Nuestro servidor Drew era excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, en recargas y servicio en general con una sonrisa. Buena comida y servicio. Los niños disfrutaron de su tiempo también.

¡Por dónde empiezo! La peor experiencia en un restaurante que he tenido. Esperé más de 25 minutos después de estar sentados para ver qué bebidas nos gustaría, la pobre niña que servía 10 mesas sola, se precipitó de sus pies. Esperé otros 15 minutos antes de que llegaran las bebidas. Luego otra media hora donde tuvimos que ir y pedir a alguien que hiciera nuestro pedido. ¡No pidas entrantes, ya que estarás esperando para siempre! Literalmente puedes ver toda la comida lista en el mostrador para salir, así que no es de extrañar cuando finalmente llegó que todo estaba tibio! Se podía ver al personal corriendo, sí corriendo, algo así como una película cómica, ¡sin conciencia de la salud y la seguridad! ¡Evita!

Excellent service for my daughter’s 18th birthday party. We all really enjoyed it and thought it was good value for money.

Service was painfully slow, food dried out (obviously sat under heat lamp) and some dishes appearing ten minutes later than others. The kids ordered a milkshake which took 30 minutes and nothing like the pictures. £20 for a burger is not just steep but almost vertical.

This is the 1st time we've been to a TGI Fridays and felt the need to complain. From the minute we were eventually sat down the service was poor all apart from a young lady who was very good. Our drinks took 10 minutes to come out then our order was taken, The starters took nearly 20 minutes to be served, The place wasn't even busy !! Now the starters were very good as per usual. Then we waited another 35 minutes for the main courses to be served after complaining about the wait, but only 2 of the 3 were placed, I thought she would go and get mine straight away but nope, another 5-10 mins and after complaining I finally got my meal which was a sizzler dish but when it arrive it had been waiting so long it wasn't sizzling and was so bland. All the time we were there we noticed a blonde girl haplessly wandering around, so much so I thought it must've been her 1st day on the job. I complained to the nice girl who served and she said would I like to see the manager and my wife said yes, 5 minutes later the useless blonde girl wandered over, I nearly passed out ! How could this be the manager ??? She offered us a discount and we didn't pay for the non-sizzling chicken fajitas. Way to go TGI Fridays !!

Went for the Itison hot dog meal deal which is good value but I wasn’t that impressed. Service, food was average. Overall the restaurant is quite tired and is dark. Wouldn’t say it’s the cleanest either. Food was average. I only ate about half of the meal - the chips were hot but the hotdog was lukewarm. Draught Coke Zero had an unpleasant taste. Personally I wouldn’t return.

Food was decent. Large portions. Took a while to get our order taken, as opposed to the amount of people in the restaurant, I thought it'd be quicker. Had to ask for our drinks to get refilled. Even after many times being passed and the glasses being in a place to be easily seen. Prices are going through the roof in TGI Friday's.

We got seated very quickly, and everything was clean and tidy. The wings and loaded fries were excellent and my friend had a burger that looked amazing. Chiara was very nice and helpful.

Got worse table in whole area, take orders after 35min, ordered deserts and some of them they "forgot" to bring , but not forgot to charge. Not so tasty food, not gonna be back

What a disappointment; craving some spicy chicken and with good memories of TGI, and this branch in the past, we called into the Fort on an early Saturday evening. We had to find our own table as we were ignored by several staff, and then had to get up to find a waiter/waitress as we were continuing to be ignored. The food - boneless wings - were a crushing disappointment and a shadow of what they used to be - these were flavourless chicken bites, with a small portion for almost £17. In the past they were hot, spicy, glazed and sticky. The mozzarella sticks were £9.50 for four limp and tasteless pieces. I'm afraid TGIs has lost its mojo and we won't be visiting the chain again.

Great service from Navada at TGI’s Fort Kinnaird, very attentive, always checking we were fine and had everything we needed. Didn’t hurry as even though we sat chatting for ages! Thank you for u your lovely, friendly service. X

Almost an hour before the mains came out, cold and tasteless. Had to send food back due to being cold. Service was slow (which may have been due to the kitchen) but no cutlery, had to ask for another drink and the waitress was quick to walk away without asking if anyone else needed one. Highly overpriced for the quality and portion size. Completely riding on the reputation but definitely will not be back. Would be better at McDonald’s for a third of the price and more edible.

