The only nandos I’ve been to where staff don’t seem to want to bring your drinks to the table if you order to the table. A large number of staff all just stood around talking in little mini groups like high school leaning on work tops. Kitchen staff are superb though, food is certainly made as quick and effectively as possible, but this is sadly let down by the rest of the staff. Watched staff avoid mine and my partners food which was eventually brought over after 10 minutes lying on the work top, which has never happened to me at any other nandos. What makes this worse is there were a total of six plates for other customers just lying when the nandos wasn’t busy at all. Been to this nandos a total of five times and sadly the same issues have appeared every time, so certainly wasn’t a one off. Compare it to any other nandos and it would most definitely fall short of the standards that staff meet in professionalism. Also appeared to be many staff not actually doing any work. This begs the question why have so many staff in if they aren’t doing any work, and if they have been delegated tasks and chose to ignore.

Family meal, the place was quiet, we were there around 4pm so the atmosphere was quiet. The food was good but a bit over priced for what it is. Having to use the app to order was a nightmare in this restaurant because we couldn't get the WiFi and not one of the 5 of us at the table could get any signal on our phones. The staff just seem to wander around doing laps of the restaurant rather than dealing with or paying attention to the customers which is why im marking the service as a 3. Decent food, clean restaurant but overpriced and no real customer service, taking us to the table and leaving us until bringing out the food wasn't a customer service experience.

Amazing place. My daughter is lactose intolerant, and they gave her a tablet with all the ingredients of every meal. The manager has to take allergy orders and even asked if she wanted her to wash her hands before touching the glasses for our drinks. Nothing was to much trouble, made our experience extremely enjoyable. 10/10 for taking allergies seriously.

Popped in for a take-out light dinner today, ordered 5 plain wings and a corn-on-the-cob. Delightful staff as usual - helpful, professional, and friendly. When I got home, I was expecting the food to have cooled a little (it's a fifteen minute drive home and it usually cools in that time), but not as much as it did... and to my surprise, Nandos seems to have started stocking mini-corn cobs! Is this what they call 'shrinkflation'??? It would be helpful if the take-out food was really piping hot to start with, and if you could go back to supplying normal-sized corn cobs, that would be much appreciated! It was still tasty.

Decent food as usual, nothing special anymore but good nonetheless. Lost a star for service because the waitress that brought the drinks and had to be pointed out she was short of one acted so annoyed her mistake was politely pointed out 🤷🏻. Anyway the wild herb dip is great.

Our last couple visits to this particular Nandos weren't great but we decided to give it another try, and unfortunately after our most recent visit we won't be back again. Chewy chicken, cold chips and barely any peri peri seasoning on chips, burnt garlic bread and what tasted like a stale burger bun. We understand when busy not everything will be perfect/fresh but would rather wait longer and be served edible food and not reheated. Nandos has always been a go-to since they opened but can't justify spending the money anymore.

Horrible place to work. A friend of mine lost his job a few months ago in this Nandos because he was unable to work early mornings in Nandos that are miles away and take multiple buses to travel to, while Nandos Glasgow Fort was being refurbished. Getting multiple buses to arrive somewhere early in the morning isn’t always practical. This is something the managers at Glasgow Fort don’t understand or respect. I recently discovered that a coworker of his lost her job for defending herself against a man who was shouting at her and other people in the restaurant. This man approached her shouting and being aggressive, she asked him to stop shouting as he was scaring the children around him. Her manager was well aware of this incident and told her that next time she should get the manager straight away rather than interacting with an aggressive customer. She told her manager she felt afraid of this man and that was why she felt she had to say something. The customer reported this woman for discrimination as he had a disability and claimed her defending herself against him was discrimination, it was her word over his and they chose to believe him over a loyal employee. The man received a £100 voucher and has been back in the fort Nandos since this incident. The employee who lost her job over “discrimination”faced a lot of discrimination in this workplace as there was constant comments made in the staff room about her age and abilities due to this. This is something she wasn’t aware of but managers and supervisors were and regularly turned a blind eye to the comments made behind her back about her age. The cutlery is also not cleaned properly and l would not reccomend anyone ever eating or working here.

