Food is same as usual. Toilet is bad, door can not be closed because they do not match to ram

When presented with the bag I tried a chip and they were Luke warm.... so I asked for them to be replaced with fresh ones.... I tried a chicken nugget from 1 box that was fine but when I got home the 2nd box were cold while the other was still hot so clearly 1 box of nuggets weren't Fresh..... ALWAYS CHECK EVERY ITEM BEFORE WALKING AWAY. THEY CANT BE TRUSTED. The place is generally dirty and can't get moving for delivery people. Better to buy chicken nuggets and fries out the supermarket and stick them in the air frier... Spent just under £30 They'll no be getting any more of my money *************** UPDATE ***************** 👇 22/05/2025 21:13 Previous I gave a 1 star review after bad a bad experience. I heard this McDonald's had a refit..... You know the way where usually there's no one at the desk..... Generally theses refits are more of a serving hatch rather than a place to receive customer service. So I decided to give it another go. As there was nobody at the hatch I used the touch screen to place my order, when I had got to the payment screen I saw a smiling aprochable staff member called Hope. I asked if my order could be made fresh, Hope was happy to see that my order would be made fresh, when I attempted to pay an error message popped up on the screen and Hope said she could take payment at the kiosk. A very helpful happy positive person to deal with. The restaurant was spotless and had a good vibe. The only downfall was I customised my chicken sandwich Not to have lettuce however it came With lettuce despite my till Receipt and Box sticker showing ONLY Sand Sauce. Huge improvement despite the Serving Hatch refit...... The Hatch seems very unwelcoming and lacking in Customer Service. Huge Credit to Hope who gave 100% Genuine Outstanding Customer Service and was keeping the restaurant spotless.

Used to be good, now awful food and awful services

Older lady at the customer service desk is pretty rude and flippant, as well whenever I come later in the evening it’s never really clear which self serve section is open and you end up walking back and forward, and if you need help having an item approved theres very few staff available

Había oído un montón sobre este restaurante y estaba muy emocionado de probarlo. Sin embargo a su llegada el personal de la puerta (sí personal de la puerta en un restaurante nos negó la entrada ) Mencionó nuestra nacionalidad que era bastante molesto y terminamos teniendo que contactar con la policía. No estoy seguro si la comida es buena, sin embargo, el portero que aparentemente tenía licencia SEI se negó a mostrar su identificación o proporcionar su nombre, así que puedo decir que su servicio no es genial. Me veo obligado a dejar mi opinión aquí debido a no tener su nombre. No malgastaría mi dinero ganado con tanto esfuerzo en este establecimiento

Hamburguesa cremada y patatas fritas de piedra, después de esperar más de media hora - no comerá aquí de nuevo. Solo el hecho de que el gimnasio es genial o me alojaría en un hotel diferente

Ordered tangy cheese Doritos and got flaming hot ones

I ordered macaroni and cheese and it was 90% liquid and 10% pasta, the bag was covered in liquidy sauce and it tasted like tinned Heinz Mac and cheese (second time now being delivered store bought food from a non-big-chain restaurant), avoid!

Ordered over 1 n half hrs ago and still not arrived will not order from here again we are at work and was on our dinner!! Absolutely disgusting service

Restaurant was dirty - floors, tables. No service at all. Waited ages for our order when eating in. Long queue build up and no bothers to assists. They just walk past. Toilets were disgusting! Very poor experience all round

Literal garbage. Being open late is their only claim to fame. We went around 11pm so obviously not that late and what we got was a joke for what we paid. My portion of chicken kebab was the biggest portion I’ve ever seen but unfortunately that is not even a good thing. Quantity over quality. It was dry, flavourless and borderline inedible. The staff couldn’t have cared less whether I lived or died. Do yourself a favour and find literally any other place for your late night cravings. YUK!

Un lugar ocupado con gente que va y viene. Aún así pudimos encontrar asientos después de pedir nuestras bebidas de café, pero apenas. El café era bueno, pero nos sentimos un poco llenos.

Excelente menú y precios, un montón para elegir. El personal es genial y su pedido llega rápido y caliente. Bonito lugar local para el desayuno / almuerzo.

Arrived at 13.15 for a late lunch with a friend. The sandwich selection was very limited with lots of empty sections which had not been topped up. The queue for hot drinks was taking ages so I opted for the drinks machine. Of the four machines, one was not working at all and two had run out of milk. There was only one tillpoint open causing a long queue, and finally I had to be very selective with my cutlery because a lot of it was not properly clean. Such a pity because the views over Edinburgh are spectacular. I think next time I will try the café in the Catholic cathedral next door
