This was my first time trying Tortilla, and it won't be my last. My partner has food allergies and we struggle to find places to accommodate. When we enquired about this the staff were more than happy to help. The allergy information was for every item available and allowed my partner to choose freely. The food was delicious, however the compliment has to go to the great customer service from all the staff. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names. We visited the silverburn branch on 7/3/25 around 16:45/17:15.

Took my son for lunch and shocked at what we got for £17 pounds, I had a toasted sandwich that had hardly any topping and my son got nachos which were basically covered in cold cheese sauce and a bit of salsa in the top. I asked for no Guacamole and she put it on i explained no Guacamole and she scrapped it of the nachos. Didn’t make fresh ones up. The staff were shocking and had no customer service skills at all. This explains why we were the only people having lunch

Food was great, staff were very helpful with my picky eater son 😅 letting him sample the chicken before he ordered. Sophie was extremely helpful and friendly, and made the experience very enjoyable for me and my son. Would definitely recommend :)

What to say in my review 🫤 Had a few burritos from here before and they've always been delicious but have to say the best thing about Tortilla is the staff. Friendly & helpful even as we struggled to sort out who wanted what!!

Stodgy soggy mediocre microwave food. Young boy serving was like a stoned chipmunk. I must have interrupted a very important conversation because it took ages for him to even serve Me and there was nobody else waiting but me. Pure attitude and got my order wrong. Little boy couldn't wait to get back to not serving and not doing his job. Think his names Gabriel. Shame all other staff have been good so far

place is dead the younger boy behind the counter is clueless forgot my chips and was asked kindly for them to just be flung over the other side of the counter after he rolled his eyes and huffed so so so soooo overpriced food is bland and soggy highly do not recommend £20 for two meals which were three soft tacos and chips and salsa one quesadilla and chips with salsa stay away

i visited tortilla last week for the first time and i was served by a young woman named sophie, i suffer from social anxiety but she made me feel at ease and helped me with my order, it isn’t often i am met with such outstanding customer service. not to mention my food was delicious!!

La comida era sosa y cómo cualquier punto de venta de comida de estilo mexicano puede cobrar extra por la creencia de los mendigos de guacamole! Nunca más para nosotros.

First time visiting and our server was Gabriel.. he was such a big help with helping me with my order as I’m always fussy. He made sure to come over after the meal to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Definitely will be back because of his customer service.

I used to come here all the time and apparently two weeks ago they decided to reduce the portion sizes; would you pay £6.95 for some vegetables, cheese, and tortilla?

We lived in the US before moving here and one thing we really missed was the famous "Chipotle" restaurant there and wished there was something like that here. Well here is "Tortilla", just as tasty. I know it's not the best review to compare two restaurants but to those who've had food from Chipotle, this would be the equivalent here.

Tried the salad bowl today instead of the wrap. Much lighter to eat. Just love this place.

The best Burrito in Glasgow and one of the best I've ever had. The only thing I needed was to put it on the grill after rolling it. Then it would be truly perfect.

One of the few places in Glasgow that does a proper fast food style burrito, always tastes great and really filling. Service was great from Gabriel, burrito was wrapped well and explained all the options clearly. Good stuff, will be back here soon enough.
