I didn't receive my order it was ment to be left at my front door I am not happy at all can someone please get back to me and I have put over am hour as didn't receive the food

Link sausage where sliced into causing them to be overcooked in areas the link sausage, black pudding and haggis were all super thin too like they’ve taken a normal slice and cut it in half. Used to be an amazing breakfast but won’t order again

Omelette very tasty but the burgers are a disgrace. Dry roll, no salad and charge £6!

Frozen square sausage bought out farmfoods deep fried and charge you nearly 3 quid a roll.. Might aswell shut up shop serving muck like that. First and last time going there awful. Avoid

£4.20 for tinned vegetable soup, not even catering soup. Just soup straight out a tin and heated up.

Very disappointed with the £6.50 cheese burger - on the menu’s picture looked great with even salad, but after ordering it was just a dry bread, meat that tasted frozen, and cold grated cheese. I had stomachache all day. I don’t recommend for eating, you may get better quality in McDonald per £1.

Lovely bacon roll. Great to have the option of soup with it as it’s always out of stock or not an option from other cafes.

The macaroni we had had taste to it never eat it but was hot

Food was fine, delivery quick. Soup and a sandwich was what I wanted and it was good to find it here.

Not up to usual standered chips were hard, salad was not usual salad, no crusty roll so was given soggy toast were melt oozed out I will recommend as usually great meals must have just had a off day I will order again for sure

I never received the order. I had specifically given instructions to the driver to ring me when they arrive. However, they never rang me. When I contacted the restaurant, they were quite rude and told me I will not get a refund.

If I could leave 0 I would we ordered toasties and got basically bread with not what we ordered.Toasties/bread placed on coleslaw which made it soggy wouldn’t order again.

I only went in here for a meeting .just had tea. The one thing off putting is the staff .there is always one miserable waitress

Food was ordered at 1:30 supposed to be delivered at 2:35 and 2:55 was delayed and then given to driver at 3:05 only to be delivered to me at 4:10, food is soaking wet with sog because it's sat so long, the baked potato with cheese is bone dry for the same reason, I want a refund asap!!!!!!

Ordered food at 11.30 now 13.45 and still no food received when calling the restaurant I just keep getting told its with the driver

Order showing it was delivered at 1325 when it acually arrive just before 1400, was stone cold and I didn't eat it, caramel slice was good though.

Terrible customer service from the women working there, do not acknowledge you at all as I walked in whilst they were chatting with friends and waited 2 minutes after they stopped for a second I asked for a meal to which they looked at me smirking at eachother and she just wrote my order down not saying anything and then I asked how long it would be as I can come back and she says 2 minutes, i end up wating 15 only for one of the men there to ask what was the order and he begins and finished after a minute. Having me wait 15minutes for nothing

When food arrived it was over cooked and semi-cold. Refund would be good

Absolutely shocking food, shocking service & terrible experience. DONT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON. Waited over two hours for cold food, when wanting a refund I was hung up on, very very rude man who I think is an awful man. I will urge anyone to never buy from this awful shop. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The guy at front was cool, the caramel hot chocolate was ok but too sugary. The plaza itself is scary, but this place chill lolz.

Excellent stuff. Sometime you need a good old fashion Scottish breakfast because you just need it! and this was just that. Superb!

Food nice and hot but the cheese panini isn’t really a cheese panini. I think it does have cheese on it but it’s so melted into the bread that it just looks like a panini with nothing on it. Also been given chips and salad that I didn’t actually order but will probably try as the panini hasn’t been very fulfilling. Other than that all good

The food was delish very fresh and fantastic quality arrived hot and crisp not soggy, delivery driver was also fantastic respected all covid rules I would deffo recommend and can assure you have now found a regular customer as this was my first time

Beans were just thrown into the box with all the other food normally the beans are in a tub, there wasn’t a box where I could leave any notes to say anything about it

Twice now I've order from this place and twice they have given my order to the wrong address, when called the driver refused to deliver to the correct address also was rude and offensive multiple times l. Dont not buy from here honestly awful how they treat customers

Pleasantly surprised by the food. Paninis were toasted perfectly, amazing filling.

