Crispy shredded chicken in peking sauce was lovely. Chips tasted great although soggy, think this was due to slow delivery. Satay was lovely. Price was very fair for good food. Would order again.

I ordered king prawn chow mein and vegetable chow mein, it was fresh with plenty of prawns and vegetables, quick service very friendly and food was amazing, prices are the best compared to all the other Chinese restaurants near by. Came with free prawn crackers.

Food was lovely, first time trying as they have a saver deal on but really good portions taste and value for money. Did miss out our cans but we got free chicken wings so I’m not complaining.

I’m usually a very fussy eater, especially now that I’m pregnant and finding it hard to enjoy most foods. However i ordered a vegetable chow mein, and all I can say is that it was absolutely the best thing I’ve ever tasted! I requested no onions or garlic, and they made sure to accommodate my request perfectly. The vegetables were fresh, cooked just right, and the flavors were incredible. Honestly, it was such a relief to finally enjoy a meal again the food was simply amazing!

As order was delivered in an open box and not a closed one or a bag the food wasn't fully hot. Tasty and fresh food but simply let down by temperature

All three meals were tasty only one small complaint asked for no onions in curry it came with onions. But other than that excellent food.

1st time using the Shangri la the food was very tasty chicken and mushrooms plus chicken curry will use again trying something different and hope it keeps up the tasty food.

Ordered food at 2030 food was marked as delivered at 2210 phoned shop to find out where our order was and was told it was out for delivery 2300 and food is still not here.

fried rice and chow mein were incredibly salty which meant everything else tasted salty

Chicken satay and fried rice was 8 quid which I thought was pretty reasonable. It was tasty enough that I’d get it again. It was also 8 quid for grilled pork dumpling / gyozas and well worth it. Great addition to a satay meal. Prawn crackers were free with the order.

The 2 main meals where too salty which was a pity hopefully the chef see’s review and cuts down on salt

Bought the large salt and chilli munchie box and didn’t receive any spring rolls, chicken was very small and not a lot of meat on the ribs either! Chips were really dry and not much flavour if I wasn’t so hungry I would’ve probably sent it back:(

So much food all cooked perfectly spicy and tasty hot to the touch and the gravy was absolutely to die for 100% ordering from. Here again!!

Was more spicy than salt and pepper based could only taste the spice. Had get daughter an alternative meal due to this. Portion size was smaller than expected I ordered a large and it came in a small box.

The Roast Pork Fried Rice gravy makes the food so salty.

Very disappointed never have problems with this restaurant but delivery driver was at wrong address son had to go out and get it and food was cold all had to be heated up in microwave

Squid cooked in old saturated oil. Not flavoursome at all, will not order from here again.

Takeaway food is good normally get it delivered but picked up this time and was shocked to see how dirty the place looked . Hygiene needs improved

Very not happy ordered my food at 22.25 they accept the order and payment said it would be delivered by 23.40 turns out they close at 22.30 when you look on Google nice one sat for over an hour waiting on food that isn't coming but happy to take payment shall not be ordering from here ever again !!!!

Food arrived much earlier than expected. Unfortunately, it was mainly burnt. I ordered tofu ....which had obviously been cooked alongside fish and old oil.

My order was placed, made & delivered all within 10 minutes. Sketchy. It clearly wasn’t close to being freshly cooked. Nowhere on the menu does it say that the fried rice comes with some kind of really salty but sweet gravy (disgusting). Chow/main was slimmy, can’t really put my finger on it but not pleasant at all. Whole order went in the bin.

Would help if our food actually was delivered and the restaurant answered the phone!! Do not order from here.

Food is class, struggle to find a Chinese that delivers to the west end that I like and this place could be it. Chips needed a quick blast in the air fryer to crisp them back up but everything really tasty. Delivery man got a wee bit lost but was an absolute sweetheart. Really good service, delivered on time and with care. Really impressed. Will definitely be back!

Food is quick and reasonable dunno about anything else but the just eat guy is hot and friendly every time he has a smile on his face ten outta ten 4 the boy who delivers I think he’s the only friendly one who works there he can bk with my juice wich I never even noticed wasn’t there

My satay arrived lukewarm I had to out it i the microwave. Food was pretty bland aswell. The ribs where decent. They also forgot one if my cans of juice which isn’t great.

Only complaining as the owner of the shop was a rotten egg on the phone to myself and my partner all because the delivery driver couldn't gain entrance to my property its not my fault the new entry system is hard to use I didn't design it 🤷‍♀️ anyway after asking for a refund I was told no I'm a regular customer aswell but il defo be bumsteering the place from now just simply because of the owners attitude was stinky about the issue there was no need for it as we weren't cheeky back 👍🏼

The chicken satay is nit cook the chicken it's pinkish the inside. the fried rice is not cooked the rice it's hard.

One dish was considerably colder than the other. I got a text to say it was on its way 50 mins before it arrived and its ten mins drive between my house and the shop. I tried calling and they hung up without speaking. I requested a text update and never got one. The food was fine but the experience very much soured it.

2 hours after I ordered the food arrived. Freezing cold obviously, the woman on the phone was so lovely but the owner phoned me from 5 different mobile numbers - not sure if this violates Just Eat rules (taking personal information for personal use) but it should. Just terrible service for cold, average food.

Absolutely terrible experience. Food was over an hour late. When we called kept being told was on its way and then they would hang up on us!!! When food eventually arrived it was nearly two hours since the order on a Tuesday night- food was cold and horrible!! £30.00 and treated like that just terrible. Don’t use them!

The chips weren’t great, they were last time though. I think maybe just an off night as I have ordered from here before and never had any issues.

Have been getting chow meins, chips and balls for 3 years now, tried many other Chinese takeaways but this one remains the best. 🙏

Avoid this place at all costs. The food is RANK ROTTEN. Didnt get the salt and chili chicken i ordered and paid for. The chicken in the satay was just pure mushy slime. The chips were under cooked. The curry sauce is DISGUSTING. Says if you spend over £20 you get springs which i didnt recieve. The whole dinner was binned anyway because it was that bad. Avoid.

This was our first time ordering from Shangrila and we were very impressed. Great quality and the curry sauce was amazing. Was a lovely gesture of free mini rolls with a chilli sauce,thank you. We will definitely order again.

Food packaging not sealed so was all over the bag when it arrived, could see the sauce pooled in the bag as it was handed over, complete shambles

Order salt pepper munchy box. Waste of money! Wee spare ribs was just bone look like everything was just thrown in the box. Maybe separating food , organise make the presentation look better most of all make better food

Definitely my new go to for Chinese food! 10/10 on portion sizes, taste and delivery.