I prefer the Nando's in town or Silverburn everytime I've been here they've burned my chicken I could only taste that then when I mentioned it they said that they grill the chicken so it's meant to have a chargrilled taste but I have had chargrilled Steaks, Chicken and more and they never taste burned worse experience 0* might have just been my experience but I won't be back and from then on I've always went to Silverburn or the town if I can't be bothered with the journey I just don't go.

the worst nandos i have experienced. let me just say the only thing wrong with the food was that it was cold. the service made the experience as bad as it was. there was 3 of us and 1 of the main meals were brought out approximately 20 minutes before the other 2, even before all 3 starters had been brought out. the halloumi starters were all cold, the staff were all kinda wondering about having a laugh, even the chefs in the kitchen seemed to be procrastinating while we were waiting for the other 2 meals which left us all feeling a bit sour. not really the service you want when visiting an establishment which will set you back upwards of £20 each, per visit

Incredibly disappointed with my visit to Nandos last week. After having a nice lunch, I went to change my baby in the 1 disabled/changing area in the restaurant. However, was advised that the key had been lost and there was no alternative area for me to use. A man in front of me in a wheelchair was told flippantly by a member of staff 'if we've lost the key, we've lost the key', who then shrugged and walked away. The poor man had no choice but to have his carer empty his colostomy bag in the hallway outside where the toilets are which is not only unsanitary but stripped the poor man of his privacy and dignity. I was told I had to go elsewhere such as Costa to change my baby who was getting very upset at this point as we had been waiting so long. It was such a disappointment and to be honest I don't even know if this situation is legal and should probably be investigated. I will not be going back here again and if you are disabled or have young children, I would avoid as it is not accessible.

The ordering process is, like other places, pathetic. There are plenty of staff but you have to either navigate an app on your phone or queue up to order. You get your own condiments. The food gets delivered to your table. No idea why staff cannot just take orders too.

Was in here two days ago to find myself grabbing something to eat with family for lunch, hadn't eaten anything the whole day apart from the meal I got as soon as I got to the door to leave the building I started to feel unwell and later on that night I ended up bringing it back up, nothing like this is usually expected from Nandos so I was rather surprised I must say but I won't be back here again.

The food was great. Well, most of it. I had spicy chips and when I got to the bottom of the bowl, there was rice! No one at my table had ordered rice. My mum asked a waiter why there was rice there and he said he’d ask someone but he never came back to our table. Other than that, everything was great.

My partner and I dined here today (19/9/23) and were served by Scott. He took the time to explain how the ordering system worked and chatted about how various things on the menu were compared to others. The food was good (although it could have been hotter temperature wise in my opinion), but alas didn't entirely spoil it. We particularly liked the drinks station where you helped yourself to unlimited supplies. It was well organised, as was the cutlery, napkins, and sauces. The toilets were clean and it had some good music playing with good sound quality within the toilets. Service was quick overall, although on our arrival there was nobody to 'greet' guests which slightly confused us as we weren't sure whether we had to be seated by staff or seat ourselves. This was soon picked up on and clarified by Scott.

Visited Nandos @ the Fort after some shopping and we were seated quite promptly despite the usual wait was great. I had an issue with my order being wrong but this was promptly fixed albeit a little unorthodox switching order items between different plates. It's a fast paced restaurant with a lot of revolving custom which do show unfortunately. The cutlery wasn't very clean and it felt a bit hectic and rushed.

It has been a while since my last visit to Nandos,, tonight the Nandos was busy, however, the receptionist put us at ease and explained a wait of 20 mins for a table. we were seated in 10 mins (under promise and over deliver) When I got up to order our food, I got confused...the young woman behind the counter was great and explained the process.The toilets were clean and lots of parking availabe

Mi hija acaba de realizar el viaje de 20 millas a su restaurante Glasgow Fort, que es el más cercano a nuestra casa. Llegó a las 8. 20 hs, solo para encontrarse con la experiencia más negativa. Cuando le pidió que hiciera un pedido de comida para llevar, le aconsejaron "solo para avisarle que pronto cerraremos, así que tendremos que cocinar todo esto de nuevo". Mis esperanzas son que cada comida que ordenemos se prepare fresca. Esto, junto con el hecho de que los horarios de apertura del restaurante indican que cierra a las 9. 30 pm fue profundamente preocupante. Le hicieron sentir que estaba siendo un inconveniente para su personal. Luego, el cajero comenzó a realizar el pedido, que incluía una Sunset Burger, pero luego se dirigió al Gerente y le preguntó si estaba de acuerdo con que se colocara un pedido de muslos en ese momento. ¿Un domingo festivo, con más de una hora antes del cierre, y el personal parecía necesitar el permiso de su gerente para cocinar muslos de pollo?Me gustaría decir que la mala experiencia se detuvo allí. No lo hizo. Cuando ella regresó de su restaurante y abrimos nuestro pedido, mi envoltura doble de pollo parecía haber sido pateada en el piso de su cocina antes de ponerla en el contenedor de cartón. Luego encontré dos largos pelos negros, envueltos dentro de la envoltura mientras comía esto. En general, esta compra tiene que ser una de las peores que he tenido. Soy un cliente habitual de Nando's, que utiliza diferentes restaurantes en el área de Glasgow.

