I visited Pizza Hut North Bridge today and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere had such great vibes, and the food was exceptional. I want to give a big shoutout to Phoenix; she was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Her service truly made a difference! I can't wait to come back again soon!

Get the impression it's cocktails that the clientele go for. We booked for lunch before the matinee at the Playhouse. No scampi (a popular dish anywhere) but was offered a caesar salad, which isn't even on the menu. First time I've had caesar salad with edamame beans. The chicken was dry and tasteless. My friend's fish and chips was okay, she said, but felt the food had been sitting on the hot plate for a while, even although she got her meal 5 minutes after mine. Had to ask for plates to be taken away and then had to ask again for desserts.
Overpriced for poor food and huge mark up on wine.
Won't return.
I hope the staff have woken from their slumber by the time tourist season hits the Royal Mile. It wasn't even that busy with customers. Maybe 5 covers. We were acknowledged quickly with menus. 👍 We pointed out to them that something had been spilt on one if the chairs at our table. Nothing was done about it or even acknowledged. 👎 Then part of our order had been forgotten about. I had to chase this up. 👎Then the table next to us sat the entire time we had eaten, and drank... and used the restrooms before leaving and they still hadn't even had a menu put in front of them. 🤦♂️They also had to chase them up.
The food itself was nice.👍 (Albeit you're paying tourist royal Mile Edinburgh prices). So a bit of a shame really.
Could definitely do better.
I don't often leave reviews but I had a lovely first visit here this morning with my baby and daughter. It was a very cold December morning so we nipped in to warm up (no booking). We ordered a latte, kids hot chocolate and a millionaires shortbread. Coffee was lovely and strong, kids hot chocolate was delicious (the waitress asked if we wanted it in a cup or a takeaway cup and if she would like a straw) and the millionaires shortbread made in house was one of the best I've ever tried. Excellent hospitality, very friendly and had a lovely visit. Will definitely be back. Thanks.
Food took 45 minutes to come, we had to ask when our food is coming out, which I've never done as I don't like to cause a fuss. Only reason I did is I started to wonder if the order hadn't been put through as other tables that had sat after had their drinks and food. Food came as soon as we asked so must have been ready and then we had to ask for our drinks order again too. food was mediocre and bland and the service charge was still automatically put on even with this farce. Can't really recommend nor would I go back.
We order a Donner, there is no bread, the meat is a reconstituted mixture of gray knacki type. Zero taste, zero form, even at 3:30 in the morning after leaving the bar it’s inedible. I strongly advise against it especially if you have some activities to do the next day, you will spend your morning, if not your day on the throne…

Clean, place was very tidy, I think a bossman was on the way. Staff friendly Food was good but expensive for a small kebab, asked for pickle paid 69p for a single slither of cornichon. And another 69p for a sprinkle of peri salt.
We come here for around 3 years now. It's very nice and food is Great. You can also see the castle of Edinburgh daytime. Everyone is friendly and service is quality. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!
