Ordered a barbecue bacon chicken wrap and the only thing in side was the crispy chickens

Not good under par food and cold manager not good very cheeky and nasty am a chef why say how do you know a know cause unlike you AV been in the hospitality industry for 32 years a know how to deal with people

No straw for my milkshake. I ordered a brownie but got a donut

food was cold. The cheesey McCrispy was dry as there was no sauce, it was also missing the cheese and bacon. Don't know how a restaurant can mess up such an easy order.

All dips missing for a 30 pound order and food is cold

food was 50 mins late from the original delivery time and kept being pushed back 15 mins each time. when it was eventually delivered every item is freezing cold. order cost me over £18 and I've been told I'll get £4 odds back on a refund? appalling standards

could see on the map that driver had our food for over half an hour, driving to darnley and back when restaurant is 5 min walk away from house. food was freezing when it arrived and the driver was rude.

I recieved the wrong delivery and had to reorder so I'm not happy with just eat as yous will not refund my money 😒 I sent the delivery number of the receipt which clearly wasn't mine so can you please refund my money as it's not my fault you employ incompetent people 😢

my order came to my door cold! I stay 5 mins away from silverburn and it still came cold!

The time kept changing but everything I ordered had some sort of missing item from the burgers and looked like it was put together with your eyes shut

Driver was late and tracker had driver at another restaurant while our order was 30 minutes behind. Driver couldn’t find our address and food came freezing cold

I could see on the map that the delivery driver was lost , was on the wrong side of the river between my house and the restaurant, resulting in cold soggy food

McDonald's quality control is nonexistent. cold food delivered once again with no dips for the 20 chicken nuggets. I commend McDonald's for surpassing kfc for the worst service in all of fast food.

Time kept changing . Food was cold. Coffee spilled in their car which the drive was apologetic for. But …. She disposed of the McDonald’s soaking wet bag with my recipe on it outside my garden gate instead of using my outside bin. All of my food was soaked

Driver actually dropped my food when he got to the door , spilled my juice every where now my double Big Mac is a single Big Mac as a Patty is destroyed. Not good for the business if their drivers can’t deliver food right.

As usual items were missing, how difficult is it to put in the dips that are ordered? The food was cold as well, should I really have to microwave something that should only be travelling for 10 minutes. There is always an issue ordering from McDonald's.

ordered food at 1.15pm, they kept pushing the time back, this went on until 3pm, then it said delivered at 3pm, then delivered at 3.10pm then delivered at 3.20pm, I could go on but you get the picture! food never arrived now it's left to me to fight with just eat to get my money back!

how hard is it to get an order right everytime something is missing

getting worse each time although I guess 7 wrong dips is better than no dips at all. qc in mcds is lacking these days. as bad as kfc now for messing up your order.

Delivery was great, driver was really nice. However an item was missing from my order. I’m grateful Just Eat will refund me but there is no option to request them to deliver the missing item which would be preferred.

NIGHT AND DAY!! My order from Helen Street I had to refuse due to cold coffee & food soaking wet!! This order from Silverburn is piping hot and excellent food even though it's further away!! Stop using bicycles to deliver hot food!! I'm staying with Silverburn!

When I ordered it said up to 30 mins delivery I waited almost a hour for my food it showed preparing my food and when out for delivery it took 7 mins to arrive so clearly my food was not being prepared it has been sitting cold waiting for pick up

someone had taken a large bite of my hash brown and what remained belonged in a rubbish bin. Very dissapointed indeed thats where I ended up having to put it. Not good at all.
