Fantastic place to pick up a subway🧐

Ordered something that didn’t come twice now from this place

Order never arrived but marked as delivered.

Left off the cheese on the sub 😔

The member of staff was extremely slow, overall a painful experience.

Came in at 19.54, they told me they were closed because it's 20.00...

Wrong items completely and when told it was ready to collect I had to wait a further 20 mins for my order.

Only received part of the order

I'm changing my old review here, I used to come daily but stopped due to terrible new staff that 1, couldn't speak English (not helpful at all) and they barely put any fillings in the sandwiches and always and I do mean every single day, found ways to get the orders wrong, I started ordering for home delivery as it was too stressful but I stopped altogether due to order after order missing at a financial loss too many orders ie no drinks or missing subs etc.. well... I stood outside today missing subway, saw there was new staff and so went in, spent £20 and had great service from a lovely woman who made me and my wife lovely ft long subs and I'll definitely return once more now the issues surrounding rubbish staff seem to be resolved :-) phew! 10/10 again after months of disappointment

Don’t go here, they’re not doing the 50% off, their scanner is broken. They didn’t even give anyone a heads up so they tried charging full price at the end with the offer advertised all over the store lol I just walked out after they already made the sandwich, it was so awkward and the staff didn’t try to help at all. Go 5 mins down the road to the Subway beside the Cameo, they did the offer no problem and staff were nice.

Ordered and tried to pay with points but the till system was down. Would have paid in cash but the points are expiring in 2 days so had to leave it. Bad customer service

The staff were slow during lunch hour there was only 2 people on the line when there should have been 3 on the line during lunch rush the staffs manners were disgusting and They didn't once crack a smile the service was totally slow as well u need new staff that no wat they r doing

food was cold and all 3 cookies are hard as wood, very poor!!

Phoned me to say they didn't have what I ordered so I picked something else which arrived cold, with no cheese, no cookie and the wrong drink

Wouldn’t trust the just eat drivers. They said they delivered but didn’t spent 26 pound for nothing, trying to get a refund

The manager was nice however, every time he tried to resolve an issue this big lady kept over talking him and never helped my issue! Worst subway in Edinburgh I believe it was his manager and she was just horrible 😡

Food was late, cold, and had the wrong items.

Subways not toasted as they were meant to be , Italian bread not used very disappointed. All rammed together like they couldn’t be bothered , not the freshest of subs either

The manager was very friendly and food was high quality, staff service was amazing would recommend.

Had the best experience possible in this subway, insanely nice and helpful staff. Wish every subway was like this store

Ordered a meat ball sub and got a plain ham toasted sub, not enjoyable as it wasn't what I ordered.

Server was having a private conversation with a colleague across the room while I was being served. Wasn't in English either, so I was completely alienated while they had their conversation. I wasn't given the bread I asked for, and the sub was over-toasted. Costs far too much for such little service and quality here.

He came close to my door , he press “ delivered “ on the app and he left with my order . I was waiting as well 45 minutes for a sandwich, just for that .. and he didn’t even delivered the order .

Went in and the staff member was slow to serve gossping on the phone. Eventually they served me and asked for 12 cookies. Asked for them to all be milk choc chip. The person said that they all had to be from different flavours. Never had that from a subway before. I challenged them and they did not back down. Complained to their customer service team and they told me the employee should have given me what I asked for. Very rude. Very poor service. Store was dirty aswell.

The perfect tea, subs are very moreish. Delivery was very quick and polite.

Sub was toasted and I didn't ask for it, it's still good though, hash browns were a disapointment cold and crumbley, couldn't eat them.

Perfect ham sub in a while, no broken bits of the roll. 10/10 today. Also with kind gentleman.

Franchise is below corporate standards and staff is inadequately trained. The food is classic Subway, but everything about the delivery is far from average. The counter staff needs leadership.

My cookie didn’t get delivered

No sauce, cheese, half the fillings are missing from my sub. This isn’t the first time this has happened either

came freezing cold. subs not cut. because sauces were slapped in the box (not in tubs) of the sides ended up with sauce all over the outside of the boxes too.

Payed extra for guacamole and didn’t have it on the sub.

1 of the subs was wrong, it had no marinara sace or onion, only cheese

0 stars absolutely disgusting dirty shop and the girl working was so rude. She was coughing without covering her mouth near the food, she had a terrible attitude towards us. All the food looked like it had been sat there for far too long and the tubs for the salad were starting to freeze over. We ended up putting the food in the bin and going else where. Terrible service awful hygiene

The driver that brought my food was an absolutely horrible person stood at door of my flat for 5 minutes before he got out his car and proceeded to shout at me across the street about my order and then haded me it and was very rude

Useless staff who close it hours early

Worst Subway sandwich I have ever had! The bread was stale & hard. The cheese was hard, there was hardly any dressing - the whole thins was dry & inedible. I have often had things missing from a Subway order, but never had an issue with the sandwiches before. M

Ordered at around 1pm and didn't show up till well after 4.30 food was all crushed

Took 2 hours to arrive, stone cold, not cut in half and cheese missing in one sub

Got one sub, ordered 3, none were gluten free

Food is ice cold, sandwich was clearly never toasted to begin with and the driver cursed at me for no clear reason when he handed me the food

I love Subway, but this one has one employee who doesn’t care about anything. Break the bed, put the ingredients all concentrated in the centre, take it out from the oven half way.

Re-Ordered after we got the wrong order of someone else’s food. Very clear that this is the cold sandwiches that were not sent to us the first time we made the order an hour ago. Cold left out food.

When you get the meal deal and no crips and oder a cookie and its not in the bag either. F or the crikle cut chips defo not cooked so cold poor show .

Sorry but this has consistently been the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Staffs seem very unhappy with their work, which gets passed on to their customers. Some of the basics, such as remembering to cut a footlong, making a sandwich that doesn’t fall apart easily, greeting their customers, seem like too much of a ask. In addition the hygiene standard also seems to be poor, as I can see flys behind the glass

They get something wrong almost every time

The food itself was fine. However please do not substitute drinks again without contacting guest first. As mentioned to Just-Eat there is a reason why caffeine free drinks are out there and on this occasion there was a medical reason for it, for my wife. Otherwise, everything was good.

The service was very poor, terrible organisation and communication. Staff were very rude. Gloves used were dirty, we asked them twice to change them. He changed one glove and left the most dirty one on.

I asked for Tiger bread, and was given Italian herb bread instead.

Cold. Prepped long before it was picked up.

Really good first experience ordering from Subway. The food arrived on time, everything I had ordered was delivered (nothing missing) and the food was hot not cold.
