McDonald's just a fast food restaurant its good as always

There are no sufficient bathrooms.

The atmosphere was hectic and people shouting at staff but I was in with my sister and we only had lattes

Every time I put plain always comes with something on it, always a struggle with delivery. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Service is terrible

my order was short so I'm not very happy as I paid for fries along with everything else but didn't receive them

Ordered 12 nuggets only got 9!!!!!!

Missing items from order not first time this has happened

My burger only had 1 chicken bit in it when I got a chicken Big Mac which is kinda ridiculous and it’s a bit lazy how no one can check to see if the order is right before they send it out

that's twice in one week wrong order will not be ordering anything again

Delivery was great, driver was really nice. However an item was missing from my order. I’m grateful Just Eat will refund me but there is no option to request them to deliver the missing item which would be preferred.

NIGHT AND DAY!! My order from Helen Street I had to refuse due to cold coffee & food soaking wet!! This order from Silverburn is piping hot and excellent food even though it's further away!! Stop using bicycles to deliver hot food!! I'm staying with Silverburn!

The food was freezing not happy

my egg only was half an egg but I still enjoyed it and I didn't get a straw and I ordered a hot drink aswell but didn't get it I wld like that refunded plse

Driver was in the shop for about 20 minutes food came stone cold could tell it had been sitting there going cold before it left the shop

When I ordered it said up to 30 mins delivery I waited almost a hour for my food it showed preparing my food and when out for delivery it took 7 mins to arrive so clearly my food was not being prepared it has been sitting cold waiting for pick up

someone had taken a large bite of my hash brown and what remained belonged in a rubbish bin. Very dissapointed indeed thats where I ended up having to put it. Not good at all.

Driver clearly cant drive juice spilled all over food even tho its in a separate bag juice spilled all over floor once i went to lift the bag absolute joke of a service

Terrible. Was freezing cold and driver had emptied my juice all over my food. I had no juice and food cold and covered in coke

They can never get your order right always wrong items delivered. It’s a joke especially when it clearly states on the label no muffin then they send it with the muffin!!!

One complaint... the definition of 'large' is pretty dubious in relation to portions of fries. Is it large when it's for a mouse ? is it large when it's for a goldfish ? It definitely cannot be large when it's for a human being. Here's a bit of a hack/tip... if you want to give the impression of something being 'large' put it in a smaller container, then it might give the illusion of being large. If this app allowed me to add a pic, you'd see what I mean 😏

Gave me the wrong persons order

Food was great,a bit much salt on the chips,maybe not as much but it was still great

All the dinner has came coland the chips are solid my 2 year old grandkids is struggling to eat

Delivery time was constantly getting longer and longer food arrived and it’s really cold.doesnt help one happy meal has been left open with other one inside it doesn’t keep it warm at all.

As always the food is disappointing. This are missing from a simple cheeseburger and I ask them to fix it and it comes back still not right. The staff don't care and don't know how to make simple food right. Might not be their fault but seems like management doesn't care either or they would be doing spot checks on food to make sure things are going out correctly and consistently. Sometimes people work late and would like a nice, quick and easy meal...not from here if you're constantly getting poor quality.

Waited nearly 1 hour when place is closeby. Kept changing delivery time. All food absolutely freezing cold. Chips were all half empty. Juice was also half empty. Absolutely shocking

Well noisy far too busy for staff to keep up with cleaning of place think it was manger doing all cleaning time I was in there he was busy emptying bins and sweeping up about 4 or 5 bags counted of rubbish taken away to back some half full unfortunately some families do not pride in keeping place tidy and just leave rubbish about. Power sockets where not working tried three tables with sockets on the wall underneath someone else was about to use and I told them they are not working waste of time me coming in could of been elsewhere for my phone to charge.

Worst McDonalds around. No care or attention just slapped on. Missing Bacon, brick hard chicken. All in the bin a waste

I got my order a half cup of tea and no milk as I filled in the space to ask and I did and no milk my double big mac was wet with tea I paid nearly £16 for my order not happy I got mix n match I asked for chicken nuggets ,chicken mayo,2 cheeseburgers and I got a cheeseburger and chicken mayo .

Placed a £37 order for food from Silverburn Mcdonalds and only received the 2 juices and the cold under cooked fries which went in the bin. Contacted just eat and then re-ordered the same food from Helen Street as I have lost all faith in Silverburn. Helen Street sent the full order but again the chips were undercooked. Just eat then contacted me tonight to say they would only refund £17 of my original order and it would go onto my Just eat account. This is an absolute disgrace McDonalds dont care and neither do just eat. I will no longer be using just eat and definitely will never have mcdonalds again. One last point the amount of times this has happened at silverburn is a disgrace and still nothing has been done about it. No wander the reviews are terrible. Staff cannot do their job they cant even get a small order right.

Delivery driver failed to deliver to us. This is the second time this has happened with the same delivery driver who refused to provide his name. Said there was no door number. Not true. When my husband tried to accept the delivery he refused this.

Food arrived cold and coke was flat. Was only 1 meal ordered and took over 45mins. The food should always be hot it was disgusting

absolute disgrace was a smallish order abd we were only given our drinks the driver said thats all he was given for us. Will never order from silverburn again Ive had to reorder the full meal from Helen Street. I am now waiting for my refund

Good offer, (the 17.99 meal), but when fees take it to nearly £21 and it’s missing items, it’s not so good. Called the restaurant “nothing to do with us, you need to contact Just Eat”. Waste of money, and a dinner ruined.

Why does it say its delivered when its not there?

food was cold the free chicken nuggets if you spent over £20 were not in the bag

had the delivery time repeatedly moved till about 2 hours and 30 minutes after ordering only for the food to not be delivered at all but the app telling me the delivery was completed
