McDonald's in Glasgow City

It was exactly what I ordered and the delivery driver followed my instructions

the food is cold. it's un-eatable

Delivered by bike 2miles. Freezing cold food even though it was a hot day. Terrible.

Food was not served properly. Big Mac was requested without onion or pickle and Big Mac sauce with ketchup alternately and they sent plain dry burger with no cheese, lettuce or ketchup

Could food and not happy it is 2nd time this has happened to me

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered a adults nugget happy meal (chips & Apple juice) and a kids cheese burger meal (Apple bag & fruit shoot) but instead we got a Big Mac happy meal (chips & sprite) kids cheese burger meal (chips & Coke) no meals had toys either

The food was frozen the bag off food was not sealed down properly so most went in the bin!!

The fries were horrible! We couldn’t eat them! The burgers were barely warm ! So sad, especially when you charge for service, the bag and the delivery! 🤨

Food is absolutely freezing cold and I have a screen shot off the driver at the restaurant at 01:13am and didn’t arrive till 01:51, absolutely joke lol!

Terrible quality burgers like they’d been lying a good while in the restaurant i.e. not fresh at all. Worst McDonalds we’ve ever had! Garlic mayo dip was missing. Not happy at all and would seek a full refund to be honest because If we’d been in the restaurant and had been served that terrible quality food we would have complained and asked for fresh replacements.

Originally meant to be delivered at 8.20. So poor

Absolutely shocking. Whole order was wrong and they cannot offer a refund because every restaurant has its “own taste smell and portion size”. Food was freezing but this was expected. What wasn’t expected is to have mayo on the mcchicken sandwich when we specifically asked not to have it and it’s an allergy. We asked to remove ketchup, guess what it wasn’t removed. We asked for no salt on fries, guess what there was salt on fries. The chicken nuggets were undercooked. It was simply shocking

2 hour wait for food when it did come it was absolutely freezing obviously sitting in the shop the whole time , shocking service food stinking just like your reviews 👎

the last 2 times I've ordered they have forgot to give me any chips. I can clearly see on the receipt attached to the bag so I'm not sure how they keep missing it.

Marked as on time because estimated delivery time kept increasing because he was mobile so technically it wasnt late. Food left(out for delivery) but courier made two other deliveries before mine to addresses nowhere close to here. So he had 3 orders to deliver at the same time and we were number 3(his words). Food was freezing and had to be microwaved. Is this new policy? If this is the case, unless you are first or maybe second then your food is going to be cold. Dissapointing service.

It was freezing cold when delivered and had to be reheated. The driver said there was no house number on the order and was quite frustrated. There was no message or follow on phone call to find the address.

Food was all freezing. Chips soggy and unreadable. Burgers cold and look like they have been thrown together. Supposed to get 6 free chicken nuggets - never got them. McDonald’s is getting worse. Poor quality all round. Disappointed and disgusted.

Typical delivered to the wrong place meant to have a code system in order, I had a code but they still delievered to the wrong address terrible.

Driver was nice and polite. actually spoke to me. most drivers come to the door while speaking to someone on their phone.

I am really disappointed with my recent order. The food arrived cold, which made it unpleasant to eat, and on top of that, several items were missing. I had been looking forward to enjoying my meal, but instead, I ended up frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s incredibly upsetting when you pay for something and don’t receive what you ordered, especially when the quality and completeness are compromised. This experience has left me feeling really let down.

ordered a strawberry milkshake n got a diet sprit my only complaint ever thing eals top notch

Cold soggy chips approx 1/2 a portion , the fillet-o-fish was as if it prepared the day before and finally when I addressed the issue with staff they were looking at each other like nursery children, wooft what a great experience I'll definitely go back....a must try. Possibly the worst in Glasgow.

Waiting >35 minutes for a cheese burger is not normal. A few cold unsalted chips. No fork for (the very stingy) salad. The coke was okay…

rlly good ordered a small ice cream and it was melted by the time it got here but beside that 10/10

After the time changing 3 times, getting later every time, I received the order incomplete as usual. I noted on the order that I wanted dips and everything included this time as last order had items missing. Guess what, got my dips but didn’t get the box of nuggets?! Sooooooo annoying! Then when you call to complain, they don’t answer the phone. 1 star given as couldn’t give none. Get a grip of your staff McDs, packing 2 meals into a bag isn’t that hard!

Don't know what world they were living in sending me a happy meal box with only 4 chicken nuggets in it, a wrap with only lettuce and bacon, and absolutely no fries or drinks ?? is it just a Russian roulette for food in there

Hi I get order every week tried to phone McDonald’s but you never get an answer the food was stone cold all went in bin because you can’t reheat it the ice cream was all running out the bag it was that melted I was over £40 McDonald Darnley number 2426 a should have known it was sitting to be picked up from McDonald’s for about 45 minutes I want my money back or takeing it further I never complain but that was absolutely vile I received get back to me asap one very unhappy customer
