Had a lovely meal and dessert with my son for his birthday, first time here and enjoyed it

Food came and everything was as cold as the fridge and my juice was warmer than a cup of tea

We went for lunch I had lasagne which was disgusting cold in middle . My wife had carbonara which was horrible,,food was disgraceful,,,, tasteless food

Not great service food over priced dirty looking won’t be back

I wanted to share my recent experience at the restaurant we visited. To be honest, it was really disappointing right from the moment we stepped in until we left. The girl working there seemed careless and rude; she completely ignored us when we needed assistance. It took forever for someone to take our order, and our meal was served cold and seemed reheated and waitingtime was long . No one bothered to check if we needed anything throughout our time there. The service was very poor, and the prices were high. I have informed all my friends never to visit this place .Needless to say, I won't be going back either.

I have order cheese burger had normal burger (with no cheese) and garlic chips again normal chips received

Garlic bread extremely dry , pizza arrived cold , pesto pasta extremely salty

Brilliant food at a great price. Very meal i have had out of Tonys has been spot on a d good value for the money to. Now that a rare thing to say about take aways now a days

Went and was seated at table for 2 at 4pm on 20th December 2024. A couple came in after us about 15 mins later and was served straight away. We still sitting there not one person waited on us. We just walked out. Not very good!! We were willing to spend money.

Poorly prepared food. Really poor value for money. Both my starter and main were over seasoned with salt. Meat balls second rate compared to other Italian restaurants. A taste of my wife's pizza confirmed it was pretty tasteless. Best to look else where.

Food was very bland and forgot half our order

This was absolutely amazing me and my mother went and we ordered a spaghetti to share it was massive and delicious.And after we ordered a chunky toffee fudge sundae for dessert and it was a 10/10 absolutely amazing 🤩

Pizza was like warm . Cajun fries were very tasty though.

So in short lasagne I haven't notice the other taste then tomato sauce which was all over meat no taste at all my wife ordered salmon and was dry mash potato to salty.im not to fuss with food but I just couldn't finish the food it was so bad.

Food is frozen garlic bread isn’t even garlic bread it’s like solid toasted plain bread no garlic

Ordered at about 3pm as delivery was 45-1hour. After ordering the delivery time changed to 1 hour 20 mins later. This is ridiculous in itself. Then the food was cold. All except one item. 2 cold pizzas, cold mozzarella and cold rice balls. Shocking!!

Restaurant food is unique and very tasty. Also the lunch prices are very reasonable. Friendly service. Really very good.

My wife and I with our Granddaughter this afternoon approached the waitress to ask if there was a table for three, no personality whatsoever, no smile or greeting, she seemed to be distracted by turning around looking at the bar staff, eventually she directed us to our table and threw down the menus and walked away, terrible customer service. The lady who took our drinks and food order was lovely, the young girl who dealt with our bill was lovely as well, but the girl who greets customers seriously needs customer service training. I seem to notice this same rude waitress dealing with customers arriving at the restaurant is actually mentioned in other reviews? As a retired Manager of over thirty years, I am shocked at said individual staff's behaviour and lack of pleasantries. Visiting Tony Macaroni's should be a welcoming memorable experience. We will not return again as there are many other establishments to choose from at Silverburn. The food overall was bland. What I find amazing is that it's tough for the restaurant business right now due to cost of living etc, to survive in said business, you should employ staff with excellent customer service and communication skills. It's a shame one rude waitress can ruin it for the other lovely staff. But I don't think my review is going to make any difference. Many hospitality establishments go out of business because of poor service, quality of food and rude staff, and especially not taking on board customers feedback. I see this restaurant going down that same road.

Vegan pizza was really horrible, cheese tasted bad and was like plastic, and the potato on it was giant chunks - don’t get it

First time ordering pizza was amazing

It never arrived and I had to chase up what was happening with it and when I did they marked it delivered. Absolute joke.