Go here quite often as it local to me. The staff are very polite and helpful and the service is great. I especially love their spicy rice and creamy mash it's so tasty. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere and seats are also comfortable. Great chillin place with great food

Look - to be honest, I am a Nandos fan - through and through. It is my favorite place to eat as I know exactly what I am going to get. The staff are generally always good and generally conform to the brand image. I can happily report that this branch fitted the bill for me - once again. I did prefer the style and branding of the older branch but I do accept that they needed more space and in doing so have lost a little bit of closetting. But at least they are not constantly turning people away as much.

ordered a take away online - restaurant was busy - when sitting waiting I could see my order sitting on the pass for which seemed ages - was given order by a very pleasant girl who read the order off but didnt check that what was there matched the order - I sadly didnt pick up on this - when I got home there was parts of one meal missing and also a side - I called to complain and the response that I got was dissapointing to say the least - I wont be rushing back

Somos asiduos en Nando, pero desafortunadamente no regresaremos al fuerte de Nando en Glasgow porque estamos hartos de recibir alimentos fríos, pedidos erróneos o artículos faltantes en su pedido, por lo que es difícil que reciban los pedidos correctos o lleguen a tiempo.

Reservamos Nandos para 7 personas y pasamos 30 minutos antes de reservar en caso de que hubiera una mesa disponible, lamentablemente no fue por el tamaño de nuestro grupo. A nuestro regreso nos sentamos en una cabina con una silla agregada al final. Pedí que me volvieran a sentar, ya que estar al final me sentí incómodo. El restaurante no estaba a plena capacidad pero no había asientos disponibles para alojar cómodamente a los 7 de nosotros. Cuando nuestra comida llegó, los camareros trajeron entrantes y comidas por correo juntos y con las bebidas ya sobre la mesa, fue un poco apretado y debido a esto no pedimos ningún postre.

He estado en Nando muchas veces y en diferentes lugares, ¡y este tiene que ser uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he estado! A pesar de estar "limpiados", la mesa y las sillas estaban pegajosas y visiblemente sucias cuando nos sentamos. Todos los menús tenían residuos de comida y también estaban pegajosos y sucios. Esto no me preparó para la peor área del restaurante, que era los baños. ¡Parece que los pisos no han visto un trapeador en años! ! Los baños y el asiento estaban cubiertos de suciedad. Los dispensadores de papel higiénico no funcionaban y, por lo tanto, se dejaron rollos de papel higiénico en recipientes sanitarios que también estaban sucios. Si hubiera visitado el baño antes de comer me hubiera ido.

The ribs were rotten. Fatty fatty fat fat. For the price you pay there are far superior restaurants. Get it together el santo. Did politely say to the staff ( I’ve never complained about food in a restaurant before) but nothing taken off the bill. Meh

So in short lasagne I haven't notice the other taste then tomato sauce which was all over meat no taste at all my wife ordered salmon and was dry mash potato to salty.im not to fuss with food but I just couldn't finish the food it was so bad.

We eat a great deal of Mexican food in Texas. Taco Mazama makes as delicious a burrito as I'd expect at home. Do your taste buds a favor with a chicken, black bean and guacamole burrito from Taco Mazama.

He estado en unas cuantas veces ahora, siempre muy bienvenido por el personal , gran opción de cervezas tenía la fría ciudad lager , muy agradable, nuevo menú acababa de comenzar y no fue decepcionado en absoluto , tenía el gigante Yorkie Absolutamente increíble, amigo tenía la coliflor al curry, porciones de gran tamaño, platos vacíos de ambos, se quedó para el concurso y vaya que gran noche. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar y gracias a Paul y el personal por el gran servicio y la noche divertida, sin duda volveremos.
