McDonald's in Glasgow City

did not get my full order n delivery could not speak English n I had to hand it back as my full meal was not there

There was no Terry chocolate orange pie and no straws for drinks

The driver phoned me twice asking where I am, I told him to read his notes,it shows exactly where I am, I use them almost every night, but tonight the order never arrived and he’s said it was delivered… this is not the case…

Not Had a delivery in a while from mc D. But nothing changed. Food cold

order delivery was mot complete. the drive said he only received one bag at the restaurant. we did not get the drinks or ice cream, I told the driver to take the hot food back and tell the restaurant to complete the order. he refused and said I has to call them. I left the food at the door and closed it. the driver did remove the food I'm not sure what then happen to it. when I finally got through on the phone to the restaurant I had to collect the order, when I got home it was still wrong.

I placed an order at 12:03 today and countless times the times was pushed back and when food eventually arrived at 13:15ish when it is normally a 30 min wait not over an hour, it was freezing cold either ur drivers are taking more than one order and not using insulated heat bags but had to reheat it up for my kids

Didn’t get our order wrong address.

I received a message to say my order had been delivered but it hadnt. I then had to go to the store and explain what happened. Fortunately, i was given a free order and advised to take the matter up with Just Eat.

Submitted my order at 18.25 and waited until near 20.00 before receiving it. When order did arrive it was stone cold and also had the wrong beverage

Sausage&Egg McMuffins were absolutely cold , in not happy at that was me in my wee grandsons treat from his gran. Would like refunded and so I can treat my little grandson to something else. Thanks,

Everything was frozen and over an hour for delivery.

why is it noone in this McDonald's knows how to put straws or sauce in a bag? common sense tells you if the order has drinks THEY NEED STRAWS. every single time I order it always comes without straws and sauce!

awful experience. they forgot part of my order AS USUSAL. it's really not hard to look at an order and make sure all those items are in the bag. this isn't the first time it's happened. Just pure laziness on behalf of the staff. will not be ordering again !

Ordered 4 normal size Halloween mcflurry’s…arrived in normal size containers but were actually minis with no m&m or caramel sauce. It’s not rocket science that was all that was ordered.

Overall, my experience today was not satisfying, due to our food arrived freezing, instead of a big mac which i ordered, I got another McChicken sandwich, never gave us sauces that we asked for and instead of a Robinsons fruit shoot, we got a fresh orange juice

Driver left McDonald’s with my order and headed in the other direction! Obviously he had another order to drop off first. My food had been in his car for 40 minutes before delivery, I refused delivery due to food being ruined.