The driver was very rude, i had a jumper and shorts on and he stared at my legs a lot. He also repratedly typed in the wrong code when i said it right multiple times, i told him "0004" to which he proceeded to type in "0001" and then "4444" and told me they were wrong, then finally after like 4 times of me saying the code he did it right and then complained that i told him it wrong. I dony know why he did that, but the whole experience was really weird and uncomfortable

Food was frozen and couldn’t be reheated

In a word MEH!! Let me elaborate... Ordered garlic bread as a side, it was cold and we couldn't taste the garlic. The carbonara(×2) tasted like Spaghetti mixed with double cream (unseasoned by the way) with chunks of boiled bacon on top and the bacon had no salty flavour either. my girlfriend and I had a couple of forkfulls each then binned both porions and went to bed hungry. £27 down the drain. Went to Tony Macaroni's in town years ago and it was lovely. This was anything but.

Iam not going to yous just eat again going to uber eats

We've been to many other Tony Macaroni in Glasgow & Edinburgh, but this was our first time in Tony Macaroni Silverburn and it wasn't a very good experience. We do not eat pork and beef, so we carefully ordered pizza without these two ingredients, and still found a piece of sausage and bacon in one of the pizzas after eating less than half pizza, which is not good. Think about someone having allergies, to be clear they did replace it and gave us another one but it left us with not so good experience. The staff is well behaved and polite.

Worst pasta i have ever had, absolutely tasteless. The pizza was alright though.

Wrong pasta delivered wrong arancini delivered chips cold

The pizza was beautifully stonebaked and we tried 3 pastas and all were very delicious. Service was decent.

I ordered penne contadina and it was bland no taste and the dish is made with garlic COME ON. I also ordered a beef burger and it was under cooked with the roll soggy this is the second time we have ordered from here to give it a chance as the first time wasn't any better not good value for the money.

Went to get Tony Macarons at silverburn I don't usually write bad reviews u was waiting for half an hour to be told the table was getting cleaned, then got approached by Antonella she was very arrogant, I was shocked to say the least I found out she was the manager I've never come across a manager like that, she said go somewhere else I was shocked very bad customer service. we went somewhere else the service and food was second to none, Mrs Rossi

Cold starters (bruschetta and garlic bread) left it but no one even asked! Cold mokka. Spag bal was lovely though! Service charge was automatically added but was not due on this occasion as starters and service poor.

I dined with my family on the 12th of June and we ordered 2 starters which were mozzarella sticks that were really chewy and king prawns that looked like normal prawns then my son ordered a margarita pizza that ge says was OK and my wife ordered chicken and mushroom with rice and onion rings that were not freshly made and I ordered a bbq burger with chips and the chips were very like frozen chips and the burger couldn't possibly be fresh as it was so rubbery and dry I paid £65 for this meal and only because my wife wouldn't let me say anything at the time I let it go but I don't feel its right of yous as a known company to be serving this poor quality food for the price yous are charging so I'd really like a refund for my meal which I doubt yous will give but I feel yous need to up your game to give people a better quality of food

cold food tasteless burger, never again

This one star is for the service from a particular lady in the restaurant. She always has this arrogant attitude and doesn't make you feel welcomed at all!!! Restaurant is a HOSPITALITY Business and staff should first and foremost be hospitable as a firsthand attitude.

We visited for the first time recently for dinner, we were seated straight away but it did take a while for our order to be taken, but the food arrived quite quickly. The food was nice and better than some tony macaroni we have been too, but the sundaes weren't as good, there wasn't much sauce in them and more whipped cream than ice cream. They also now add a service charge which puts me off returning as the service wasn't the best. We really didnt like the seating arrangement either, there is a covid plastic screen dividing tables and it feels like your sitting at your table with strangers, as they kept sitting everyone together in an empty restaurant?!

First time ever trying Toni Macaroni and it was delicious. Got the half pasta and pizza deal and both were brilliant. Highly recommend

Food was okay garlic chips are just chips with minced garlic which is a bit unusual my can of juice was covered in dirt or something