Awful customer service. Despite me being polite and friendly the owner didn't speak or even make eye contact with me. He just kept chatting to his friend. As for the coffee it was watery and much too hot. Boiling water should not be used to make coffee. I definitely would not recommend this place 👎

Ordered a burger and been accepted at 12.26, said it’s gonna be 1 hr. then got the message that it will be late with 30 mins. Ok. Called the restaurant after 40 mins and been told it will be with me shortly but i live far away (almost same postcode and 14mins by car) ok. Then called them another 4 times and being told that it must be there soon but the traffic.. not ok. Then tried to call them to cancel but never picked up the phone so it arrived after 2hrs and 15minutes!! I was like sorry buddy but you need to bring it back cause my other food will be here in 2mins. Then they told to the just eat operator that they left the food at the door and they delivered 30 mins ago.. there was no food at the door and saying this is really not cool. Really bad experience..

Terrible place to order delivery from. Every time you order they cancel it right at the last minute near delivery time. No reason given. They shouldn’t even be on JustEat

TERRIBLE SERVICE So I ordered from just eat, payed 15 pounds for my order and it never arrived. Waited for more than 2 hours Bear in mind I called them several times and when the guy picked up he said they would deliver my food in the next 45 mins. I decided to wait, called the restaurant again and they never picked up. After several times of calling he then picked up and asked for my order number while I was giving my order number he literally hung up on me. Called few times after that but never got through to them. I am very disappointed. Was waste of time and waste of money. Never ever ordering from this cafe again. I am speechless I would highly not recommend this to anyone. It’s not even worth 1 star.

The delivery was an hour late and the burger was just dry toeasted buns and a dry patty. There wasn’t even Mayo or ketchup.

Order placed at 1440, delivery expected at 1535. Notification from just eat to say driver was on route at 1525. No show by 1605 so called cafe to enquire as to where food was to be told the driver had just left the cafe! Its a 7/8 min drive but order just turned up lukewarm at 1623.

My order is still not here, customer service is very very bad not happy at all and will never order from here again. Now I have to wait for 45 mins in order to get my food. Not pleased at all

Food wasn't the best mayonnaise on chicken bacon and cheese panini wasn't nice and soggy with the coleslaw from underneath it. Sent red velvet cake instead of carrot cake.

lockdown food ordering so expected the wait. Food was really good though, order was spot on. Vanilla milkshake exceptional. Chips were fabulous. Will be ordering again for sure

Our food came in a very wet bag and looked like something had spilled even though we had no water in our order!

Booked for a friend's birthday lunch but I had booked for 1335hrs as I was arriving at 1300hrs but it arrived a whole hour early which meant the food and coffees had to be heated up again. Too early arriving!

Coffee's were nice and hot very flavorful only down side why it's only getting 4 stars is because they used blue milk instead of semi skimmed when I asked for semi skimmed they done whole milk instead apart from that it was excellent

Supposed to arrive at 12.35. Tried calling at 1 and phones disconnected. Then got a just eat update for 1.20. So it got to then and still a no show and no contact with the cafe. So we ordered from somewhere else. Driver showed up an hour and 55 mins after order. Had to send him back. Terrible customer service. I get that your busy, but if you would answer your phone, things might have gone differently.

Not only was the food cold when it arrived, but the paninis/chips were covered in very wet coleslaw. Then the chicken/bacon panini was drowning in mayonnaise (which is not ever on this type of panini). Everything was inedible because of the coleslaw/mayonnaise and this was a complete waste of money. We will never order from here again.

The restaurants note wasn’t followed but except that it was great Thank you

Very delicious day breakfast, I loved the beans, all together very rich. Good job!

We ordered some panini’s, rolls, chips and a toastie, it took over an hour and a half to arrive, the bacon roll and haggis roll were extremely dry, the chips were cold and the toastie well I wouldn’t even call it a toastie it was burnt one side and soggy untoasted on the other side I couldn’t even eat it, the panini’s were lovely though and so was the strawberry milkshake but the rest was over priced and tasted terrible

My last comment was a good comment but this time it’s been a fail, food was cold, paid driver extra £1 on one of my roll witch I did not mind until I ate my roll there was a very very small amount of cheese about 2 stands .. all 3 rolls were cold - dissapinted as orderd a few times and always be fine !! Not good

Bigger portion than expected (super good thing!) and delicious coffee! Will re-order soon.

food itself was nice apart from being drained in sog from the beans with the breakfast. not best value for the Money.
