The food was really good but it took almost 1 h and a half to delivery it

Never got my order after waiting 2+ hours. Don't bother with this place

The driver came with wrong food, wrong order so I have no food I ordered chicken and got a box of rice

ordered a "chocolate fudge cake" that I have ordered multiple times before and was sent a weird circle toffee sponge? wasn't even close to the size of cake I usually get and pay £2.50 for, this wasn't even worth £1.50 it us unacceptable.

Chips where cold and was meant to be chicken strips instead got wings

Food was late, burger buns rock hard couldn’t bite through without chipping a tooth, chicken dry, chicken wings burnt Pepsi missing from order only good think was the donner meat

the pizza base was very hard and thin, and topping was very less. The garlic mayo sauce was runny, burger was ok.

The pizza did not taste good as if the ham and the bread were damaged.

Fried chicken was perfectly cooked. Lamb Doner was juicy.

Food was cold and have yet to receive the correct ice cream or dessert I ordered. Standard has dropped drastically as this has happened with most of my recent orders. Not sure if it’s new ownership or staff issues but what used to be my favourite takeaway, is now a place I will avoid.

Hour late and food was very cold. The fries were dark brown, no wonder how many times they were refried. Very poor quality altogether.

Ordered 3 chips and cheese and a donor burger and the chips came with no cheese and the donor burger was dryer than the Sahara desert and to top it off it came 3 hours late I wanted lunch not dinner

Had experienced couple of restaurants in edinburgh, but this is the worst. If you guys ordering food by online please come and see their kitchen. You won't order it again

Food was late and didn’t come with any sauce that was selected.

Because they got used to me being a reliable customer, the attention, cleanliness and quantity are no longer the same. This time I feel like I wasted my money on something that is not worth it... Unfortunately, I was very shocked by them today.

Ordered for pickup, arrived and food was made to specified time. Came home and still nice and hot, good flavours and spice, Nice hospitable owners. Definitely will be back!!

£40 of food arrived over an hour late, both cold and burnt. Phoned to complain, the ignorant man who (eventually) answered the phone blamed the driver and hung up. Absolutely inedible, everything went in the bin.

10/10 eats live off this food (disclaimer this review was before they changed the size of their jollof box now the size is smaller for the same price 🤷)

First time I tried flavoured grilled chicken tasty

If you want to lose weight while eating fried chicken this is the place to go (your appetite will be absolutely killed for the rest of the day). The place is quite rundown but no one cares about that but the problem is you can tell the chicke was marinated for 3 days+ and was not fresh. You can also tell the oil was very old from that smell and the smell of it was horrid (and I doubt it's high quality oil or anything). But if you take a bite the chicken is actually so tender and crispy. Wasted potential to say the least. Even If they double the price but keep the quality of materials and hygiene up the place would be so much better. Overall the fried chicken had great flavour and great texture but the weird smell from the oil and freshness of the ingredients drag it down too much

Pita was stail, chips undercooked, meat overcooked and tasteless

The order took to long to get through and the burger was nothing like i ordered wanted garlic sauce they put hot sauce

Chicken burger ordered with only red onion, tomato and hash brown added, yet chicken burger arrived with mayo, lettuce, cucumber, red onion and no hash brown. Wrap had no salad yet had asked for everything. Very dissatisfied.

Food was cold and order was wrong

Placed order at 1.30pm arrived at 3pm said it wou be around 45mins. Food arrived cold never ordering again !!!

the chicken burger was fantastic! the fried chicken was plentiful and very tasty and. Even the fries were delicious! The samosas were out of this world!

took over 2 hrs to come, chips and chicken where cold, way to much salt on the chips, and the curry sauce wasn't even a sauce it was a solid liquid.

A small take away, with very low prices, very generous portions and owner kareem is very humble and polite man. Highly recommend Masala Fish, we always stop here for fish.

First time giving a bad review but the 10 strips I received were beyond unacceptable. 2 good ones 8 absolutely mini size strips that were no bigger than a chip. As a loyal customer I'm genuinely gutted with the quality as the chips and the onion rings are stone cold 😔

I always enjoy the pizzas, but this one arrived as though it had been vertical in the box as it was almost squished in half. I also ordered Jalapenos as an extra but there was no sign of them. A great chewy base and always on time but not always as you ordered.

This order didn't arrive. The courier left Cheeky Chicken at 9.25pm and did not deliver. Cheeky Chicken's customer service on this issue has been amazing but I will never use Just Eat again. Maybe keep an eye on the drivers as the driver switched off his GPS at the time of pick up so will no doubt be claiming to have delivered with no actual proof of his whereabouts. Our food was basically stolen by the driver.

Was cold when it arrived also was missing the 4 dips and one of the chicken orders was wrong I then phoned to see if I could get my dips and order rectified to being very difficult over the phone also being told to will take some time and then it not even turning up very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

When I arrived to collect my food it still wasn't ready. I had to wait a further 20 minutes. And when I began checking my order instead of the wings I got 4 legs and 1 box of chips. He said everyone that orders only gets 1 because it's easier for him......... I will never go back there.

Absolutely unreal service from all staff , very kind people. The atmosphere is more than comfortable while also allowing a fun experience brev. Would definitely recommend brev.

Burger arrived with no salad despite asking for all salad. Also requested a chicken zinger filet with it but never received it. Only small side of chips and no can of juice either. Cost £7.99 not worth it for a basic burger in a bin with some chips. Also ordered a fish and chips again only small portion size but otherwise ok

The food arrived in a bag, but the contents of the boxes inside were all over the bag and not in the boxes! The cheesy chips were chips with cold cheese on the side, not melted or actually on the chips! Very disappointed.

Shops looks a bit run down and the menu prices haven’t been updated but don’t let that deter you. Some of the best cooked fried chicken I’ve had. Succulent and moist inside and perfectly crispy coating. The chips were great too although the PiriPiri is hot so be warned! It was delicious though.

Food was delicious, really good value for money. Only one minor complaint was that we were given diet coke instead of coke but not a big deal. Will definitely be using again as the food was so good.

Absolutely dismal. Order kept getting pushed back, finally arrived over an hour after estimated time (despite Just Eat cheerfully telling us the driver was waiting at the restaurant the whole time). Food was disgusting, clearly reheated and inedible. Went in the bin.

Ok it was that tasty last time i just had to see if it was a fluke.. And i have to say it wasn't. Again the quality of the fried chicken is pretty much excellent. Moist and flavoursome. The peri chips, the flavour just hits you. 👌 Donnor roll is the way forward. Now i have that out the system you've earned a regular 👀 screw KFC

I ordered very very less cheese but this restaurant made pizza full of cheese , I had allergic with cheese. How irresponsible people, I mentioned about my prblm he did not even consider my allergies.
