I ordered the duo mcmuffin meal but was cold by time received it so never ate it

My order didn’t fecking show up

Honestly this place is getting worse always food missing for you order

did not get the correct order nothing I ordered was ther staff ignored the phone so couldn't sort it had th pay for x2 food requested a refund thru just eat but wont get delivery charges refunded

Freezing cold waste of money waste of money

food was cold , watched the delivery driver get lost then back to shop n still brought back the same food that was out lost

Yet again something missing you don’t pay for an order not to get what you ordered this was for the kids dinner and if I order again I have to pay another delivery not happy

Waited over an hour and a hlaf for th order. I personally had to travel to McDonald's myself to enquire where my order was and told it had just left. On arrival the food was freezing and unedible had to reheat as we had no other options.

I never received any order and I will be in touch tomorrow as I want a refund. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me and I had my 7 year old autistic son crying but after a 2 hour wait I had to get my son home for school tomorrow. I will be in touch with you tomorrow and I'll be expecting a full refund. This is absolutely ridiculous for a company your size but I can't afford to lose £25 and I never had money for anything else.

I only stay 10 minutes from castlemilk McDonald's well over an hour waited food was really cold ice cream had melted all over paper bag delivery driver said he had to drive 6 miles told him food was cold and ice cream all melted he just said sorry I told him again the food was cold and ice cream all over bag melted he said OK and jumped into his car im really annoyed length of time it took to get here well put off I would like a refund

Gave delivery and food quality 3 stars because I did not receive a 4 digit code to show the delivery driver on my phone and this delayed the driver actually handing my order over before a solution was reached and by then it had gone cold.

I emailed already about my order being scattered all over the bags and items missing still not heard anything back

I didn’t receive my food. Because the courier got lost. I’m very disappointed . That I didn’t get my order so I ordered it from another Mac Donald’s near to where I live . Please find out where my original order went too. I would appreciate that thank you very much for letting me write this review this is the first time I’ve had something like this happening to me and I I really felt angry at the fact I didn’t get my order from your store thank you very many much for letting me do this.

got 4 different delivery times as it kept getting put back ,.. I now know that this is a problem with the courier,.. food was absolutely Stone cold and completely inedible,. coffee was also cold and I'm pretty sure that this didn't leave the restaurant in this manner ,. my delivery seemed to travel all over my local area before it arrived at myself so I'm assuming the courier is playing about with times and peoples food ,. not happy 1little bit ,. I expect a full refund just eat

I'm very disappointed with the service and delivery time...I had to wait very long for my food. it was only after I phoned the restaurant an hour after ordering that my food was delivered, very cold and my drink had no straw to drink with. it's such a shame that I had to go through this keeping in mind that it's my first time ordering at the restaurant

received my order along with someone else’s i asked the driver if he could take it back to the store and he refused and said that he isn’t allowed to take it back and that he would report it as being delivered to the wrong address… i feel sorry for the poor people who never got given their food, my order was missing a few items that i had asked for … wont ever be ordering from this place again.

After scanning to take part in the survey the receipt doesn't have a 12 digit code so it won't let me take part in the survey. Well the order was wrong and there was no dips with the delivery. after spending nearly £17 and I was prepared to do the survey you get treated like a 2nd class citizen.. last time I'll be using McDonald's if that's the way you treat your customers
