McDonald's in Glasgow City

paid for a Minecraft meal and never got the toys, kids are gutted and this is the second time it's happened, could have saved myself money and got the regular meals

was OK but ended up with coke when I ordered a milkshake, the last couple of orders have been spot on but tonight was a bit of a let down

order not delivered, said it had been delivered on app

It would be nice to have the dips along with the chicken select meal .. if it was a one off ok but this is every time.

We ordered a large meal. We received what seemed less than a medium portion of fries which seemed to have been reheated to within an inch of their life. The overall quality was poor.

The driver was great, very kind.

I ordered a 4 veggie dipper meal that should have came with the Minecraft toy. It was not there as well as the veggie dippers that I can't dip into the nether flame sauce. Missing a chocolate milkshake, instead there was ice cream, missing a spicy one veg wrap. Order came late and food was cold. I had to apologise to my family. I'm disappointed. I may not be using this branch of McDonald's after this.

Yes wrong choice of drink and size - received a **medium Coca-Cola** when order was for a Large Banana Milkshake - Plus no straw.

No juice with anything, delivery man dropped the drinks, food is freezing, I have all of this on ring door bell recorded as proof. Very disappointed.

The courier told me to cancel the order twice due to roadworks that I was unaware of, I told him about an alternative route at midnight the roads won't be busy. Delivery driver waited 20mins then pretended to have delivered the order

Missing items yet again from this mcdonalds, and no straw for the milkshake. and you order and pay for sauces but mcdonalds workers don't seem to be able to read off a screen and give you items you paid for.

Driver was on time. Shame half my order was missing and my juice cup was half full. Bag was sealed so obviously McDonald’s staff can’t read an order.

mcflurey only had 3spoonful of ice-cream even though it was the big cups not the minis which was rather annoying considering the Oreo one was £1.99 and the Mars was £2.49. Mars ice cream came only with sauce. But the delivery driver was lovely! 5stars to him!

I'm first to slate the place when orders are wrong so tonight I leave a good review. last 3 times my orders have been perfect. dips the lot. tonight the food was even hot. hopefully deliveries are improving now. much better. cheers.

1st order (60520) turned up with no food just drinks & ice cream 2nd order(64730) turns up with cold food that was reordered due to 1st order £12-95 & £8-57 Not happy having to pay 2 service & 2 delivery charges due to missing items from 1st order

I have had enough of this place. How can you mess up so often. Ordered 2 plain triple cheese burgers and what i got can only be described as a hate act. What I received was 2 of said burgers laced with onions between every layer of the burger. That wasn't a mistake this was done intentionally. Absolutely disgusted by this. And to add insult to injury our drinks where only 3/4 full and that was with ice! And our mcflurry was barely half full. Never again will I waste my money here. Get a grip of your restaurant!

Ordered food for the kids at 7pm , just after 7 app stated driver was at the restaurant . Food never arrived until 9.20pm absolutely freezing cold and inedible . Clearly it’s been made just after 7pm and sat for almost 2 hours !!

2 hours late food was for my kids and it was 8:15pm and the food was stone cold and ice cream melted very unsatisfactory and I demand my money back as kids won't eat the food spoken to the delivery driver and was told make a claim for a refund he was very helpful if they are that busy they should advise you before completing the order