Went for dinner with my partner. We both got mozzarella stickers to start with which were lovely then for mains my parter had the double stack burger which just tasted full of vinegar and was stone cold. Was not worth finishing. For myself I had the Cajun chicken pasta which the pasta was tasteless and stone cold too. Was both looking forward to our meals but they were absolutely disgusting and not worth it at all. The prices were ridiculous for what you got aswell. Would not recommend going here and we shall not be returning!

Arrived early to our booked table and we were seated quickly. Went downhill from there, were rushed into placing a drinks order then apparantly the draught beers had a problem (guessing they ran out off gas as only explanation for every beer faulty) so had to purchase a overly priced bottle. The one starter took a while, then a huge wait for our mains afterwards. Our table faced the kitchen and the wait became apparent as the chefs kept leaving the kitchen and disappearing through the back leaving 2 chefs in the kitchen with a full screen off orders, waiters appeared to be following them and just looked like an unorganised unsupervised bunch off young adults being employed to do a job but spend their shift messing about. Anyway our meals arrived after about an hour wait and my husbands medium steak was so well done it was barely edible, let the waitress know and she asked if we wanted it replaced but the time it took for the first one put us off this idea, she went across and told the chef, which resulted in the servers and 2 chefs all staring at our table!! Will definitely never return here and I think someone should look into the TripAdvisor reviews as it seems for every bad review a fake excellent review is added very deceitful!!

Would not recommend TGI Fridays at all! Got met at the door and seated fine 1 second after I had sat in my seat women rushed us for a drinks order hadn’t even had time to look! Comes back with 2 tiny little glasses of coke £3.60 then rushed to order food we had to ask for another 5 minutes gives us a chance to even look at the over priced menu Then took another at-least 15 minutes to come any where near our table and we still had to ask for her to take our food order mean while the table next to us had to ask for spoons for there deserts very terrible service No actually job roles just everyone running around looking busy and people not actually checking back on tables Paid £40 for burgers we could even chew!!! Very disappointed will never be returning!

As a family we love TGI and go often, tonight how ever was a big let down. we waited 25mins for our drinks order to be taken despite asking a waitress if we could order. She took another ten mins from then. We then got our starters which were great! The meal my wife ordered the Cajun pasta again was great I went for the glazed chicken burger. the burger was freezing! The bacon wasn’t cooked. we upgraded our fries which didn’t get followed through and then they tried to charge us for it. the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and we did wait over 30mins for our mains which was annoying. caught our waitress on her phone aswell which was laughable so we asked another to bring us more drinks. Again we normally love TGI but tonight was piss poor.

The waiters were on there game the dishes were superb and managers were so good so nice and my dinner was so good

Always love TGI Fridays and don’t have a bad word to say about it. Went to the Fort and got served by Drew. She was so funny and sweet to my friend and I, and recommended great options for food as I was so indecisive. 100% coming back again, hopefully get served by Drew again.

One of the worst culinary experiences I've had. My £26.95 New York strip was underwhelming, small, dry and overcooked. My son likened his rib 'stack' had very little actual meat on the bones. Loaded fries were just cheap oven chips with spray on cheese and reconstituted bacon flavoured meat. Chicken pieces were no better than a fast food joint. As for drinks, 300ml Budweiser £6.20. I repeat, £6.20! Let that sink in... The courses arrived haphazardly, my wife finished her main course about 40 minutes before the rest of our party's mains arrived. So, 2 starters, 4 main courses, 2 beers, 1 milk shake, a glass of water, £144. Very, very disappointing and expensive.

Good food and service from Wioletta was brilliant. Even though she was training she was very attentive.

