I use this store a lot. The staff are always very good and friendly. Also efficient . I visited today and was served by Katy and Aston. They did a great job. Thanks.

Katie & Aston know my orders off by heart and make me welcome everyone I come in.

I ordered waffles,veggie wrap,Natchos ....what a disappointment not eadable. Looked nothing like the pictures online. Unexperienced staff who took my order and prepared it. Will not be ordering again on uber eats what a disgrace food. Waffles were mashed up, natchos were half burned and veggie wrap looked not eadable

asked for a recommendation and was served by Cat who was lovely friendly and made me feel generally welcome. sandwhich was pretty good and left with a smile.

No consideration for allergy or dietary requirements. Ordered vegetarian and the lady went to handle my sandwich with the gloves she used to handle meat in the sandwich prior. Didn’t even ask out of courtesy like most other subways. Additionally she was rude and looked so mardy when I asked her to change her gloves. I seen this happen to another customer before me too. I’ve ate here few times over the past weeks and each time I’ve had tuna i’ve had a bellyache the day after. Hygiene seems to be an issue if you look through other reviews numerous people are saying they found hair in their food! Won’t be coming back. Disgusting.

I visited 3 times this week as it is closer to my work place. Day 1 long que and staff anounced that not serving for 10 mins as they are preparing online order. 2nd day over toasted my sub. 3rd day I was late fir my lunch already, ordered tuna sub and after 2 bites found hairs in my food that was so disgusting, I have showed to staff, she processed refund and thrown it to bin. I stayed hungry as I was unable to eat. Never recommend this place.

The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. Especially Kat, who served me today and was wonderful. The till went down and there was a delay in ordering, so they compensated me with a free cookie and were very apologetic and communicated well.

Salad just thrown in the box, no presentation or effort put it…asked for double ham they just ignored, I have had to complain but don’t know if I’ll be getting compensated for the extra ham I paid for but didn’t get !!

Will collect it myself next time. They don't appear to have read the notes the last few times.

Ordered two meal deal foot long sandwiches and neither came with the sauce we asked for, didn’t come with the veg selected and the sides for the meal deal were wrong..

I go here few times a week, as it is a comfort food and pretty much all the staff are nice to me. Some know my order by heart and even make light conversation. It does get busy as you could expect, but they still aim to make sure each sandwich is correct.

I placed my order at the beginning of my lunch hour due to the 25/30 min delivery time. Turns out I wasted my whole dinner hour stood outside waiting watching the delivery time increase every 5 minutes. Sandwich was thrown together by the looks of it with no care nor attention for how this may look to someone who has paid hard earnt cash for this. Genuinely disgusted and shall not be ordering from there again if I do not get compensated for waiting over 1 hour for a sandwich which was shocking!

The people serving showed no responsibility with my allergy of Gluten Free and when I requested a foot long there was nothing but a 6 inch available and no glove swap when dealing with an allergic reaction. This place did not change gloves and did not understand the difference in having an allergy. Not going here again until staff is re-taught or Evan replaced. I visited at 11:20am Saturday 15th June. Don’t go!

Cookies where missing, driver went on a 45 minute drive and around Huddersfield before delivering food, Subs where crushed. Nachos where un-eatable

Warm food put in with cold drink. Everything was stone cold. Cheese bites were just a ball of cold plastic coated in breadcrumbs. ‘Costa coffee’ is not promoted as being cold can of coffee. So was waiting on a warm drink. Footlong sandwich wasn’t cut in half either, just a ball ache.

Food delivered hot, tasty and very delicious 🤤 all the family enjoyed. I like that some of it comes in paper bags. So much easier to dispose and recycle. Would highly recommend. It was our first time.

I have not received my order, the driver told me he was in the town centre but my location is not and that he was calling just eat as they would only pay him to the town centre. The order is now saying delivered and I have not received anything. Yet another issue with my delivery and another lot of money lost. Please will you refund me or send my order??

Ice cold food and all the side dips missing

they had no ice cream but went above and beyond to make me happy ☺️ with sweet treats instead

They always close the shop early like 2-3 hours before closing time

Sandwhich wasn’t even wrapped and sealed with a sticker. The bread was falling apart and the cheese slice was soggy at the bottom.

6 inch doesn't even fill you up, not paying 10 for a 6inch to still be hungry, prices are absolutely disgusting

Excellent service from the employees because of what I frequently go there to have some food. Specially, the manager whose name is Holly is the person who has good patience to listen. Another lady who was present today with the respected manager is one of the friendliest people I have ever met.