Food was good and quick service

I have previously reviewed this place as one of my go to places to eat in silverburn. The food was always good and good value and staff was always excellent. Last few times i have been here the food has shrunk in size and very bland. The staff was shockingly slow. There is a few female staff (i think 1had fair/blond hair and another dark hair, could be a manager/supervisor ) that could be new as ive not seen them much before. It must of been a couple months now since i was last in but these girls jst did not want to be there. We were sat down and took a long time for anyone to come get or drinks or food order. I had to wave them down, in which i was told she would come back. The restaurant wasnt busy at this time and i could see her doing things that did not seem that needed to be done right away. Eg she went over to the bar area and talked to another girl for about 5 mins laughing and seemingly chatting about things other than work. Walking about, and just generally seemed to be avoiding attending to the customers. A few tables i can see were waiting for service too. Had to wave her a second time and even that, no apologies. Its as if i had done something bad and her purpose was to make our experience the least enjoyable possible. I have no idea how else to describe it. One of the other girls, i can tell were doing the littlest possible and then i seen her rush to get her stuff because her shift was finished. Never have i seen staff (these 2 girls) so 🤷 not care about their job. I really dont have any other words!! Used to be always busy here but i have noticed less customers every time i walk by. Used to come very often for lunch but this place is no longer my favourite choice in the centre. Staff dont usually make me feel strongly about a place, as long as the food was good, i dont really think staff determined my experience much but this time it really did. And as i mentioned earlier, food i had was bland and small compared to before. I had previously given this place a 5 star review, but google only allows you to review a place once, so i felt the need to delete my old review. As a previously very regular customer, i can see something has definitely changed. The staff in the kitchen must be different coz the food has went from excellent to well below average. The waiting staff i have experienced last couple times should be sacked. Whoever is managing the place now should really look at the customers comments in the recent months otherwise this could be the next place to close in the centre. Much more variety of food choices now in silverburn and i am not rushing back to Tony Macs!

Food was good as usual although I’ve only been to this one and Glasgow Fort. However, the service at this branch is dreadful. Everyone seems very rushed and the restaurant was so noisy. No one cares to ask if the food was OK. The service charge I think is 10%, which was added on to the bill automatically. It seems you can ask to remove it if the service isn’t satisfactory. Don’t think we’ll go in if the male manager isn’t there. He delivers good service, that actually should be the standard if you work in the service industry.

The dark hair female manager is terribly rude and ignorant. I’m surprised many people have complained about her both on Google and Tripadvisor from years ago, and yet she’s still there. They weren’t short staffed but no one care to ask about the food and was difficult to get their attention. In the end, I asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill.

Pizza was freezing when it got here

My £55 order arrived after an hour on a push bike. its cold and very wet outside so needless to say so was the food. one edge of the two pizzas was stone cold and both boxes bashed. the chips (1of which was supposed to be garlic fries) where in bags (soggy wet) bags that fell apart. The pasta was cold and sauce had started to seperate but on a good note the garlic and cheese and garlic bread was still luke warm with a soggy underneath. won't be ordering from Toni macaroni again.

Afternnoon lunch for 2. Both of us has pasta dishes and mussels for starters. The mussels were a shade of grey and lacked any substance. Flavourless. Pasta dishes were similarily flavourless and it was difficult to determine what I was actually eating. A big disappointment. A shadow of what it used to be like.

How can a pizza seemingly come out of a proper pizza oven with scorched crusts...travel 6 minutes and turn up with not even a bit of warmth to it? Chips were cold and some weren't cooked properly. Chicken was overdone and tough. This was me giving it another chance but same results if not worse. Terrible food.

We booked a table family of five. To our server tonight thank you so much. Our son and daughter both have autism my son was having issues. She was very understanding and provided excellent service. Hope she gets praise deserved. Many thanks. Our table was booked for 6.30pm.

About 25 chips allegedly Cajun more like caged as they ain’t saw any seasoning at all n the most flavorless macaroni ever it’s that dry it’s dehydrating me as am eating it right now smothered it in pepper just to get sum taste from it, the garlic dip is the only nice thing and a think am gonna shot it in one rite now just for a bit of a buzz after paying £25 a feel violated almost, never again. Toni pal yer macaroni is barking!!!

Been a few times aprox a year ago. The food was nice. Very disappointed today. The pasta sauce was very watery. Even worse that I paid extra. The garlic bread needed garlic. I dont know what has happened to this place. Used to be good. I will certainly not be returning. As for speaking to the staff. Very hard to get their attention after initial order part.

Pasta looked good but was tasteless. Ordered Cookie Dough ice-cream but received salted caramel.

Excellent experience! I ordered their sourdough Parma ham pizza which was better than I had in Italy! Carbonara was also great. My 6 years old ordered breaded chicken and chips, it was so crispy outside and very juicy inside, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service was also very friendly. Definitely will be back.

