Absolutely shocking. Had basically no food and the portions were tiny, I’ve been to a few of the other Chopstix however this is the worst experience ever. The employees mumble and are so hard to understand, maintain conversation with one another whilst serving you and swear infront of customers. Think it’s really disgusting to sit and eat your dinner whilst employees trail bags of rubbish past you 🤢🤢🤢would give you the absolute boak. Had none of the drinks they were meant to nor had the new spring rolls. Complete shambles.

The restaurant was clean and staff were welcoming. Very disappointed with the ratio of food to cost, food was just “alright”. I personally would spend my money somewhere else. Unfortunately I think it’s over priced with small portions and not what I would consider enjoyable cuisine. On this basis I wouldn’t recommend chopstixs at all.

Go here quite often en route to the cinema. It’s generally v. nice; today was usual nice. However, cheerfulness and fantastic customer service from the young guy with the beard was just excellent. Nothing too much bother for him and sooooo pleasant. Rare these days.

Our first ever visit here and we weren't too impressed. We found the menu really confusing to start with, when it says 2/3/4 toppings, they dont include sauce as a topping, which we found weird. The food tastied average at best, the fried rice had a weird taste to it and we were only given a spoonful of curry sauce, couldn't eat most of the rice as it was too dry! The drinks were tiny, not enough when you have a medium or large box. We had to wait on the spring rolls, they arrived when we were just about finished our meals. The only thing I really enjoyed was the caramel chicken, which was very tasty. Very overpriced food, not sure if I'd return!

I don't normally leave reviews, however on this occasion it was a must. I was in Glasgow visiting family members I hadn't seen in a long time. Whilst in the city centre I came across Pepes, we thought we would try it, well I was impressed by the food and the presentation and staff. I was approached by a soft spoken fellow who asked how everything was, turned out he knew of the city I was from Leeds, I found him to be friendly and easy to speak to, later on, I asked to see the gentleman again to say how positive my experience was, the other staff member said he was the owner and had left to visit the other stores he owned, I was taken back, there was a rolls royce convertable parked around the corner, I commented on how lovely the car was, he agreed but never said it was his, his staff told me it was his car, they liked working there because the owner treated them well and was a very understanding employer, he was so humble, I could tell he really had a passion for his product. Prices have gone up everywhere, however when the place food and staff are that good I don't mind paying extra for that quality of food and the great experience we had. We will definitely visit Pepes again when we are next in Glasgow. I will try and post a picture.

107 Union StToday I bought a beef sandwich. At first everything seemed ok, BUT HOURS AFTER EATING, I STARTED VOMITING AND SPENT ANOTHER 2 HOURS IN THE TOILET... THEY KNEW WELL THAT THEY WERE SELLING OLD MEAT AND FEED IT TO CUSTOMERS ANYWAY... I WILL DO EVERYTHING TO KEEP THIS LOCATION IN CONTROL BECAUSE SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE... THE STAFF DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE POISONING, YOU ARE NOBODY TO THEM....!!!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