Very bad experience!!!!I came today to subway Market place and I ask for the footlong promo for 4.99 and it was advertised on the window but also I had it on my subway app,so the lady told me in a very rude manner that the promo will be available until the 7th of February so I asked her if I was able to use my points to get the half price with it because I have the points enough to do it and she said "No" which I'd doesn't make sense to me but I ended paying the regular price for the sandwich and the I realised that the offer of £4 .99 ended on February 6th so I told her and I showed her the advertised and she said they wasn't informed about it which is weird because it is advertised on the window too,so I decided to get another 6 inches for my son and using my points and I asked for a ham and cheese one and the lady just make it not even asking me for the type of bread I want. Then I saw another person having the same issue with the lady on the counter about the £4.99 offer. I think that you guys need to have people to make comfortable customer and trained them properly because it seems that they don't care and they hate their jobs and transmitted to customers.

Many items were missing from the order. We have rung subway and have spoken with a woman named Miriam who has apologised for her mistake and said we need to complain and ask for a full refund from just eat.

i order red onion and crispy red onion as well but there is no onion at all .....

My freezing Pepsi was put on my wedges so the wedges came with not even a tiny bit ov warmth

I love Subway and what I did get was lovely I ordered a Turkey Breast salad but it didnt actually have any TURKEY in it or meat at all lots of salad but that was it

Paid extra for cheese not one bit on whole order x any cheese is better than non if a certain kind has ran out or any replacement would help when ppl pay

The bread had a weird perfume smell.The 'fake' steak filling was cold and tasted like rubber the cheese was not melted and the salad was not what I asked for. To add further insult, there was a hair in my daughter's sandwich (didn't add to the flavour).How difficult can it be to make a sandwich? Thank you Subway for putting me off takeaways.

Dismissive and cold staff, my sandwiche was served in bread that was falling apart and the dohnuts were stale

Usually have a good time here, came at a busy ish time but didn’t mind that, once I had got my order in the staff were quite dismissive, didn’t even give me a chance to ask for a drink before putting my order through and walking off so just ended up paying and not getting a drink.

Very fast and friendly service with a smile. The mega meaty sandwich is always my go to sandwich now. Get the meal deal, as its value for money.

We walked in and the first red flag was an employee going "ugh an egg in the salad that's vile" about someone's order. They proceeded to, while making my sandwich, carry other orders over the top of mine. They also used the meat knife to cut my vegetarian girlfriends sandwich and, when we called that fact out, they lied to our face and told us they used the green knife. We then had to also clean our own table to sit because they were all filthy with mess from other peoples food. Are there no cleaners? We usually really enjoy subway, but this was incredibly disheartening service.

They need staff with more manners. They dont understand how to even wrap a sandwich, and when asked to wrap it up they show attitude. It just puts you off going again.

Came here today got a chicken teriyaki and tuna footlong the service was awful she didn’t give me a napkin or a carrier bag and half of my chicken teriyaki had tuna on it because she didn’t put them separately and that sandwich was for a vegetarian person... I asked her to cut it and put it in separate tissue paper then she didn’t use the white tissue paper she directly added my sandwich on subway paper !! I would not even give a one star . Not returning back.

Had a fall at the entrance of Subway today after slipping on the steps. I was assisted to get up after few minutes of being down. Duty Manager filled accident form and called 999. I was there for over an hour and half waiting for ambulance and the staff carried on with their work without checking to ask if i was ok, or if i needed anything until i bought a drink and left when ambulance did not show up for 1hour 40mins.

Came in here to find a safe way to cross the road but found they were serving delicious sandwiches

Food is great, as always. Staff are friendly and there are new cheap options on the menu. On the other hand, it's a really busy branch but quite small and there's not much seating. In warm weather it's not a problem as there's seating in the square opposite. They don't have enough time to clean between customers so tables are sometimes a bit messy, and there's no bathroom. But still, reasonably priced and healthier food than the local competition.

Alright food and prices. Standard that you expect from subway is here as well.

Stopping using Subway as much as too many are now halal and don't serve real bacon or ham!

Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a dark Sunday night and was greeted like an old friend! While all Subways are Subways, this one has staff that go out of their way to make you feel included. They obviously enjoy their work, which shows in their attitude to customers. M was super considerate and even gave me a free cookie! Lovely team, welcoming atmosphere, all a great surprise to find after a long train journey on a dark night.

Not lying, best Subway sub I've ever had. Might just be because I'm from the US, but definitely recommend. We went because (hilariously enough) it's my little sister's favorite place to eat. She was not disappointed, and that is high praise.

I personally love Subway. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I think they make great sandwiches that are totally different from the boring old bread, butter, lettuce and ham.

Always nice and friendly food is good and fresh

Service is so slow, the staff don't seem to particularly know what they are doing. Appreciate it's a relatively new store, but any more than 2 or 3 customers in at once and a huge queue starts to form. Don't try going after 12pm otherwise you'll be there all day.
