McDonald's in Glasgow City

Wrong ordered wasn’t even my order,

something wrong with order every single time. I will not order from here again and I would not recommend it.

No delivery was made and when a refund was requested was told the driver couldn’t get access to my front door and no refund will be issued

Happy meal was crushed, and missing the fries. Food was cold.

waited 2 hours and got wrong order for 1 of my kids

The food was stone cold upon delivery. I accept it won't be piping hot but stone cold is unacceptable.

breakfast wrap was lovely and the hash browns were warm for once

one of the drinks the large one was spilled over bag so only got half of a large drink

My son had been asking for a Minecraft Meal so after a good parents night I said he could have one. The one he wanted came with the Big Mac which my sone wouldn’t eat, no worries got it without all the Big Mac stuff and essentially paid £10 for a glorified cheeseburger!!! The absolute KICK IN THE TEETH was when the meal came WITHOUT THE MINECRAFT FIGURE!!! Sort it out McDonalds!! If you don’t have it in stock TAKE IT OFF THE MENU!!!!! I am actually disgusted with it!!!

Ordered a cheese burger and a chicken mayo. Requested extra pickeles on 1 and cheese on the other. I asked for both patties to be put in separate containers however i was given a cheese and tomato sause burger and a cheese and mayo 1. Unacceptable

Wouldn’t even give a star absolutely disaster took over three hours for delivery no answer to their phone despite trying 20 times food cold and inedible when it arrived

It was in fact 2 hours late and we didn’t receive the Minecraft toy that was the whole reason for ordering my son is very disappointed to say the least

Lovely delivery guy. Just a shame McDonald can’t get their act together and tell the difference a Philly burger and a fillet of fish!! Wrong order bagged! I have asked for a refund. Shocking!!!

Food took over 1hr to arrive once it did arrive it was stone cold, items were missing & we were giving the wrong milkshake! Absoloutly ridiculous how hard is it to read an order from a screen & pack it? I worked in kfc for a summer so I know exactly how easy it is to get an order RIGHT!!

even after putting a note to remember to pack straws still haven't been delivered. last 4 orders there hasn't been straws with order. absolute pain

Once again no sauce which is costing me 70 pence every time it’s not hard to put a sauce in a bag and no straw again either I’m a regular customer but think I’ll be going elsewhere in the future

The food has arrived 2 hours after order was placed, the food is freezing, I could not find an option too cancel order, after having enough off waiting went and got food from somewhere else, very unhappy with this you’d think after 2 hours off waiting the restaurant would’ve cancelled the order themselves? i didn’t get this order i tried to contact the courier and tell him but he didn’t answer then he went to the adress i put in by mistake and my mum answered he took the code and he said he was going to drop it to the right adress after he does his last 4 deliveries and nothing ended up coming what do i do

missing items and the items I did get are freezing driver must have had more than one order as was tracking them miles away from my house after collecting my order the burgers are absolutely freezing that the cheese has congealed food was either prepared and sitting ages or because driver taking kore than one order and not in a heat protecting bag order going in the bin thanks only able to get partial refund for missing item and not for the freezing cold burgers.
