Yulan House in Glasgow City

Have been using this Chinese for 6 yrs however tonight our usual order was very disappointing, the chicken was so chewy and tough we could not eat! With the rising cost of food this Chinese food is always a treat however all family were disappointed Will now look for another Chinese in the area it’s a shame after 6 yrs

Food was rotten would avoid much better food close by waste of money never again 🤮

Extremely disappointed so salty and inedible, costed me £23 for a munchy box I couldn’t even eat! felt unwell after eating and was not enjoyable

Curry sauce tasted weird and the chicken was the super rubbery cheap stuff. The people serving though we’re super polite and friendly. The person delivering was really pleasant

This was the worst takeaway I've had in ages!!!The curries were so salty as were the spring rolls.Completely inedible Bought takeaways in the past and have NEVER been that bad.Dropping standards.Will never buy one again and will definitely never recommend this establishment

Just ordered with you guys on just eat as you have 5* rating and local legend. I’m really disgusted with the food I’ve received! The edges of my chicken breast are crispy but not good crispy. Crispy like it had been pre-cut and left out waiting to be used! I also asked for no veg in my dish which was ignored because there was more onion than there was noodle also I ordered salt and pepper chips, they came plain and everything tasted fragrant, like perfume had been sprayed over the food and lastly my bottle of juice was missing from the order. Well done, you managed to mess up everything I ordered!

For years ths was one of the best take aways in the area Nitshill, Paisley road, Corkerhill, Mosspark Drive, Don't know if it has changed ownership definitely a shade of what it was. Overcooked dried ribs 1/4" thick slices of ginger bit stingy on chicken/meat.

Only descent curry place around.

Over a two hour wait for a delivery and no call to let you know or explain why,food was good but cold.

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway I've had in a very long time. Would highly recommend to everyone (already have). The food is delicious! Went 2 weeks in a row and can't wait to go back. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

this is our local every saturday !! it was my sons birthday we got the family around and got a pick up from here as its his favourite and honestly can say this place is never a let down always fresh and hot! we had two vegetarians and they complimented how delicious the meals are! the girls are alway friendly and always greeted with a smile. keep up the good work ! I come here for the salt chilli munchie boxes. Its the only place in the area that does a munchie box, so delicious and always more than enough for sharing. The food is always hot and delicious Keep up the good work!

A nice takeaway that's usually pretty good, but with the abundance of chinese takeaways in this area it's not usually the first I'd go to, still nice nonetheless.

Food superb as always, not been for a while as moved away. Staff very courteous and pleasant too.

My family and friends always use this chinese and has never let me down. Great portion sizes, sometime too much to finish. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Salt and pepper chips are best around.

Ella no tiene habilidades para los clientes en absoluto o incluso una actitud agradable, la forma en que alguna vez consiguió este trabajo tratando con el público me sorprende. La comida ha ido cuesta abajo en gran medida y el tamaño de la porción también. He intentado de nuevo cuando estuve en perezoso para conducir a uno diferente, pero lo haré en el futuro. When I moved to the area just over a year ago I tried this takeway and had a great experience - chicken curry was tasty, not greasy with plenty of chicken breast. The chicken balls were delicious also. Within the last year I have discovered how hit and miss the dishes are - which is a real disappointment when you get a duff meal! I think after tonight's experience it will be my last visit. Very, very salty gravy almost made the dish inedible!! There was no taste except salt - the meat could have been foam. Very, very disappointed!!

Cleanliness leaves a lot to b desired. Needs a make over or clean. Owners dog in the shop on the counter which the girl was petting then proceeded to fill bags of prawn crackers eugh! Food ok bit of a hit and miss.

Had the snack box between me and my son. 6 chicken balls. Plenty rice and separate curry sauce. For £4.40. Just the right amount for a wee snack. Delicious and fresh too.

Love this wee place, used to go here years ago and decided to try it out again, nice wee curry with a nice kick, well worth a takeaway night from here.

Have recently moved into the area and tried Yulan House as it is near my house. Purchased a salt and chilli munchy box and it was awesome. Have to say that this is one of the best I have tried! Will definitely use in the future!

I visit this curry shop on a regular basis, food is excellent and good quality, they also do meal deals, staff are also polite and friendly.

Ordered chicken fried rice and curry sauce .Got home opened it only to find a garlic sauce over the top of the chicken, I phoned them to say I was allergic to garlic only to be told that they use garlic in every dish and their customers know . I didn't "know" as i am not a regular customer. Front shop staff attitude terrible will not be back.

we have had inconsistent quality of food for quite some time now.Have just had another poor meal tonite so that's it ..will not be back..I was charged £5 for salt n pepper chips&curry sauce that were overdone and looked like the scraps..also cannot make decent chow mein noodles always too dry..del guys always decent tho..

Utilicé este llevar sobre una base regular, pero ellos han perdido mi a medida para el bien. Me di cuenta de que los pocos pedidos anteriores me había estado haciendo la cantidad y calidad había disminuido considerablemente. La última vez que pedimos andwhen de pechuga de pollo al curry llegué a casa me registré los contenidos y tuve suerte de conseguir 5 a 6 pequeñas piezas mezclado en salsa. La porción de patatas fritas se redujo a la mitad una bolsa y el arroz estaba como templada. Cuando me llamó a decirles que el asunto el handler llamada me puso en espera por unos minutos para hablar con el jefe. Ni disculpas dieron pero dijeron que podía conseguir mitad de precio la próxima vez pedí. Eso no ayudó el hecho de hambre que tenía mi pedido inicial.

Buena comida china calidad. Personal amable y eficiente. los ingredientes siempre de un alto nivel. estado usando durante unos 15 años y nunca un problema.

My family have used this take away for as long as I can remember! Chicken curry, fried rice, chips and crackers it has to be ever time.I have moved away to Oxford and every time I come back to my parents house I must have a Yulan House.I have yet to find a Chinese that meets up to its standards.Excellent service every time I have bought a meal. Excellent prices and large portions.

Family used for over 20 years paying for best quality of food no other Chinese can match the value for money ! Tried another takeaway last week as passing by for quickness and was disgusting makes me appreciate yulan more !! Good service all friendly