Went today for lunch. Service was awful and the waitress who sat us was so unbelievably rude and unfriendly, it was hilarious. No eye contact, no smile, nothing. Just looked at us like something she'd trod in and barely said a word. Risotto is abysmal and has no flavour but is incredibly rich. I think they had cooked the rice in cream and garlic flavouring, then added a few barely cooked mushrooms afterwards. My partner had lasagne which was okay but about a third of the size of the risotto. Our daughter had a pizza that was really tasty. I would stick with the pizza as I think it might be the only thing made in house. Pasta dishes arrived so quickly that they must have been microwaved. The leather seats are absolutely manky.

sharing starter was good misses pasta was passable and my recommendation to every don't order risotto unless u want disappointed

Usually love the food, unfortunately tonight, the chips were cold and rubbery. Lasagna was lovely as it always is. The prawn risotto was definitely missing a few more prawns. Disappointed!

Macaroni was absolutely rotten I was violently sick after eating it my wife had diahrea and very bad pain in stomach definitely wouldn’t recommend macaroni if you visit the place I certainly wouldn’t go back

Absolutely tasteless , meat balls, pathetic, no flavour or substance to them, calamari , embarrassing, tastless batter on rubber rings. Where is the sauce for the spaghetti?? Not happy with this standard of food, will not be back

During a shopping trip to Silverburn I enjoyed a lovely meal here in a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly, welcoming staff and was served with a smile from.. 🤔 I think her name was 'Monika' and as I am so indecisive I was delighted when she helped with her suggestion of half pizza, half pasta. Both absolute delicious and I will be back!

When we came in it was disgusting so much food everywhere macaroni and bits of meat the water had to clean our table which took way to long as well as that when we still got on the table and on the floor there was big chucks of macaroni when we got our drinks they spilled iron bru coke and water all over on my trousers and my phone the sound doework anymore what made me really annoyed and we didn't get an apology so rude the sever shrugged and said ugh when we got our food I got a burger it was dry and even then when I got it the beef wasn't on the burger and was on the plate I took one bite and I felt sick took two bottles water and the taste was still in my mouth as well as that when we got the check that dint even gibe us a discount when we asked for one they took 10 pounds ruined my trousers and my phone long story short wouldn't take my dog in there was disgusting

The food was cold and there was a very odd smell coming off of everything, so no one wanted to eat it. We regularly go to Tony macaroni and order in for special occasion but this was not the way it usually is, not the treat we hoped it would be very disappointed.

There was absolutely no cheese on the Macaroni . Was really disappointing as was for my mum who is 94. Chips cold and bread to hard for her.

Unfortunately the food wasn’t as good as it is when I’m restaurant. The macaroni was dry & both burgers were made plain when only one was asked to be plain.

Was actually 1hr 20 mins late, called restaurant they said food was ready and was waiting on courier. I said I don’t want food that’s already been lying ready for an hour but that is what came, stone cold pizza and reheated pasta & chips! Overall this was the delivery services fault but the restaurant should have issued a fresh order when it took so long. Severely disappointed

Food wasn't that good the wife's food was cold see could see it up at the counter with one plate not under the lamp mine was hot enough but bland . Toni's is better than that but not here

Food was stone cold and with delivery driver for 45 minutes from pick up. I live less than 10 minutes from silverburn .. understand he has more than 1 delivery to make but this was extreme

Ordered macaroni cheese for my young son and got sent a bland spagetti with no sauce with jalapeños through it. Called the restuarant hoping they could help sort it. Manager was no help at all, didnt ask if we would like to come and swap for correct item or for them to deliver it just told to contact just eat and now have to wait 48 hours on a reply to see if we can get a refund.

Food was okay. When I got to the restaurant to collect my food no one acknowledged me for 15 mins. Bad service

Staff is really kind and works quick but keeps quality

Shocking meal. Calamari was cold and rubbery. The cheeseburger which was also cold had a tiny bit of tasteless cheese welded to the top bun. Talking about tasteless, the patties weren't seasoned at all, this was completed by a watery bit of lettuce and tomato. Some of the chips weren't cooked properly. First and last time ordering from here.

Pizza was that cold it was rock solid and couldn’t be cut my full order was cold except one tub of pasta won’t be ordering again

Pizzas are very good, also good value on the lunchtime menu. Good for families too as tables are large size. Carlsberg beer was good and fresh
