El personal muy amable nos dio la bienvenida a todos y nuestro perro. Muy útil. Preciosos sofás cómodos y una copa de vino relajante. Ideal después de un día agotador en el festival.

Nos topamos con este lugar, personal fantástico, excelente comida. Y lejos de las multitudes en la ciudad. Definitivamente vale la pena rastrear

Mi marido y yo tuvimos un trato Itison esta noche - la comida era fabulosa - u - pésimo y el servicio de Robbie y Gavin era excelente 😀definitivamente recomiendo y volveremos

Este solía ser un gran pub con un buen ambiente, pero esta hora del almuerzo estaba vacío - pronto descubrimos por qué. El menú tenía una oferta de 2 / 3 platos y cuando preguntamos qué elementos del menú se aplicaba a la respuesta era ninguno. Ese era un menú diferente, y nuestro servidor tuvo que pedir la información en nuestro nombre, ya que no sabía nada al respecto. Finalmente llegó. Elegí el especial de la casa, un sándwich de carne. Ésta venía con 5 trozos de carne cruda, supurante y sangrienta que era imposible de masticar o cortar con el cuchillo y el tenedor proporcionados. Realmente no me gusta la sangre en un sándwich y no había indicación de nuestro servidor de que la carne no se cocinaría. La hamburguesa de mi marido no tenía el queso azul como se anunciaba ni había mostaza disponible. Cuando me preguntaron si estaba disfrutando de mi comida dije que no y que no era comestible. Rechazé la oferta de otra comida (quién sabe qué aparecería si la cocina hubiera proporcionado carne cruda) pero no se eliminó nada de la factura. Mi bebida llegó menos que llena y tuvimos que pedir que la recargaran. Oh, y los baños de señoras necesitan la fontanería reparada, los grifos apretados y el secador de manos funcionando. Nuestro servidor estaba atento por lo tanto las dos estrellas.

A really delicious meal from a varied menu in pleasant surroundings. The staff could not have been more courteous - thanks for turning down the music!

Used to be a great place for food but has really went downhill. The steak sandwich was cold and the meat barely cooked. My parents didn’t enjoy their fish either. There was more dough than fish. The desserts were poor as well. Service was fine but the food really let it down. I won’t go back.

Pretty much everything was very undercooked, it was so bad I wondered if the chef was absent. I can't recommend this place to anyone, other than maybe a drink at the bar. 2 stars awarded are for the friendly staff. Comfort, quality of food, value for money are the 3 missing stars.

Very disappointed with Hamiltons which was previously a favourite of ours. My husband was driving but wanted a non alcoholic beet with his dinner, none available on a Saturday night due to supplier issues apparently. His "pie of the day" was basic to say the least. And to top it all off I was over charged £8 for my bowl of mussels! This was refunded without a problem but just as well we checked the bill.

Visited 27th of Dec 7 adults 3 kids. Food (mains) where a mixed bag the fish was good, katsu curry Sandwich good, steak sandwich ice cold was like rubber! However the desserts the worst sticky toffee pudding I have ever tried! Seriously so bad. They need to take it off the menu! It had zero toffee sauce, maybe a sooonful of custard. The cake itself was so dry. I understand it’s the 27th and you e maybe been closed for 2 days but even the server said they had tons of complaints about it but the person who does the menu refused to change it. Criminal. Our server was good he was worked hard that day and refunded us the puddings. But come on guys up the food game!

Will never return Food totally overpriced, especially the steak pie (very small) accompanied only by one slice of carrot, one slice of parsnip and a thin stalk of broccoli. No potatoes or chips!! £16 Average service and a shocking 12.5% service charge!

Tried to order one round of drinks at the bar last night, no one was waiting to be served at the time. Was asked to order at our table but was not told about the £8 service charge to do so!! To be charged £52 for two beers, two large glasses of wine and two soft drinks was actually taking the piss. Will never return.

Six of us had a late lunch (Saturday) at Hamiltons. It was busy with a really good vibe (families with babies/kids next to us, couple of dogs nearby, etc. so they seem to cater for all - in a good way). Service was great - with a bit of banter. Wine, beers, fish and chips, burgers and charcuterie board. All excellent. Plates were all cleared. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great meal.

We really enjoyed our time in Hamiltons . Delicious food! All 7 of us were very happy! Service was great as well! Went there again yesterday, November 10th 2023, and had a fantastic meal as well!

Thoroughly disappointing brunch. Our first choice was no longer on the menu (fair enough) and second choice was eggs on sourdough and a bacon and egg roll. Not a dfficult order. Eventually when the food did arrive there was no butter on the sourdough and it had all clearly been kept under a plate warmer as the scrambled egg was dry and the sourdough was tough. The streaky bacon was greasy and undercooked, the egg yolk firm and all in an unbuttered roll. Service was slow, tables were sticky, floor was filthy. All in all not a pleasant experience, not value for money and not to be repeated.

Disappointed. Used to regularly eat here. Long wait despite only 1 other table of diners. Burger dry. Expected hand cooked chips for price. Instead frozen wedges. Bacon on burger undercooked. No tomato with burger. Not the standard previously enjoyed.

Service seemed a bit abrupt and slow, but was fine since in no rush. When food arrived, eggs Benedict was hard boiled, and the burger similarly over cooked and dry. We made the mistake of ordering dessert in advance along with our mains, and were presented with our “cheesecake” which was just liquid slop in a Kilner jar. Place felt empty and soulless despite countless customers being turned away as “we’re too busy.” Really disappointing for a Stockbridge destination.

One member of staff, who refused to give his name, was so rude, aggressive and ill informed that we will never be back!

Can’t go to this place without having to look at the staffs depressed looking faces. They tell you to get out or be quiet for making the slightest of noise. Just because they have no life doesn’t mean they should be allowed to make other life’s more difficult. If you don’t like working in a bar and serving alcohol then don’t work in one, let us people enjoy ourselves.

Mi compañero y yo estuvimos en Héctores el 11/1/19, que somos la mayoría de los fines de semana. Y teníamos que ir a Hamilton's next para reservar una mesa para 6 el próximo fin de semana. Durante nuestra breve visita a Héctores hubo una fuga de agua. Luego nos dijeron que se estaba cerrando el bar, y se interrumpió bruscamente para comprar un chico que decía que Hamilton's está abierto y allá, a lo que respondí, conozco bien a Stockbridge. Entonces mi compañero y yo comenzamos a irnos y dirigirnos a Hamilton. Al entrar en Hamilton me preguntaron si acababa de dejar Héctores y respondí que sí. Dropped by a few weeks ago, we had a great brunch, friendly, attentive staff. The place was very busy on a Sunday morning which is the way it should be such was the quality and tastiness of the food! Will definitely be back.
