The best restaurants in Edinburgh and Lothian

I have been here on 2 seperate occasions and really liked the pasta. There is enough 'vegetarian ' options if you are prepared to accept parmesian (which I do...) I have had: - cacio e Pepe. Really good. - walnut pesto. Was OK - Arancini. Was OK - halloumi fries. Good. Really good value. Both times I came for dinner. Definately worth visiting for a pasta fix

Felt very intimidated when I walked in to use toilet and then purchase an item. Woman with blonde hair in a ponytail shouted at me and was very rude and making faces at me for using the toilet first after stating I was going to buy an item. Before being so concerned about you toilet use, you should probably have a look at your customer service :)

Una cálida bienvenida por parte de los anfitriones de este precioso bed and breakfast de Edimburgo. Habitación excepcionalmente limpia y acogedora. Ropa de cama y toallas de muy buena calidad. No hay nada que pueda criticar a Aaron Lodge. Estamos muy contentos de haber encontrado esta "joya" y sin duda no dudaríamos en recomendarla a cualquiera que desee un lugar limpio y cómodo para disfrutar explorando la ciudad. Been here a few times for a morning snack and hot drink. Always a warm welcome..it's nicely laid out inside. The mocha is 10/10!

Friendly staff, excellent pastries, above-average coffee. Not advisable for groups of more than 4, but perfect for couples or single people.

Never got a chance to try their food or beverages as we were kicked out for bringing in a dog.

The spot is great, food is delicious 🤤 especially grilled sea bass,thanks to Chef Nazmi, will definitely come back...

¿Quieres la mayor cantidad de frijoles recién tostados posible? Entonces debes parar aquí. Asaron los frijoles en casa el mismo día. Noviembre sirvió el café con leche helado más sabroso y suave que he probado en mi vida. Fuerte, cremoso y nada amargo. Son tres días después y todavía estoy pensando en ello. A mi marido también le encantaba su bebida. Si viviera en Edimburgo iría todos los días. El personal era frío y amable, el café era increíble, una verdadera joya de un hallazgo.

Tan triste. Pedí la “sopa del día”, sopa de tomate, que terminó siendo sopa heinz puesta en el microondas y repartida sin pan. Por 5 libras. 50 . Lo que es caro para una sopa en Edimburgo por lo general, pero al menos esperaría una sopa casera con una rebanada de pan. Además, mi amiga no recibió su sopa durante un tiempo después de que ella lo pidiera, porque el chef estaba sentado charlando, y tuve que recordarle a la camarera que obtuviera nuestra sopa enlatada, decepcionante y cara.

Lovely place with a very nice vibe. Had some amazing Italian red and white wine. You can order pasta from the place next door and they bring it to you! It was delicious

Go grab a coffee and a croissant... at this Brazilian themed cafe ... so right on trend Serving the best coffee and cake etc ... they do the tastiest Mocha ... highly recommend it ....x

Great place. Great choice of gluten free ice cream. They even had gluten free ice cream cones. We went there with my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommended
