McDonald's in Glasgow City

Food took an eternity to be delivered. When I did receive it, it was stone cold and missing a portion of chicken nuggets. Dreadful from both McDonalds and Just-Eat.

Juice leaked all over bag and burst and has soaked the food bag also

some if the burgers where missing stuff it's supposed to have on it such as pickles and other items the extras asked for were not followed on some burgers and in general the burgers were put together like they were rushed and with little care honestly mcdonalds has become poor for service snd receiving what you order

Food was absolutely freezing and stale

We didn’t get anything in the happy meal other than a toy

Was missing Big Mac from order the main part

ordered & paid for Big Mac meal but only got fries and drink no BIG MAC

best McDonald's I've had as a delivery fresh and warm

Driver left the shop and didn’t get here for 30 of minutes

The whole delivery is freezing like if its been left out for long time, my mum got hardly any fries inside large cardboard container, my chicken mayo is cold as ice

i was missing an item from my order, then was given account credit and they took it off me?

Food was cold. Delivery driver kept me waiting at the door as he said I had changed my location and couldn’t complete the order.

Once again sent without all the items payed for and my son was sent his meal with everyone when it should be plain... to bizy mwi in that shops

I received the completely wrong order and some other poor family will receive the wrong order too. We then have to wait days for a refund and have hungry kids!

Paid for a large meal and by the looks of it I received ed a medium meal

45 minutes later than the first estimate time , ever time it got to 5 minutes it would add another 5 minutes, total time was 1 hour 5 minutes, food was cold ice cream had melted , really poor wait time

Enjoyed the mcdonalds so much yesterday ordered again but complete night and day items under cooked soggy and frozen no sauces that i paid for or included with items you're suppose to get with the under cooked items either

The peppercorn stackhouse burger is really nice food wasn't the warmest but got my sauces for my order this time too and the food was nice after heating it up a little bit.

Order wrong at what point is a bag of four chicken nuggets the same as a double cheese burger really should check orders before sending out not gd sign for a so called McDonald’s

No sauce or mustard on the cheeseburgers, asked for extra onions but there was no onions on the burgers, no ice in the soft drink, and the burgers were coated in a layer of pepper, absolute shambles, someone needs re-trained for their job!!!!

Ordered a large hot choc and received a medium Iced latte 👀 but i have to say I enjoyed the Iced latte, burgers cooked to perfection and the cherry lemonade was very refreshing, cheers

wouldve been 4/5 stars for quality but took one off because apple pie wasnt there but the big mac was amazing:) delivery driver very sweet and on time

McDonald’s Castlemilk did not deliver my order. It was marked as delivered but the food never came.

My food never came. I had to go to McDonald's myself for my order. Not what you want to do on a Friday night after midnight, when you order your food at 10:30pm.

why would you put a mango and pineapple smoothie in the bag with a boiling hot cup of tea???? ... smoothie got poured down the sink as absolutely destroyed,. hash browns were like cardboard too
