Tortilla Silverburn in Glasgow City

i visited tortilla last week for the first time and i was served by a young woman named sophie, i suffer from social anxiety but she made me feel at ease and helped me with my order, it isn’t often i am met with such outstanding customer service. not to mention my food was delicious!!

Burritos not too bad but DIRTY floors, DIRTY tables, not what you expect to see in a mall like Silverburn, doesn’t meet the standards!

First time visiting and our server was Gabriel.. he was such a big help with helping me with my order as I’m always fussy. He made sure to come over after the meal to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Definitely will be back because of his customer service.

I used to come here all the time and apparently two weeks ago they decided to reduce the portion sizes; would you pay £6.95 for some vegetables, cheese, and tortilla?

We lived in the US before moving here and one thing we really missed was the famous "Chipotle" restaurant there and wished there was something like that here. Well here is "Tortilla", just as tasty. I know it's not the best review to compare two restaurants but to those who've had food from Chipotle, this would be the equivalent here.

Tried the salad bowl today instead of the wrap. Much lighter to eat. Just love this place.

The best Burrito in Glasgow and one of the best I've ever had. The only thing I needed was to put it on the grill after rolling it. Then it would be truly perfect.

One of the few places in Glasgow that does a proper fast food style burrito, always tastes great and really filling. Service was great from Gabriel, burrito was wrapped well and explained all the options clearly. Good stuff, will be back here soon enough.

pleasant helpful staff. i had the loaded nachos and the chicken was so tasty! generous toppings too so i felt like i had bang for my buck. I love this place and its good for a quick lunch spot.

Nice staff, quick service from Gabe and Jaz. I ate the tres tacos but my wife had a burrito and said it was good. I recommend the Dalston Lemon juice. It was class.

LOVE THIS PLACE! I go there every time I’m at Silverburn; the food’s honestly so good, and it’s quite convenient as compared to sitting down to order. The food tastes fresh and there’s a large selection of both vegetarian and meat options. Gabriel served us today, the service was amazing, and even after there was a small problem with the payment, he was very nice and understanding about it. Can’t recommend this place enough (and thank you so much Gabriel!!).

*** AVOID THIS RESTAURANT *** I got the completely wrong order. I order 3 items and received a broken soggy bag with 1 item that wasn't part of my order. The driver refused to take my order back. I called the restaurant multiple times for 30 minutes and it went straight to answer phone.

A great place to stop in for a quick bit of lunch. Always get a medium burrito with the same fillings. Creature of habit but I like what I like. Special mention to Gabriel today for excellent friendly service. Will be back soon I'm sure.

Checked into this hotel at the very last minute. After a long drive needed a shower as it was 23 degrees. The shower head didn’t stand still, kept flopping down. Also the veggie breakfast wasn’t up to standards. Beans, hash browns n mushrooms we got. The atmosphere was ok nice. Staff were very nice and friendly. The room felt a little bit cramped.

Disgusting food that was watery, mushy, and made me feel physically ill. My friend, who had ordered the same meal as I did, said it reminded them of slop, which I couldn't agree with more. You're far better off at competitors such as Barburrito or Taco Mazama!

I come here frequently. All the food is excellentwith the exception being the Churros which are subpar.

We went for lunch today, at the silverburn shop and was throughly impressed with the service, especially as my wife has celiacs and the level of knowledge our server had was great, plus the food was amazing and the medium salsa had a nice bit of spice to it, i would recommend to anyone looking for gluten free food and i will be trying the spicy salsa next time.
