonald’s, burger was burnt and looked like it had been stood on - thrown together! Chips were freezing and undercooked. Sort it out McDonalds!

The order was much later than normal. The chips and burger were cold. The milkshake lid had not been put on correctly. Went everywhere , and no straw or napkin. Will not order from here again.

Fast food! I beg to differ sometimes. I would rather it was great food that took a wee bit longer to prepare and serve but lately the length of time for service does not warrant the price paid for service

Am a huge fan of MacDonald's but the one in Coatbridgebge showcase hasn't been the best lately couldn't get any food at 00.00 and was told the system was updating I was told it would be 15 minutes so I waited 15 minutes then was told it will be another 20 minutes so after waiting 35 minutes and still no food I left I find it hard to believe in today's digital society that you would need to wait 35 minutes for the system to update

Asked for a cheeseburger and ended up with a fish burger. Asked for 20 nugget box and got none!

Easy self order, after that dreadful. Longer than average wait to collect order. Watched them pack orders-no care just thrown in. Got order...fries lying at bottom so made them give me fresh. Coffee luke warm. Only one female member of staff on the ball. Team leader seemed to wither into background by comparison. Definitely not returning

Took a little longer than usual but all items were hot and nothing was missing.

Delivery driver was amazing, went above and beyond, was lovely, polite and just a lovely man. AFter a long day its so refreshing to see someone so happy and clearly enjoying his job. More delivery people should take a leaf out of this mans book.
