Used to love this place and religious be a customer. Now they don't deliver to my area

Nice staff quick service but food was awful. I think they threw my scrambled egg from the other side of the kitchen and used the cheapest bread for toast.

We decided to go out for something to eat fairly last minute on a Saturday night and booked a table for 4 - we had a thoroughly enjoyable meal which was excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and the service really good. They were also very flexible with menu options to accommodate vegetarians (as there wasn’t a great selection of vegetarian food on the menu). We have been before and forgot to leave a review which would have been equally as positive. We will definitely go back and recommend to others. 😊

Absolutely rubbish staff behaviour. I placed an order on Just eats and it was cancelled in minutes because “they couldn’t reach me”. They sent a message to my registered number which delivered immediately. I phoned back to clarify why the order was canceled and to know if we could place another order. The man on the phone said they get hoax orders and need to know if this was one because I’m a new customer, which I understand. He was rude, unprofessional and flat out refused to take another order saying he just didn’t feel like it. For no reason at all. I understand the right to refuse service but I don’t understand why you would take an offence in trying to fathom why the order was canceled and if we could place another order. Frankly I’m not surprised because of how low their rating is, it’s your loss and that’s no way to run a successful business. Their food is probably horrible and I would advise that you do not bother placing an order because you might regret it.

Amazing Chinese food and the Thai is unbelievable. Our go to. Don’t listen to the reviews that are giving it a bad name!!!

The foot long was lovely and fresh but the ice cream wasnt nice at all threw it in the bin over frozen like it had been in the bottom of the freezer it did have next minths date in it

The only reason am doing 1 star is that I couldn't do 0 stars the food was ice cold it took 45 minutes from leaving the shop to get to me what us a 7 minutes drive and then the driver couldn't find my address and called me and I had to meet him at the big Tesco in redding a absolute joke

Ordered king prawn fried rice and a happy meal. The fried rice with sauce came without sauce. Overall the meal wasn't very nice, the bbq spare ribs tasted musky and the chicken was spongy.

The place was clean and the food was good but the drink provided as part of the meal was flat. When I tried to change to a can, they said I would have to pay as I drank some of it. When there is an issue with the quality of something, more effort is needed. The server was polite.

Updated review: I've started going daily with my partner on the cold mornings or evenings for hot chocolate and it's the best around and made better by the exceptional staff ! Who are thee friendliest,kindest and most helpful staff around! Highly recommended! Thanks guys !
