Food quality is always amazing 🔥 but the drink with the meal was not given again (2nd time thats happened) might not be the restaurant's fault but also a tad annoying... 🙄

The Chicken was too salty and the shop is not listening to the customer requirements

The best chicken! i never go anywhere else. Also such a good establishment to their customers. Justeat messed up my order and the restaurant when above and beyond to help me out and look after me. Such a lovely company. Thanks guys!

I always enjoy the pizzas, but this one arrived as though it had been vertical in the box as it was almost squished in half. I also ordered Jalapenos as an extra but there was no sign of them. A great chewy base and always on time but not always as you ordered.

This order didn't arrive. The courier left Cheeky Chicken at 9.25pm and did not deliver. Cheeky Chicken's customer service on this issue has been amazing but I will never use Just Eat again. Maybe keep an eye on the drivers as the driver switched off his GPS at the time of pick up so will no doubt be claiming to have delivered with no actual proof of his whereabouts. Our food was basically stolen by the driver.

Was cold when it arrived also was missing the 4 dips and one of the chicken orders was wrong I then phoned to see if I could get my dips and order rectified to being very difficult over the phone also being told to will take some time and then it not even turning up very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

When I arrived to collect my food it still wasn't ready. I had to wait a further 20 minutes. And when I began checking my order instead of the wings I got 4 legs and 1 box of chips. He said everyone that orders only gets 1 because it's easier for him......... I will never go back there.

Absolutely unreal service from all staff , very kind people. The atmosphere is more than comfortable while also allowing a fun experience brev. Would definitely recommend brev.

Burger arrived with no salad despite asking for all salad. Also requested a chicken zinger filet with it but never received it. Only small side of chips and no can of juice either. Cost £7.99 not worth it for a basic burger in a bin with some chips. Also ordered a fish and chips again only small portion size but otherwise ok

The food arrived in a bag, but the contents of the boxes inside were all over the bag and not in the boxes! The cheesy chips were chips with cold cheese on the side, not melted or actually on the chips! Very disappointed.

Stone cold pizza if I wanted cold pizza I would of bought a frozen one from iceland

2 hours of waiting and they cancelled the order

Food was good overall but the chicken strips were abit dry.

food took 2 hrs to come and when it did it wasn't very nice :( cold hard chips and bun on the chicken burger was stale.

Shops looks a bit run down and the menu prices haven’t been updated but don’t let that deter you. Some of the best cooked fried chicken I’ve had. Succulent and moist inside and perfectly crispy coating. The chips were great too although the PiriPiri is hot so be warned! It was delicious though.

Arrived on time and found the house for a change

it was cold a hour late and missing some items.

Food was delicious, really good value for money. Only one minor complaint was that we were given diet coke instead of coke but not a big deal. Will definitely be using again as the food was so good.

Fire chicken 🐔🔥 as always. Forgot to order a dip but they gave me a garlic mayo as a nice savoir surprise! Also pizza wee bit bashed in the box but it was actually really impressive pizza, nice flavour to it. 👌 Fantastic eat out place to order 💯

Absolutely dismal. Order kept getting pushed back, finally arrived over an hour after estimated time (despite Just Eat cheerfully telling us the driver was waiting at the restaurant the whole time). Food was disgusting, clearly reheated and inedible. Went in the bin.

Lovely kebab, terrible cheesy garlic bread couldn’t eat it straight in the bin.

Ok it was that tasty last time i just had to see if it was a fluke.. And i have to say it wasn't. Again the quality of the fried chicken is pretty much excellent. Moist and flavoursome. The peri chips, the flavour just hits you. 👌 Donnor roll is the way forward. Now i have that out the system you've earned a regular 👀 screw KFC

I ordered very very less cheese but this restaurant made pizza full of cheese , I had allergic with cheese. How irresponsible people, I mentioned about my prblm he did not even consider my allergies.

order was missing items, called the restaurant ,could hardly hear the person, eventually they said they'd call back but never did.

The sweetcorn topping was missing and the chicken burger had a lot of chewy gristle. The curry sauce was powerful tho. But overall, disappointed.

Would be better if I didn't have to pick my food up from the bus stop in the street behind me. Twice now that has been the case as drivers can't find my street using sat nav. This has led to me using this outlet less often.

The delivery driver didn't take any notice of the note I left. I said I couldn't get to the door, so I'd asked for them to ring a few times & leave the food at the door. This was ignored & the driver started continuously knocking loudly on my door, as well as phoning me. When I eventually got to the door, I asked the driver if he'd seen the comments that I left but he just said that he'd been trying to call me. I explained that I've just had an operation but he didn't seem bothered.

Brilliant fried chicken. The family deal 1 is enough for 3 people.

I just went to this shop. We are staying here for one day, and this is the worst food place I have ever visited. The food has zero taste, there is no time management, and the hygiene is lacking. It's such a disappointment to have a restaurant like this in Edinburgh. As a tourist, I am very disappointed to have food like this.

Small, kinda run down shop, but the chicken is top notch. If you like fried chicken you have to try this place, as good as anywhere I've tried up to date. The gents running the show are top blokes, friendly as they come, with reasonable prices

Absolutely delicious. Mild peri peri is still hot peri peri but we loved every single bite. Chips a little bit dry but not soaked in grease are good. Still the whole experience was very enjoyable. My taste buds were very happy.

Delivery was marked as delivered. Called and told it’s not their problem and to contact just eat. Out of pocket and no care seems to given to the service. Never had an issue with ordering but this attitude has put me off from ordering again

Order never showed up. When I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times, they just ended the call. Have tried to order again after this and again, no order arrived. Terrible service.

Never received my order. Called restaurant who were not very helpful. Told me I would need to contact just eat. I was tracking the order and could clearly see that he was not outside my property. Almost £30 gone until just eat hopefully refund me

food was awesome as always but the just eat delivery driver didn't turn up, luckily I know the owner and he personally dropped off the order to my house.

Delivery was very late 30 min. First it showed 9:20pm to 9:40 then next it showed 9:50 to 10:10. Horrible. I order on 8:30 pm its deliverd on 9:56 pm

Arrived 90 mins after order...luke warm. Cheeseburger with onions....barely visible cheese or onions....very poor attempt!!

Food was enjoyable though pizza was slightly overdone. I have ordered from here before hence ordered again. The fried chicken from here is tasty though I find it a little salty. The food normally arrives on time but still required warming up. The fish and chips are done in a similar coating as the fried chicken which my family enjoy.

Fantastic food, the smell of nice fresh food is unbelievable when you walk in. The food was piping hot and packaged before us so it stayed as warm as possible. I ordered chicken wings and they were delicious. Will order again!

Zero rating for delivery. I would not recommend cheeky chicken if you are hungry and want to have food in 30min-1hr. The food was delivered late and cold. I ordered food at 6.45pm and was delivered at 8.22pm when the restaurant mentions a delivery time try and deliver as you promised or at least have the courtesy to inform that the food will be delayed.

Order took nearly 3 hours to arrive however props to the restaurant food was great, seems restaurant waited to prep the food until driver was obtained as it arrived nice and hot.