Drove 120 mile round trip for a 16th birthday night out. We love TGIs and knew they do a wee birthday sing song and cake - which is always a lovely touch for the birthday guest. This was noted when we booked Arrived and seated on time by a girl that made no eye contact and was very quiet. Not the best host - anyhow we was seated. Ordered. Served. All ok. Food as always was amazing. Our server had to be called / waved at twice for her attention, although walking past our table never checked in, until we had been sat so long I just asked for bill as I was scared we be there all night. Thinking she would have arranged the birthday treat for when the bill came, I said nothing about the mediocre non-friendly service we had had for the past 90 minutes. Bill came, paid and nothing. I asked about the birthday treat, spoiling surprise for the 16 year old birthday girl - the server replied “Oh it’s a birthday, the host didn’t tell me !” And then said you want your receipt !!!!!! Surely a better reply would have been “Oh it’s a birthday, let me go see what I can do !” But we left with not as much as a sorry !!!! Training issue that needs addressed. I can’t even think of an excuse for the service we received. But wasn’t nice and not the normal standard I would expect as we love (loved!) TGI’s The best of it is I have a feeling server was a supervisor as a lot of other team members was being ordered about by her

Excellent service and amazing cocktails. Our waiter (can't remember name) was incredible. Very approachable and friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Food was great too but will definitely be back during the week when there is an offer on for course menu and cheaper cocktails.

I never got a check back and my steak was wrong and then got the wrong bill, trying to shout over the girl and got ignored. Few members of staff were lovely. I would love if you could put this right for me

We had a great meal here and the service was fantastic. The staff were all great and went above and beyond with my son, special mention to Wiuletta and Yuki. My son was thrilled with his balloon aeroplane!

Arek was a great server. Good food too! Kids really enjoyed the experience. Definitely a good family option.

Visited here recently with my partner and his parents. It was their first time, they loved the sticky glaze/sauce! I had the pasta, it was so filling. Will go back to try some ribs also as they looked so good! The service was pretty good too, can't fault it!

Awful. Pasta with a sauce out of a jar. Garlic bread like it had been cremated. Staff walking about in a daze. Has really went downhill. Won’t be back.

Absolutely terrible experience. Arrived at 5.45 and were seated pretty quickly. Table was sticky and the seats had food on them. The warning signs were there. Ordered unlimited soft drinks for 5 people. Got one drink before our meal and managed to get 2nd drink just before we left. We had asked for drinks with main meal but these did not arrive in time. The food was so poor. Really bad experience. My wife ordered a Plant burger and this arrived cold & burnt. Chips were freezing cold and rock hard. This was returned and removed from the bill. I had a burger which was passable. What’s laughable is that on the tv screen they show these luscious photos of burgers & ribs. And then your food arrives like it’s been thrown together by your Dad from your freezer . It was a burger with chips on a very small plate! There was no care taken when preparing the meal. I actually felt sorry for the waitress. She was literally running about mad. It was not even busy. They must be so understaffed and disorganised. Folk were coming in for a table, fed up waiting on front of house staff offering a table so were about turning and leaving the restaurant. As I said, you’re lucky if it was 50% full. Imagine if it had been busy. The manager of this restaurant is letting the staff down. An omni shambles of a restaurant/chain. To top it off, in the last round of drinks delivered, there seemed to be a bit of raw mince floating in the glass. I can’t say for certain what was floating in the glass but it was pretty grim. A truly appalling experience all round unfortunately costing us £90 for 4 mains & 5 refill drinks . I will not be returning to this restaurant or chain. It’s actually put me off using any chain restaurants anymore. They have just given up caring about their product. This place needs a close down, deep clean and reset until they can actually produce what they are advertising.

Fantastic service and very friendly! After a wander around the fort a stop here was just the thing we needed.

Kids loved their kids meal. Server was very attentive. Huaband and i shared nachos and chicken tacos. The chicken is dry and clearly prepacked. It doesnt take long to grill some chicken breast...was very cold and dry...will avood ordering chicken in future.

Food cold, had a platter for 4, only brought 2 plates, despite 4 of us being sat there. Had 2 ask 3 times for more plates. Platter was average and expensive. Needless to say, won't be going again!

Good staff but hugely overpriced for what we ordered. Too much batter, a very small portion for my partner and a completely flavourless chicken topped with completely flavourless salsa and guacamole. No wonder the place is like a ghost town.
